District Chairman Comments - Training
• Wonderful weather last weekend
and even better BALOO and ILOS
training at Twin Oaks. My thanks to
Ralph and Kris and cadre for
putting together and delivering a
quality training program.
• The Sandhills District has a ways to
go, currently 66.5% of leaders
trained. Difficult to deliver a quality
program and grow it when several
key direct contact leaders are not
completely trained.
24
District Chairman Comments - YPT
• The District is doing great in YPT.
Several of the ‘Expired’ positions
are members not re-chartering, but
there are two leaders NOT Current,
and they fill multiple roles and count
several times. We will be putting
out a call to cease any direct-
contact activities with youth if not
current on YPT.
25
District Chairman Comments
• Reviewing Member-at-Large list and Teams

– Deciding June meeting, Key 3 will be at Philmont for training, more to follow.
