It then describes 5 Hungarian SMEs, one for each coach's sector: life sciences, mechatronics, renewable energy, IT, and tourism. For each SME, it provides a brief overview of their business and activities. The document concludes with sections on driver issues for conducting interviews and potential innovation tools and methods to use in Hungary, such as brainstorming techniques and models for concept development, market analysis, and innovation.

Driver issues for Hungarian coach discussion.Hungarian coach training was held on 24.02.2015. Attendant coaches were: Gerhát Szilvia Laszlo Papócsi, Töreky Szilvia, Katalin Tóth, Szilvia Vancsikné Tóth. The following decisions were started up: First we will do an audit task with the selected company, and then, based on experience, we will draw the conclusions and start to visit the other companies.We will have analysed the characteristics of the company and the industry before the audit. When our coaches establish a connection with a company, the online survey will be the first step to a market research - before the deep interview’s time with the leader of the company (in most cases) – in case opportunity to ask direct personal questions in the first occassion.
The second step is the depth interview follows the establishment of direct contacts, and customized solutions for the development of a true feedback. In the future, there will be more interview situation (either with the driver or with the designated liable of innovation, or other employee of the company) or questionnaires. Depending on the cooperation and communication possibilities, we will use short personal interview or questionnaire to ask the workers. We compiled driver issues for coaches how to make a personal interview. We would like to ask more staff to see more angles of the company. We won’t use some tools because of fact that some larger companies can only operate effectively. But it's important to us to be able to select from several devices within a company as well.
Brainstorming
We determinate the direction to the subsequent brainstorming by the product life cycle, but the most useable one will have been the oral interview (and the questionnaire too).
In Hungary, especially in middle-aged and older managers are still difficult to motivate for different trainings, difficult to change their habits and hard to convince them of the innovation opportunities. Therefore, the first step is the training session the collection of ideas to shape some new opportunities, which would be worth trying. The practical, interactive methods will be novel many of them, so may need to encourage the active participation of some of the participants. Of course, the training will be convincing, when from the IDEA to the MARKET can be considered.
Generally the best question tool for coaches depends on the size and nature of the enterprise in Hungary. Mostly the combination of assets is the best solution.
For example firstly it is practical to choose the 5 why technique in the brainstorming period in case of medium-sized enterprises, and to continue with
Brainwriting 6-3-5-tool. Not every employees want to take a part or share his thoughts, would equally be included in and share your thoughts, but it could work with a time limit - for example within 5 minutes to taking a brainstorming where you can write and add some original idea.
Then comes a brainstorming phase after the brainwriting 6-3-5 to control the brainstorming process.
The idea box application for medium or large companies complete the process into which anyone can throw an idea. Innovation within the designated person in charge of the company responsible for their management, processing, and appropriate feedback towards the idea.
Some methods are not necessary supporting by a coach such as SWOT analysis, business plan can be worked out alone. However, the most used method is worth supporting by a facilitator who provides a process (order of topics, call questions, exercises build on to help achieve this goal). Provides participants equality, and respect the rules created by the group.In Hungary particularly important that a manager of a small company not only give his/her own opinion but also involve the staff of the collection of ideas, consider the implementation options etc.
Does not require constant supervision of the coach box idea, and not the general brainstorming. However, a brainstorming phase is managed in the best case. The Brainwriting to 6-3-5 and 5 reasons why the same technique is not a prerequisite to the coach, but in any case requires the presence of responsible innovation within the company.
In our experience 4-8 weeks more than enough to experiment.
Depends on the function of the company's staff, micro companies probably do not have more people in the management. The methods which can be implemented with the participation of more people, eg. Dynamic Facilitation, Brainwriting 6-3-5, Brainwriting can not be used. In this case other methods must be selected for the problem in question, or it is also possible that EXTERNALLY people, eg. advisors, friends of the company management are coated with the process, but it is necessary a prior information for them about the position of the company.
The best techniques are the 5 why questions, the SWOT analysis and the brainstorming in general for Micro-enterprises. Regarding the concept and design of the project will be beneficial to 2inno matrix methods.
Of course, the 2inno methods believed to be valid for almost all areas of life.
In our opinion, some refinement process could be useful for the curriculum.
To our way of thinking the Stage-Gate modell can be used at almost any size of company, but not normal practice and it might not necessarily be so detailed, but more flexible position to apply some of the steps for micro enterprises.
