LÁSZLÓ GÁBOR PAPÓCSI
He has been working as the Head of the
Agricultural Advisory, Adult Training and
Information Centre of GAK Education, Research and
Innovation Nonprofit Public Benefit Company for
more than a decade.
Laszlo is responsible for coordinating activities of
the operative advisory and innovation center, under
the framework of the national and EU CAP farm
advisory system (FAS), including the development,
introduction, maintenance and demonstration of
innovative products and services for clients.
He was involved in several EU innovation transfer
projects, adopting and developing new training
programmes. There has been recently starting new
'hands-on' innovation transfer and demonstration
activities, including on farm research, with his
active role. This year Laszlo is looking forward to
join the EIP-Agri programme as innovation
broker.
SZILVIA TÖREKY
She has been dealing more than
ten year with teaching and
sharing of informatics and
mathematics knowledge.
She has lot of experience in
communication, problem
resolving and organisation
fields.
Owing to her analytic thinking
she recognize the problems
and situation objectively, thus I
can help effectively for my
coached partners.
SZILVIA VANCSIKNÉ TÓTH
She works as an agent at a local
Municipality in Hungary – such as a
project consultant, or project
manager.
She had been working as a creative
consultant at a local Community
Center for a few years before she
became a project consultant.
She is a creative person with years of
experience in branding and
communication as a business
consultant at designing and creating
offset products, (assisting in event
organisation, and she also have skills
in sound-, video and picure editing).
SZILVIA GERHÁT
She is a teacher by qualification, since
graduation she have been working
mainly in adult education.
She have been working for 5 years in
the assessment and monitoring of the
European Union projects as an external
expert. Her main fileds are vocational
training and training for SMEs.
Two years ago she made a study
commissioned by the national office
about 11 implemented projects, good
practices in the filed of TRAINING FOR
SMALL AND MEDIUM ENTERPRISES.
She is experienced in the following
areas:

coordination and evaluation of EU

FIRST HUNGARIAN SOIL CARBON
MANAGEMENT COMPANY, BUDAKESZI
The Soil Carbon Project lead by the
company allows farmers independent from
Project Leader to realize enough income to
introduce climate-friendly, sustainable
production technology change. During the
course of agrotechnics shift farmers carry
out soil preparation, nutrient management
practice that reduces fossil originated
artificial fertilizer use by 50 kg/ha 'N' active
agent in average, nutrient absorbing
capacity of the soil can be significantly
compared to earlier practice, carbon loss of
the soil can be reduced about 2
tons/ha/year. During implementation of the
project instead of using artificial fertilizer of
fossil origin complex bacterium fertilizer is
used on project fields. The project is
implemented on nearly 150 thousand
hectares of arable land all around Hungary.
MATTOR GROUP
The purposes of the establishment were
the industrial automation, hardware and
software to meet the needs of small and
medius-sized enterprise sector, and
serve the local direct and indirect
automotive suppliers.
Main profile is manufacturing industrial
machinery and equipment, development,
additional and re-automation accordance
with the user and the task needs.
Since 2004 our company has been
rapidly expanding and to meet the
customer’s requirements we founded the
Mattorgroup branch, which has 3 pillars:
maintenance, automation and
production.
MATTOR GROUP
Focus on steady progress, developing innovative solutions,
complete assessment and satisfaction of customer needs and
accurate, precise work. It is important for us that our customers
can contact us with any kind of problems, including
troubleshooting, maintenance, or request for information, we do
our best to solve the problem.
We have CMM 3D coordinate measuring machines, we can check
the manufactured components right before delivery with it.
With our three divisions we can flexibly solve the problems of your
company in produced, maintenanced and automated technology.
HUNGARIAN WORKGROUP FOR
SUPERADOBE AND PERMACULTURE
The Superadobe Ltd also known as
earth bag technology is a healthy,
environmentally friendly and
economical construction technology,
the legitimacy of the modern home-
making among alternatives.
Earthbag construction is an inexpensive
method to create structures which are
both strong and can be quickly built.
For one of the greatest advantages of
the earthbag house is the very large
thermal mass, which is cool in winter
and in summer is not too warm to allow
the house.
It has a soundproof effect, so it gives
extremely quiet interiors.
HUNGARIAN WORKGROUP FOR
SUPERADOBE AND PERMACULTURE
It has curved structure with structural
strength: Resistant to environmental
disasters: earthquakes, cyclones
(hurricanes), snow load, flood, fire.
Earthbags have the tremendous
advantage of providing either thermal
mass or insulation, depending on
what the bags are filled with. When
filled with soil they provide thermal
mass, but when filled with lighter
weight materials, such as crushed
volcanic stone, perlite, vermiculite, or
rice hulls, they provide insulation.
The bags can even act as natural non-
wicking, somewhat insulated
foundations when they are filled with
gravel.

