You will spend 3 years getting to know business in different channels
by taking 4 rotation assignments
and therefore be enabled to establish a holistic perspective
and network in consumer/food and beverage business field very soon
7. Responsibilities
使命與責任
Achieve sales target
Obtain sales orders, create new sale opportunities,
and maintain existing customers relation.
Gather market intelligence
Monitor competition by gathering current
marketplace information on pricing, products, new
products, delivery schedules, merchandising
techniques, etc
Generate ideas
Develop solutions for customers,
make recommendations to Supervisors and
Regional Sales Managers/ Key Account
Managers and resolve customer complaints.
Perform expected behaviors
Display and continuously improve functional and
leadership competencies.
Produce variety of sales reports and
KPI tracking reports
