THEY HAVE NO RIGHTS AS TENANTS UNDER FEDERAL, STATE, OR LOCAL
ORDINANCES AND THEREFORE, WAIVE ANY AND ALL RIGHTS PERTAINING TO
EVICTION.

responsibility or risk being asked to vacate the premises. The following is a partial list of
activities that are prohibited and are grounds for termination from the program:

                         •   Violence or threats of violence
                         •   Illegal activities of any kind
                         •   Refusing to comply with any of the above mentioned
                             responsibilities or the House Rules

A 24-hour notice to vacate will be given to the above-mentioned client(s) who violate
their guest status. If, for any reason, they do not move by the specified time, Beyond
Shelter reserves the right to remove personal belongings from the property at the end of
the 24-hour notice.

Upon vacating a unit the client must leave the unit as clean as it was when the client
arrived and immediately surrender all copies of the unit keys to a Beyond Shelter staff.

I, the undersigned, understand that the violation of any of the rules and guidelines set
down in this document constitutes grounds for immediate termination from this program
and/or eviction from this property. I acknowledge that the terms of our stay are to be
reviewed every 30 days. I understand that I will not be able to stay at the apartment for
more than120 days. Furthermore, I understand that we must vacate the premises on or
before the discharge date. I will notify Beyond Shelter staff within 24 hours prior to
vacating the unit.

Emergency Shelter Services
                              HOUSE RULES
Moving: Moving in and out of an apartment is to be accomplished between the hours of
8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.

Parking: Automobiles shall be parked only in the designated parking areas or
appropriate street parking.

Trash Containers: Please place your trash in the containers and break down large
objects, such as cardboard cartons. Please help us keep your area clean and neat.

Walkways: Walkways are for pedestrian use. No skate boarding, bicycling or coaster
riding is allowed on the walkways. Please help keep the walkways clear of toys, etc. Use
the walkways and don’t take short cuts.

Alterations: No alterations of any kind are permitted without written consent of Beyond
Shelter e.g., painting, wall papering, etc. Small nails may be used to hang pictures. Do
not use tape of any type on the walls, shelf paper shall be removable. Do not use
“contact paper” or adhesives of any type.

Washing Machines: No additional clothes washing machines, dishwashing machines,
or clothes dryers are permitted in the apartments.

Cable Television: No Cable television is allowed including digital, satellite or any other
kind.

No Posting: The posting of signs, notices, etc, on the premises is not allowed.

Noise: No client will make or allow to be made any disturbing noises upon the premises
by himself/herself, his/her family, nor permit anything to be done by such persons that
will interfere, with the rights, comforts, or convenience of other tenants. No client shall
play upon or allow to be played upon, any musical instrument or operate or allow to be
operated a record player, stereo equipment, radio, or television in the premises between
the hours of 10:00 p.m. and the following 8:00 a.m., if the same shall disturb or annoy
other occupants of the development. No client shall conduct or permit to be conducted
any vocal or instrumental practice, nor give, nor permit to be given, vocal or instrumental
instruction at an time. Please be considerate of your neighbors.

Locks: No client shall alter any lock or install a new lock or knocker on any door of the
premises without the written consent of Beyond Shelter; if consent is given, and if
installed, they shall not be removed. If consent is given, the client shall provide Beyond
Shelter with a key for the use of Beyond Shelter. All door keys must be returned prior to
the client vacating the premises.

Pets: No pets of any kind are permitted in the apartment or upon the premises.

Maintenance: Request for routine maintenance should be made to and only to the
MLA Coordinator or your Case Manager.

Outward Appearance: Any planned alteration that will affect the apartment
community’s outward appearance, such as installing your own draperies, must be
approved by Beyond Shelter in writing.

    1.       No foil, sign advertisements , poster, or similar display, except burglary
             prevention notices, shall be affixed to any door, window or exterior wall , so
             as to be visible from the outside of the building by other guests.
    2.       Garbage cans, milk bottles, brooms, mops, cardboard boxes, and similar
             articles are to be kept inside the apartment and out of view.
    3.       Towels, rugs, clothing, and other similar articles are not to be hung from
             windows, railings, or balconies.
    4.       Guests shall not erect any external television or radio antenna or satellite
             dish.


In accordance with the Short-Term Housing client agreement, these house rules now
become part of your client agreement.

A 24-hour notice to vacate will be given to the above-mentioned client(s) who violate
their guest status. If, for any reason, they do not move by the specified time, Beyond
Shelter reserves the right to remove personal belongings from the property at the end of
the 24-hour notice.

Upon vacating a unit the client must leave the unit as clean as it was when the client
arrived and immediately surrender all copies of the unit keys to a Beyond Shelter staff.

I, the undersigned, understand that the violation of any of the rules and guidelines set
down in this document constitutes grounds for immediate termination from this program
and/or eviction from this property. I acknowledge that the terms of our stay are to be
reviewed every 30 days. I understand that I will not be able to stay at the apartment for
more than120 days. Furthermore, I understand that we must vacate the premises on or
before the discharge date. I will notify Beyond Shelter staff within 24 hours prior to
vacating the unit.

