2015 FVDI ABRITES V6.3 Update on Win 7: Easy 4 Steps

ABTITES Commander V6.3 with USB dongle. Here is the detail FVDI 2015 update guide on
Win 7 professional 32 Bit operating system. The update procedure can be easily divided into 4
steps:
1) Set COM port;
2) Update Firmware 1;
3) Update Firmware 2;
4) Update Table Data.
Update FVDI Abrites V6.3 Firmware on Win 7:
Precondition:
Download and install our Win 7 32 bit O/S

Open and Extract F07005 folder on the desktop
Delete F07005 zip file on the desktop
Open F07005 folder on the desktop
Open FWDownloader
Wait the system to detect firmware information

2. 1) Set COM PORT
Open My computer>> Manager>>Device Manager>>Ports (COM & LPT)>> USB Serial Port
(COM4)>>Right Click Properties>>Port settings>>Advanced, set Latency Timer to 16 msec from
the drop-down list, press OK
2) Update Firmware 1
Open F07005 folder on the desktop
Open FWDownloader
Wait the system to detect firmware information

3. Click Update Firmware button
Select Firmware 1 and press Start
Installing device driver software
Check and confirm the Latency Timer is set to 16 msec, you can open driver to check detail driver
information
The FVDI software will prompt FWDownloader download finished message, press OK
3) Update Firmware 2
Select Firmware 2, press Start
Again the system will display FWDownloader download finished message, press OK

4. 4) Update Table Data
Select “Table Data”, press “Start”
The system will display FVDI is not ready message, please connect the FVDI Commander with
computer
After successfully download table data, FVDI FWDownloader windows will display download
finished prompt, press OK
2015 FVDI Commander V6.3 full firmware update is completed
Click Quit to exit
