This document discusses entering a new "Season of Building" after a decade of laying foundations. It references Jesus calling Simon Peter and others to be "fishers of men" after a miraculous catch of fish. Four types of spiritual experiences are outlined: being "On Fire" for God, feeling "Tired", having "Given Up", or being "Non-starters". Parallels are drawn between work satisfaction and the church - finding fulfillment through knowing God rather than rules. The passage encourages persevering in good works to reap eternal rewards.

8. Luke 5: 4 - 5 When he had finished speaking, he said to Simon, “Put out into deep water, and let down the nets for a catch.” Simon answered, “Master, we’ve worked hard all night and haven’t caught anything. But because you say so, I will let down the nets.”

14. Galatians 6: 7- 10 Do not be deceived: God cannot be mocked. A man reaps what he sows. Whoever sows to please their flesh, from the flesh will reap destruction; whoever sows to please the Spirit, from the Spirit will reap eternal life. Let us not become weary in doing good, for at the proper time we will reap a harvest if we do not give up. Therefore, as we have opportunity, let us do good to all people, especially to those who belong to the family of believers.
