Co-op innovates both educational and labor pathways, accelerating social mobility as well as global mobility.
At Shared Digital Center, offers SPOs (Social Purpose Organizations like NGO, social startups, etc.) with online support their
administrative operations like accounting and human resource, converting it as remote work opportunity for job seekers including
refugees.
At Welcome Japan, Jin fosters multi-sectorial collaboration to enhance complementary pathways through a whole of society
approach for refugee inclusion in Japanese society.
At Eukarya, empowers refugees to develop and maintain a digital twin platform, strategizing social finance to establish a foundation
for digital public goods. The OSS (Open Source Software) is deployed as a foundation of PLATEAU View, a smart city project by
Japanese government, enabling refugees to become digital talents to pioneer DX.
At Grameen Japan, consults on financial inclusion of refugees in Japan.
At Ritsumeikan University, studies open innovation and social entrepreneurship
Previously at Deloitte, lead many projects and initiatives as a senior manager at its Social Impact Office and Deloitte Digital,
accelerating open innovation on SX and DX for sustainable and scalable impact. Received “exceptional“, the highest evaluation for
