Analysis the solution or planning, meeting with the employees, clients, consultants how the product would be better than the competitors. After studying the information we have the choose one of these three option: how can develop the system, how can improve the current system or if any of these two are not possible than leave the system. Planning stage is the preliminary step for a successful system, at first we have to detect the problems how we solve it and what we want to do, the objectives and the resources, required cost etc. System design is the second step in the system. Here a feasibility study is needed to recognize the requirements of the end user’s i.e. customers, what are the expectations of them for the system. It is very vital to maintain a strong communication with the customers. Ensure that the finished product can fulfil its required level and its function. Design phases arise after the good understanding with the customer; it defines the elements of a system, the security level and the different types of data which are necessary for the system. A general system design may be complete with pen-paper work. After the designing phase the system required an implementation process. In the phases the system fulfil the customer promises, now the system is ready to running, training may be required or not. This phase may be takes a long time, that’s depends on the complexity of the system.

Improving Productivity: Going beyond Control Techniques to Get the Best Results
How, as a manager, can you increase work productivity—get better results with what you have to work with?
In this chapter we discuss control techniques for achieving better results. What are other ways for improving productivity? Following are some suggestions:1
Establish Base Points, Set Goals, & Measure Results
To be able to tell whether your work unit is becoming more productive, you need to establish systems of measurement. You can start by establishing the base point, such as the number of customers served per day, quantity of products produced per hour, and the like. You can then set goals to establish new levels that you wish to attain, and institute systems of measurement with which to ascertain progress. Finally, you can measure the results and modify the goals or work processes as necessary.
Use New Technology
Clearly, this is a favorite way to enhance performance. With a word processor, you can produce more typed pages than you can with a typewriter. With a computerized database, you can store and manipulate information better than you can using a box of file cards. Still, computerization is not a cure-all; information technology also offers plenty of opportunities for simply wasting time.
Improve Match between Employees & Jobs
You can take steps to ensure the best fit between employees and their jobs, including improving employee selection, paying attention to training, redesigning jobs, and providing financial incentives that are tied to performance.
Encourage Employee Involvement & Innovation
Companies improve performance by funding research and development (R&D) departments. As a manager, you can encourage your employees, who are closest to the work process, to come up with suggestions for improving their own operations. And, of course, you can give workers a bigger say in doing their jobs, allow employee flextime, and reward people for learn ...
Improving Operations through Observation and Gemba WalksCIToolkit
An Observation is a data collection method used to gather detailed information about a process or a situation. It allows the observer to collect data in real time at the location where the data is generated.
Yokoten: Enhancing Performance through Best Practice SharingCIToolkit
Everybody can benefit from the successes of others. Developing a best practice program for your company is an integral part of becoming a world-class performer in your industry. The more you can do to promote the creation and sharing of great ideas within your company, the better your performance will be in the long run and the more engaged your employees will be. You need also to consider what other world-class organizations are doing to become even more innovative and competitive.
In the Adani-Hindenburg case, what is SEBI investigating.pptxAdani case
Adani SEBI investigation revealed that the latter had sought information from five foreign jurisdictions concerning the holdings of the firm’s foreign portfolio investors (FPIs) in relation to the alleged violations of the MPS Regulations. Nevertheless, the economic interest of the twelve FPIs based in tax haven jurisdictions still needs to be determined. The Adani Group firms classed these FPIs as public shareholders. According to Hindenburg, FPIs were used to get around regulatory standards.
Understanding User Needs and Satisfying ThemAggregage
https://www.productmanagementtoday.com/frs/26903918/understanding-user-needs-and-satisfying-them
We know we want to create products which our customers find to be valuable. Whether we label it as customer-centric or product-led depends on how long we've been doing product management. There are three challenges we face when doing this. The obvious challenge is figuring out what our users need; the non-obvious challenges are in creating a shared understanding of those needs and in sensing if what we're doing is meeting those needs.
In this webinar, we won't focus on the research methods for discovering user-needs. We will focus on synthesis of the needs we discover, communication and alignment tools, and how we operationalize addressing those needs.
Industry expert Scott Sehlhorst will:
• Introduce a taxonomy for user goals with real world examples
• Present the Onion Diagram, a tool for contextualizing task-level goals
• Illustrate how customer journey maps capture activity-level and task-level goals
• Demonstrate the best approach to selection and prioritization of user-goals to address
• Highlight the crucial benchmarks, observable changes, in ensuring fulfillment of customer needs

quarters from January 2007 through September 2008. The sample
consisted of banks, brokerages, and insurance companies in 30

-What did make a significant difference, though, was the amount of
company stock owned by institutional investors, with greater
institutional ownership translating into poorer stock performance.
