This document compares the Web of Science (WoS) and Scopus databases, two leading academic literature sources, focusing on their similarities and differences in terms of coverage, search capabilities, citation tracking, and user interface. It highlights that while both databases offer extensive literature searching options, they vary in the breadth of journals covered, citation analysis tools, and user experience. The findings suggest that the choice between WoS and Scopus may depend on the specific research needs and fields of study.
