Strengths
The pre-test and post-test were easy to access
There were more of the relevant links than in the self-paced
The amount of time required was short
Overall the content was clear and the graphics good
Areas for improvement
Typically leader-led course have speaker notes with example (could AI have been
used to generate the speaker notes)
All the sections seems a bit abbreviated (shortened)
It would have been nice to also have a video of one of the students playing the role
of the leader/instructor with a student.

how AI is transforming it.
---
## 🔹 **Section 1: Service in the AI Era**
### 💡 Key Concepts:
1. **Service**: Application of resources (like knowledge) for the benefit of another.
2. **Service Innovation**: Creating new or improved ways to deliver services (e.g.,

platforms are constantly learning and improving their recommendations based on
new data—**augmenting** the physician’s expertise, not replacing it.
For example:

- **Augmentation**: AI suggests diagnoses based on symptoms; doctor makes
the final call.
- **Service innovation**: Patients in rural areas now access care easily, improving
health equity.

Strengths
Outstanding that html is on GitHub!
The time required is very good – Efficient learning.
The information/links to source material were there.
Engaging activities were sprinkled in well.
Pre-test and post-test were easy to access in introduction and conclusion.
Areas for improvement
More working links to different parts of the ISSIP website and platforms would have helped.
_3 AI-led course
URL: https://chatgpt.com/share/680ace2b-0000-8003-a937-f4c923406cb1
Strengths
Really very good overall – truly impressed.
Even in the free version of ChatGPT the prompt and source files were ingested fine.
The content was very good
The time it too was good
Areas for improvement
The system gave me the answers with a check-mark, so it was not too challenging
The system did not ask me if I wanted examples often enough
The system did not ask me about my passions, what role I filled, and how the
material could be made relevant to me.

_2 Self-paced course(HTML) URL: https://htmlpreview.github.io/?https://github.com/brandonngo02/ISSIP-Onboarding-Course-/blob/main/myISSIP.html Strengths Outstanding that html is on GitHub! The time required is very good – Efficient learning. The information/links to source material were there. Engaging activities were sprinkled in well. Pre-test and post-test were easy to access in introduction and conclusion. Areas for improvement More working links to different parts of the ISSIP website and platforms would have helped.

_3 AI-led course URL:https://chatgpt.com/share/680ace2b-0000-8003-a937-f4c923406cb1 Strengths Really very good overall – truly impressed. Even in the free version of ChatGPT the prompt and source files were ingested fine. The content was very good The time it too was good Areas for improvement The system gave me the answers with a check-mark, so it was not too challenging The system did not ask me if I wanted examples often enough The system did not ask me about my passions, what role I filled, and how the material could be made relevant to me.
