This event provided an opportunity for a diverse group to consider ways in which teacher training courses in England can best meet the needs of trainees on matters relating to the behaviour of pupils. The day will be spent discussing ideas (both conceptual and practical) offered by our three keynote presenters and how these might be of benefit to both trainers and trainees.
Business Process Outsourcing is a privately owned company founded in 1974 that provides inbound and outbound customer contact services through two call centers in Ohio. They have a national client base in industries like healthcare, insurance, and utilities. They offer customized contact center solutions including scripting, reporting, and security, with scalability to support over 600 seats. Their services include customer service, enrollment, marketing support, and sales activities.
