Educational technology is the effective use of
technological tools in learning. As a concept, it
concerns an array of tools, such as media machines and
networking hardware, as well as considering underlying
theoretical perspectives for their effective application

technology. Nonetheless, electronic educational
technology, also called e-learning, has become an
important part of society today, comprising an
extensive array of digitization approaches, components
and delivery methods.For example, m-
learning emphasizes mobility, but is otherwise

and streaming video, and includes technology
applications and processes such as audio or video tape,
satellite TV, CD-ROM, and computer-based learning, as
well as local intranet/extranet and web-based
learning. Information and communication systems,
whether free-standing or based on either local
networks or the Internet in networked learning,
underlie many e-learning processes

Educational technology and e-learning can occur
in or out of the classroom. It can be self-
paced, asynchronous learning or may be instructor-
led, synchronous learning. It is suited to distance
learning and in conjunction with face-to-face teaching,
which is termed blended learning. Educational
technology is used by learners and educators in homes,
schools (both K-12 and higher education), businesses,
and other settings

concerned with integrating technology in teaching and
learning. Specifically this is focused on introducing,
reinforcing, supplementing and extending the
knowledge and skills to learners so that they can
become exemplary users of educational technology.

We are now learned and become aware of the
different educational technology tools, from traditional
to modern educational media. We are already know
what type of media is appropriate to use in a certain
instructional activity is our main concern. In this sense,
the computer is what we could use. We realized that
the computer is useful in teaching and proper
integration of its capabilities in instruction is important.

The basic concepts of Educational Technology are
made clear for us that the use of technology has its
downside, but utilizing and integrating it properly in the
teaching - learning process could be a game changer in
the classroom setting.
13. Student after Educational Technology
We became skilful users because we are exposed
to the computer, preparing us to be competent
teachers in the future. For we all know that we are now
in the Digital Era, we student teachers must be capable
not only in the use of modern educational media, but
also on how to properly integrate it in teaching to
enhance learning. In this case, when we will be
teaching, we can reinforce and supplement the learning
of our students at the same time exposing them to a
new learning environment.