The Bock Cellar is a family
enterprise. Viticulture and wine-
making has been a tradition in the
family for many decades, if not
centuries.
Their ancestors settled in Hungary
from Germany in the 18th century.
It can be stated that at present two
generations of Bocks are
represented behind the Bock logo.
Aside from their already well-
known wines guests can taste some
real specialties and catch a glimpse
of the skills of wine-making.

DRIVER ISSUES
The following decisions were started
up:
• First: audit task with the selected

characteristics of the company and
the industry before the audit.

development of a true feedback.

with the driver or with the
designated liable of innovation, or

questionnaires.
• short personal interview or
questionnaire to ask the workers.
• We compiled driver issues for
coaches how to make a personal
interview. We would like to ask
more staff to see more angles of
the company.
2INNO TOOLS IN HUNGARY
Brainstorming
Most useable: oral interview (and the
questionnaire too).
Best question tool for coaches depends
on the size and nature of the enterprise
in Hungary. Mostly the combination of
assets is the best solution.
• firstly it is practical to choose the 5
why technique in the brainstorming
period in case of medium-sized
enterprises, and to continue with
• Brainwriting 6-3-5-tool - within 5
minutes to taking a brainstorming
where you can write and add some
original idea.
• Brainstorming phase after the
brainwriting 6-3-5 to control the
brainstorming process.
• The idea box application for medium
or large companies
• Does not require constant
supervision of the coach box idea,
and not the general brainstorming.
• In our experience 4-8 weeks more
than enough to experiment.
• The best techniques are the 5 why
questions, the SWOT analysis and the
brainstorming in general for Micro-
enterprises. Regarding the concept
and design of the project will be
beneficial to 2inno matrix methods.
• The tools are not specific, can be
used in other sectors, fields.
• In our opinion, some refinement
process could be useful for the
curriculum.
• The Stage-Gate modell can be
used at almost any size of
company.

  • 3. LÁSZLÓ GÁBOR PAPÓCSI He has been working as the Head of the Agricultural Advisory, Adult Training and Information Centre of GAK Education, Research and Innovation Nonprofit Public Benefit Company for more than a decade. Laszlo is responsible for coordinating activities of the operative advisory and innovation center, under the framework of the national and EU CAP farm advisory system (FAS), including the development, introduction, maintenance and demonstration of innovative products and services for clients. He was involved in several EU innovation transfer projects, adopting and developing new training programmes. There has been recently starting new 'hands-on' innovation transfer and demonstration activities, including on farm research, with his active role. This year Laszlo is looking forward to join the EIP-Agri programme as innovation broker.
  • 4. SZILVIA TÖREKY She has been dealing more than ten year with teaching and sharing of informatics and mathematics knowledge. She has lot of experience in communication, problem resolving and organisation fields. Owing to her analytic thinking she recognize the problems and situation objectively, thus I can help effectively for my coached partners.
  • 5. SZILVIA VANCSIKNÉ TÓTH She works as an agent at a local Municipality in Hungary – such as a project consultant, or project manager. She had been working as a creative consultant at a local Community Center for a few years before she became a project consultant. She is a creative person with years of experience in branding and communication as a business consultant at designing and creating offset products, (assisting in event organisation, and she also have skills in sound-, video and picure editing).
  • 6. SZILVIA GERHÁT She is a teacher by qualification, since graduation she have been working mainly in adult education. She have been working for 5 years in the assessment and monitoring of the European Union projects as an external expert. Her main fileds are vocational training and training for SMEs. Two years ago she made a study commissioned by the national office about 11 implemented projects, good practices in the filed of TRAINING FOR SMALL AND MEDIUM ENTERPRISES. She is experienced in the following areas: adult education training for SMEs coordination and evaluation of EU projects

FIRST HUNGARIAN SOIL CARBON MANAGEMENT COMPANY, BUDAKESZI The Soil Carbon Project lead by the company allows farmers independent from Project Leader to realize enough income to introduce climate-friendly, sustainable production technology change. During the course of agrotechnics shift farmers carry out soil preparation, nutrient management practice that reduces fossil originated artificial fertilizer use by 50 kg/ha 'N' active agent in average, nutrient absorbing capacity of the soil can be significantly compared to earlier practice, carbon loss of the soil can be reduced about 2 tons/ha/year. During implementation of the project instead of using artificial fertilizer of fossil origin complex bacterium fertilizer is used on project fields. The project is implemented on nearly 150 thousand hectares of arable land all around Hungary.

