Dear Reps and Dealers,
We have exciting news for all and are happy to share with you the “new” Aqua-Therm.
It’s a new Aqua-Therm because there is just so much that is new and exciting happening
in 2009 for all of us. First, Aqua-Therm is introducing several dynamic new products
designed to provide you with stronger market presence and increased sales. Also, Aqua-
Therm is announcing the first ever Rep and Dealer Sales Incentive Program. A special
program designed to further reward your extra selling efforts and increase your
“happiness at home.” More about the incentive program later.
We are proud to announce that we have finalized an agreement with Econoburn to
represent their popular indoor, wood-fired boilers. Lots of good news regarding
Econoburn…These boilers are available in ASME and non-ASME models. All models
qualify for the 2009 $1,500 Federal Tax Credit. The Econoburn boilers currently meet
EPA Phase One Emissions and are being tested to meet EPA Phase Two. All are
Warnock-Hersey certified. The Econoburn boilers give you additional “ammunition” when
meeting customer needs and selling against our competition. Complete training is being
organized through April and May but you can begin selling the Econoburn boilers
immediately. One small qualifier, there are some geographic restrictions defining areas
we cannot sell Econoburn boilers, primarily in the upper New England and New York
state market areas. You will be notified if this affects you.
Next, although we are in the final stages of contract negotiations, we are confident
enough to take a small chance here by announcing a (probable) new indoor pellet boiler,
the Pellet-One™, to our line-up. The Pellet-One™ is manufactured in Europe and is 92%
efficient. It will have UL (or Warnock-Hersey) before summer and ASME in
approximately 180 days. Pellet-One™ initially will be available in two sizes, a 35,000 Btu
model that will meet most applications for housing up to 1,500 sq. ft., and a 70,000 Btu
model that will meet most applications for housing up to 3,000 sq. ft. A 140,000 Btu
model is expected to be available later this year. These new pellet boilers also qualify for
the $1,500 Federal Tax Credit. Even though they are indoor units and not covered under
current state and local restrictions for emissions, they will be tested and should qualify
under the EPA Phase Two program. We are expecting the Pellet-One™ boilers to be
available in about two weeks and will be part of the April/May training sessions being
organized.
The new Coal-One™ is ready now and available for immediate shipment. We are all
very excited about this new outdoor boiler as it will satisfy another customer need and
open an entirely new market for us.

The Aqua-Therm training team will be going across the country during April and May
introducing all of you to the Econoburn, the Coal-One™, and hopefully the Pellet-One™,
as well as providing in-depth technical training on the entire, expanded Aqua-Therm line
of boilers. The team from Aqua-Therm will be contacting you over the next few days to
set these sessions up.
With all the new products Aqua-Therm has to offer, you now are well positioned to
“attack” your market with an army of products designed and engineered to meet virtually
every consumer need. We now are or very soon will be offering:
• The Original Aqua-Therm™ outdoor
• Eco-One™ outdoor
• Coal-One™ outdoor
• Pellet-One™ indoor (qualifies for the $1,500 Federal Tax Credit)
• Econoburn indoor (qualifies for the $1,500 Federal Tax Credit)
• Omega CE™ outdoor (EPA Phase One)
Rounding out this exciting product group are InsulSeal, Radiant and Radiant Products,
Rittling Units Heaters, THERMOLEC Electric Boilers, Taco Pumps and Flanges,
Grundfos Pumps and Flanges, and more.
To help you maximize 2009 sales on our expanded and complete line of boilers, Aqua-
Therm will soon be introducing our 2009 National Advertising Campaign. It promises to
be our biggest and best ever…more to follow soon.
What we’re not waiting to announce is the exciting Sales Incentive Program for 2009.
We will be contacting you soon to review your 2009 sales objective, qualifying you for
the program, and to answer any questions you have regarding the incentive program.
Attached you will find the details of the program…and we’re counting on you joining us in
the Caribbean next winter!
In the meantime, don’t forget our current promotion, a Free Up-Grade to an Eco-One™,
which has been very successful. This current promotion is coming to an end April 30th
,
so get your orders in while the promotion is still in effect...they all count toward the sales
incentive program.
