The state of social media 2021
Few people would dispute that 2020 has been a decidedly unusual year. COVID-19 has turned the world on its head and changed the way we all live and do business. People worldwide have spent much of the year locked down and often had to operate their businesses from home. Zoom has almost become the de facto way to hold business meetings, and people have had to alter the way they communicate with each other.
This has led to a surge in Social Mediausage on many platforms, often in place of face-to-face meetings. Many employees have found themselves stuck at home with little to do and have increased their time on their favorite social media. This has increased the opportunities for inventive firms to engage in Social Mediamarketing – they have a social audience like never before. Simultaneously, many firms have transferred their budget away from other marketing media, deciding to follow their audience. It makes sense to shift your marketing energy to

Business planning should start with defining clear goals, and social media is no exception. Without a clear idea of what you want to accomplish with social media, you are unlikely to achieve anything at all because your efforts will be scattered or aimless. In addition, different social media goals require different sets of action. For example, if your goal is to gain consumer credibility, that looks very different than if your goal is to convert 30 percent of prospects to sales.
Start by writing down at least three social media goals for your business. Make sure each goal is specific, realistic and measurable. It is vital to make your goals measurable so that you can track your business’ progress towards each goal. It’s also important that your goals for social media relate to your overall goals for your business.

The social universe is constantly expanding and businesses have responded by increasing the
pace of social strategy adoption to generate leads, enhance customer care, and increase their
brand awareness. This infographic demonstrates the expanding size of the social universe, the
business value in adopting strategies that effectively tap into this exosystem to reach these prospects
and customers, and how many companies still lag in developing social strategies.
WebAble is a young company built on a strong foundation of culture. We believe pay-checks and perks are important, but that is not why we come to work every morning. Security and recognition keep us alive, but passion and creativity are worth dying for. This deck summarises key elements of our cultural foundation.
It was created for internal use, but recently we decided to share it with public to help our partners, patrons and prospective employees understand us better.
“We’re sorry, but we’re experiencing unusually heavy traffic. Please try later?”
“Your call is important to us. Please hold on for a moment.”
“We’re unable to answer your question. Please call xxx-xxx-xxxx to speak to a representative from xxx team.”
These are some of the most cringe-worthy phrases customers experience during their purchase cycles. If your company is heavy on these responses, you’re doing it wrong! If your business has customers (remember they’re people), if they aren’t treated like real people, the business will soon fade into nothingness.
Customers remember how they’re treated a lot longer than they remember the price/product and if they call your customer service to get poor responses, chances are they won’t complete their purchase or use your product further if they can help it. This is not an exaggerated version of reality, it is the reality itself. Here are some stats that will shake up your customer service team for better.

Improving Workplace Safety Performance in Malaysian SMEs: The Role of Safety ...AJHSSR Journal
ABSTRACT: In the Malaysian context, small and medium enterprises (SMEs) experience a significant
burden of workplace accidents. A consensus among scholars attributes a substantial portion of these incidents to
human factors, particularly unsafe behaviors. This study, conducted in Malaysia's northern region, specifically
targeted Safety and Health/Human Resource professionals within the manufacturing sector of SMEs. We
gathered a robust dataset comprising 107 responses through a meticulously designed self-administered
questionnaire. Employing advanced partial least squares-structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM) techniques
with SmartPLS 3.2.9, we rigorously analyzed the data to scrutinize the intricate relationship between safety
behavior and safety performance. The research findings unequivocally underscore the palpable and
consequential impact of safety behavior variables, namely safety compliance and safety participation, on
improving safety performance indicators such as accidents, injuries, and property damages. These results
strongly validate research hypotheses. Consequently, this study highlights the pivotal significance of cultivating
safety behavior among employees, particularly in resource-constrained SME settings, as an essential step toward
enhancing workplace safety performance.

ABSTRACT: Although a significant amount of literature exists on Morocco's migration policies and their
successes and failures since their implementation in 2014, there is limited research on the integration of subSaharan African children into schools. This paperis part of a Ph.D. research project that aims to fill this gap. It
reports the main findings of a study conducted with migrant children enrolled in two public schools in Rabat,
Morocco, exploring how integration is defined by the children themselves and identifying the obstacles that they
have encountered thus far. The following paper uses an inductive approach and primarily focuses on the
relationships of children with their teachers and peers as a key aspect of integration for students with a migration
background. The study has led to several crucial findings. It emphasizes the significance of speaking Colloquial
Moroccan Arabic (Darija) and being part of a community for effective integration. Moreover, it reveals that the
use of Modern Standard Arabic as the language of instruction in schools is a source of frustration for students,
indicating the need for language policy reform. The study underlines the importanceof considering the
children‟s agency when being integrated into mainstream public schools.