MATTOR GROUP The purposes of the establishment were the industrial automation, hardware and software to meet the needs of small and medius-sized enterprise sector, and serve the local direct and indirect automotive suppliers. Main profile is manufacturing industrial machinery and equipment, development, additional and re-automation accordance with the user and the task needs. Since 2004 our company has been rapidly expanding and to meet the customer’s requirements we founded the Mattorgroup branch, which has 3 pillars: maintenance, automation and production.
  • 11. MATTOR GROUP Focus on steady progress, developing innovative solutions, complete assessment and satisfaction of customer needs and accurate, precise work. It is important for us that our customers can contact us with any kind of problems, including troubleshooting, maintenance, or request for information, we do our best to solve the problem. We have CMM 3D coordinate measuring machines, we can check the manufactured components right before delivery with it. With our three divisions we can flexibly solve the problems of your company in produced, maintenanced and automated technology.
  • 12. HUNGARIAN WORKGROUP FOR SUPERADOBE AND PERMACULTURE The Superadobe Ltd also known as earth bag technology is a healthy, environmentally friendly and economical construction technology, the legitimacy of the modern home- making among alternatives. Earthbag construction is an inexpensive method to create structures which are both strong and can be quickly built. For one of the greatest advantages of the earthbag house is the very large thermal mass, which is cool in winter and in summer is not too warm to allow the house. It has a soundproof effect, so it gives extremely quiet interiors.
  • 13. HUNGARIAN WORKGROUP FOR SUPERADOBE AND PERMACULTURE It has curved structure with structural strength: Resistant to environmental disasters: earthquakes, cyclones (hurricanes), snow load, flood, fire. Earthbags have the tremendous advantage of providing either thermal mass or insulation, depending on what the bags are filled with. When filled with soil they provide thermal mass, but when filled with lighter weight materials, such as crushed volcanic stone, perlite, vermiculite, or rice hulls, they provide insulation. The bags can even act as natural non- wicking, somewhat insulated foundations when they are filled with gravel.
  • 14. COMPLOG MRC LTD • Software development and practical experience in business consulting, the company began to develop the MR.C plus Complex Integrated Management System, which is currently their main profile. • The system is completely private (Hungarian) developed, take advantage of the free developer tools, all the advantages of software as a robust database management systems reliability. Full accounting and advisory work is carried out by their employees of large companies, where a large part of the market demand arises, and this can provide complete modeling of the system of direct user environment.
  • 15. BOCK CELLAR LTD, VILLÁNY The Bock Cellar is a family enterprise. Viticulture and wine- making has been a tradition in the family for many decades, if not centuries. Their ancestors settled in Hungary from Germany in the 18th century. It can be stated that at present two generations of Bocks are represented behind the Bock logo. Aside from their already well- known wines guests can taste some real specialties and catch a glimpse of the skills of wine-making.
  • 16. BOCK CELLAR LTD, VILLÁNY Situated in the heart of Villány, the 4 stars Bock Hotel Ermitage awaits all devotees of wine culture, gastronomy and wellness in the name of quality relaxation. Villány gastronomic experience will become complete through the Óbor Restaurant next door to the cellar. With its rustic, slightly home-made cooking style, an ever-changing menu, and the cellar's excellent wines, the Bock Óbor Restaurant awaits those looking forward to an exciting culinary experience.
  • 17. DRIVER ISSUES The following decisions were started up: • First: audit task with the selected company, and then, based on experience. • Second step: conclusions and start to visit the other companies • Third step: analyse the characteristics of the company and the industry before the audit. • The online survey will be the first step to a market research - before the deep interview’s time with the leader of the company (in most cases) • The depth interview follows the establishment of direct contacts, and customized solutions for the development of a true feedback. • + more interview situation (either with the driver or with the designated liable of innovation, or other employee of the company) or questionnaires. • short personal interview or questionnaire to ask the workers. • We compiled driver issues for coaches how to make a personal interview. We would like to ask more staff to see more angles of the company.
  • 18. 2INNO TOOLS IN HUNGARY Brainstorming Most useable: oral interview (and the questionnaire too). Best question tool for coaches depends on the size and nature of the enterprise in Hungary. Mostly the combination of assets is the best solution. • firstly it is practical to choose the 5 why technique in the brainstorming period in case of medium-sized enterprises, and to continue with • Brainwriting 6-3-5-tool - within 5 minutes to taking a brainstorming where you can write and add some original idea. • Brainstorming phase after the brainwriting 6-3-5 to control the brainstorming process. • The idea box application for medium or large companies • Does not require constant supervision of the coach box idea, and not the general brainstorming. • In our experience 4-8 weeks more than enough to experiment. • The best techniques are the 5 why questions, the SWOT analysis and the brainstorming in general for Micro- enterprises. Regarding the concept and design of the project will be beneficial to 2inno matrix methods. • The tools are not specific, can be used in other sectors, fields. • In our opinion, some refinement process could be useful for the curriculum. • The Stage-Gate modell can be used at almost any size of company.
  • 19. CONCEPT, MARKET PLACE, INNOVATION METHODS • CONCEPT Briefly, the preparation of an initial start-up plan will be followed it in the first round, • then the Project Planning Matrix follows it • and finally the unique specifications of the Wanted poster can help us to specify the case. • MARKETPLACE Each case of a product life cycle should be considered. In addition, apply the device of 4P. • Innovation Methods Regarding of the innovation methods we eagerly waiting the effectiveness of the 2inno method- as it sounds and promises to be really good.

