The project was to develop a Customer Relationship Management System designed for the education sector.
It handles potential students’ interests and course bookings, logical organisation of courses and venues, students’ details, records of the courses they have participated in, automatically generated mailings to students and various other marketing and statistical data.
Its access is secured by a username/password combination and is restricted to accredited users within the organisation only.
Its aim is to simplify daily tasks in the work place and improve customers’ relationship.

on their roles and what they are allowed to do.

4 Details of Course with 2 columns showing Interested and enrolled learners' names.
Ability to search a customer and either add an interest (generating a letter) or enrol them
(generating a letter too). If the customer is not present in the database, then creation of
new customer to add as interested or enrolled.

What others can do that I can’t?
1 Inputting a course in 2cma is a crucial task. This info is used by all the staff and
also by our customers as our website automatically updates itself with the 2CMA
course list.
2 Customer’s personal information are also sensitive. That's why only some people
within the organisation can amend them.
3 Adding new users to 2CMA is also only performed by your manager.
