Capparis Fasclcularis crude extracts: potent source Of Natural antibacterial, antifungal
activity,Anti-inflammatory activity
Description:
Investigation was carried out for the evaluation of antibacterial ,
Pytochemical analysis and Anti-Inflammatory Activities of leaves,
fruit s of Capparis Fasclcularis methanol, water, acetone ,ethanol
,chloroform extract at various concentrations.
Among the various parts of Capparis Fasclcularis extracts, fruit was
noticed significant antibacterial and Anti-Inflammatory activities
tested concentrations. Antibacterial activity was more effective
against gram negative organisms when compared with gram positive
organisms. bacillus.subtilis was more susceptible against fruit water
extracts. the in vitro anti-inflammatory activities are determined as
the ability of plant extract for the inhibition of egg albumin
denaturation . Fruit exhibited good Anti-Inflammatory activities.
antifungal activity
