samplers are a great asset to first-generation, college
students and homeschooling students. We are providing an
online course environment without the college price. There
are now many accredited grade Pre K-12 schools, and
colleges, that offer full credit hours to their students who
participate in an online course program of study choice.
When requested, all schools should be willing and able to
provide an official education history or transcript (stamped
with its own official organizational seal).

1. What was the position of the social worker during her testimony?
representing the court? representing the community?
representing the children? representing the mother-participant?
representing the father-participant? representing the parents’
family sets?
2. What issues or findings did the caseworker present that would
warrant the court’s attention? Factual or opinionated findings?
3. What did the social worker suggest was the mother-participant’s
issue/problem?
4. What are the job tasks of local departments’ of social services?
5. How do you help new neighbors to get adjusted to the social
culture in your given community?
6. What would be the position of the professional evaluator involved
in this court proceeding? What questions would they have for the
court? for the social worker? for the children’s state-appointed
lawyers? for the parents? for the maternal aunt?

the professional evaluator? Would this person need
permission to review such facts? What would be the
proper job title of the evaluator?

seated in the court during the family hearing?
9. What is the relationship between the grandmothers’
and the kids involved? other external family members
of the family sets?
10. Do you believe the maternal aunt’s home style had
been seen, by the assigned caseworker, before the
hearing?

12. How many children did the court want to take out of the parent
participants’ home style?
13. What was the function of the State and County’s Circuit Court
during this portion of the hearing?
Activity--Identify and review the educational laws or policies adopted
under former president William Clinton. Next, write a 2-page summary
of the laws. You will use your summary notes of all educational laws
described by former presidents on-going.

There are now many accredited grade Pre K-12 schools, and colleges, that offer full credit hours to their students who participate in an online course program of study choice. How many children did the court want to take out of the parent participants’ home style? 13. What was the function of the State and County’s Circuit Court during this portion of the hearing? Activity--Identify and review the educational laws or policies adopted under former president William Clinton. Next, write a 2-page summary of the laws. You will use your summary notes of all educational laws described by former presidents on-going. Note: There are a total of seven slides for Week 3 and 4.