Since 1996 the company have been dealing with software development and practical experience in consulting activities, and realising that there are a lack of specific requirements, comfortably server management software whic can quickly reporting requirements quickly and, started developing the MR.C plus Complex Integrated Management System, which is currently also our main profile.

  9. Driver issues for Hungarian coach discussion. Hungarian coach training was held on 24.02.2015. Attendant coaches were: Gerhát Szilvia Laszlo Papócsi, Töreky Szilvia, Katalin Tóth, Szilvia Vancsikné Tóth. The following decisions were started up: First we will do an audit task with the selected company, and then, based on experience, we will draw the conclusions and start to visit the other companies. We will have analysed the characteristics of the company and the industry before the audit. When our coaches establish a connection with a company, the online survey will be the first step to a market research - before the deep interview’s time with the leader of the company (in most cases) – in case opportunity to ask direct personal questions in the first occassion. The second step is the depth interview follows the establishment of direct contacts, and customized solutions for the development of a true feedback. In the future, there will be more interview situation (either with the driver or with the designated liable of innovation, or other employee of the company) or questionnaires. Depending on the cooperation and communication possibilities, we will use short personal interview or questionnaire to ask the workers. We compiled driver issues for coaches how to make a personal interview. We would like to ask more staff to see more angles of the company. We won’t use some tools because of fact that some larger companies can only operate effectively. But it's important to us to be able to select from several devices within a company as well.
  10. Brainstorming We determinate the direction to the subsequent brainstorming by the product life cycle, but the most useable one will have been the oral interview (and the questionnaire too). In Hungary, especially in middle-aged and older managers are still difficult to motivate for different trainings, difficult to change their habits and hard to convince them of the innovation opportunities. Therefore, the first step is the training session the collection of ideas to shape some new opportunities, which would be worth trying. The practical, interactive methods will be novel many of them, so may need to encourage the active participation of some of the participants. Of course, the training will be convincing, when from the IDEA to the MARKET can be considered. Generally the best question tool for coaches depends on the size and nature of the enterprise in Hungary. Mostly the combination of assets is the best solution. For example firstly it is practical to choose the 5 why technique in the brainstorming period in case of medium-sized enterprises, and to continue with Brainwriting 6-3-5-tool. Not every employees want to take a part or share his thoughts, would equally be included in and share your thoughts, but it could work with a time limit - for example within 5 minutes to taking a brainstorming where you can write and add some original idea. Then comes a brainstorming phase after the brainwriting 6-3-5 to control the brainstorming process. The idea box application for medium or large companies complete the process into which anyone can throw an idea. Innovation within the designated person in charge of the company responsible for their management, processing, and appropriate feedback towards the idea. Some methods are not necessary supporting by a coach such as SWOT analysis, business plan can be worked out alone. However, the most used method is worth supporting by a facilitator who provides a process (order of topics, call questions, exercises build on to help achieve this goal). Provides participants equality, and respect the rules created by the group. In Hungary particularly important that a manager of a small company not only give his/her own opinion but also involve the staff of the collection of ideas, consider the implementation options etc. Does not require constant supervision of the coach box idea, and not the general brainstorming. However, a brainstorming phase is managed in the best case. The Brainwriting to 6-3-5 and 5 reasons why the same technique is not a prerequisite to the coach, but in any case requires the presence of responsible innovation within the company. In our experience 4-8 weeks more than enough to experiment. Depends on the function of the company's staff, micro companies probably do not have more people in the management. The methods which can be implemented with the participation of more people, eg. Dynamic Facilitation, Brainwriting 6-3-5, Brainwriting can not be used. In this case other methods must be selected for the problem in question, or it is also possible that EXTERNALLY people, eg. advisors, friends of the company management are coated with the process, but it is necessary a prior information for them about the position of the company. The best techniques are the 5 why questions, the SWOT analysis and the brainstorming in general for Micro-enterprises. Regarding the concept and design of the project will be beneficial to 2inno matrix methods. Of course, the 2inno methods believed to be valid for almost all areas of life. In our opinion, some refinement process could be useful for the curriculum. To our way of thinking the Stage-Gate modell can be used at almost any size of company, but not normal practice and it might not necessarily be so detailed, but more flexible position to apply some of the steps for micro enterprises.