Emergency Shelter Services
                              HOUSE RULES
Moving: Moving in and out of an apartment is to be accomplished between the hours of
8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.

Parking: Automobiles shall be parked only in the designated parking areas or
appropriate street parking.

Trash Containers: Please place your trash in the containers and break down large
objects, such as cardboard cartons. Please help us keep your area clean and neat.

Walkways: Walkways are for pedestrian use. No skate boarding, bicycling or coaster
riding is allowed on the walkways. Please help keep the walkways clear of toys, etc. Use
the walkways and don’t take short cuts.

Alterations: No alterations of any kind are permitted without written consent of Beyond
Shelter e.g., painting, wall papering, etc. Small nails may be used to hang pictures. Do
not use tape of any type on the walls, shelf paper shall be removable. Do not use
“contact paper” or adhesives of any type.

Washing Machines: No additional clothes washing machines, dishwashing machines,
or clothes dryers are permitted in the apartments.

Cable Television: No Cable television is allowed including digital, satellite or any other
kind.

No Posting: The posting of signs, notices, etc, on the premises is not allowed.

Noise: No client will make or allow to be made any disturbing noises upon the premises
by himself/herself, his/her family, nor permit anything to be done by such persons that
will interfere, with the rights, comforts, or convenience of other tenants. No client shall
play upon or allow to be played upon, any musical instrument or operate or allow to be
operated a record player, stereo equipment, radio, or television in the premises between
the hours of 10:00 p.m. and the following 8:00 a.m., if the same shall disturb or annoy
other occupants of the development. No client shall conduct or permit to be conducted
any vocal or instrumental practice, nor give, nor permit to be given, vocal or instrumental
instruction at an time. Please be considerate of your neighbors.

Locks: No client shall alter any lock or install a new lock or knocker on any door of the
premises without the written consent of Beyond Shelter; if consent is given, and if
installed, they shall not be removed. If consent is given, the client shall provide Beyond
Shelter with a key for the use of Beyond Shelter. All door keys must be returned prior to
the client vacating the premises.

Pets: No pets of any kind are permitted in the apartment or upon the premises.

Maintenance: Request for routine maintenance should be made to and only to the
MLA Coordinator or your Case Manager.

Outward Appearance: Any planned alteration that will affect the apartment
community’s outward appearance, such as installing your own draperies, must be
approved by Beyond Shelter in writing.

    1.       No foil, sign advertisements , poster, or similar display, except burglary
             prevention notices, shall be affixed to any door, window or exterior wall , so
             as to be visible from the outside of the building by other guests.
    2.       Garbage cans, milk bottles, brooms, mops, cardboard boxes, and similar
             articles are to be kept inside the apartment and out of view.
    3.       Towels, rugs, clothing, and other similar articles are not to be hung from
             windows, railings, or balconies.
    4.       Guests shall not erect any external television or radio antenna or satellite
             dish.


In accordance with the Short-Term Housing client agreement, these house rules now
become part of your client agreement.

Do not use tape of any type on the walls, shelf paper shall be removable. Do not use “contact paper” or adhesives of any type. Washing Machines: No additional clothes washing machines, dishwashing machines, or clothes dryers are permitted in the apartments. Cable Television: No Cable television is allowed including digital, satellite or any other kind. No Posting: The posting of signs, notices, etc, on the premises is not allowed. Noise: No client will make or allow to be made any disturbing noises upon the premises by himself/herself, his/her family, nor permit anything to be done by such persons that will interfere, with the rights, comforts, or convenience of other tenants. No client shall play upon or allow to be played upon, any musical instrument or operate or allow to be operated a record player, stereo equipment, radio, or television in the premises between the hours of 10:00 p.m. and the following 8:00 a.m., if the same shall disturb or annoy other occupants of the development. No client shall conduct or permit to be conducted any vocal or instrumental practice, nor give, nor permit to be given, vocal or instrumental instruction at an time. Please be considerate of your neighbors. Locks: No client shall alter any lock or install a new lock or knocker on any door of the premises without the written consent of Beyond Shelter; if consent is given, and if installed, they shall not be removed. If consent is given, the client shall provide Beyond Shelter with a key for the use of Beyond Shelter. All door keys must be returned prior to the client vacating the premises. Pets: No pets of any kind are permitted in the apartment or upon the premises. Maintenance: Request for routine maintenance should be made to and only to the MLA Coordinator or your Case Manager. Outward Appearance: Any planned alteration that will affect the apartment community’s outward appearance, such as installing your own draperies, must be approved by Beyond Shelter in writing. 1. No foil, sign advertisements , poster, or similar display, except burglary prevention notices, shall be affixed to any door, window or exterior wall , so as to be visible from the outside of the building by other guests. 2. Garbage cans, milk bottles, brooms, mops, cardboard boxes, and similar articles are to be kept inside the apartment and out of view. 3. Towels, rugs, clothing, and other similar articles are not to be hung from windows, railings, or balconies. 4. Guests shall not erect any external television or radio antenna or satellite dish. In accordance with the Short-Term Housing client agreement, these house rules now become part of your client agreement.
