1. Prof. Dr. B. Annadurai has over 38 years of experience teaching undergraduate courses and over 24 years teaching postgraduate courses in biotechnology, food technology, biochemistry, microbiology, and related fields in India and Ethiopia. 2. He has a Ph.D. in enzyme biotechnology and has specialized in enzyme biotechnology and bioinformatics. He has published numerous research papers, books, and encyclopedia articles. 3. Throughout his career, he has held many academic and administrative positions including serving as professor, head of departments, director of conferences, and member of boards and committees at various universities.
