Removing Uninteresting Bytes in Software FuzzingAftab Hussain
Imagine a world where software fuzzing, the process of mutating bytes in test seeds to uncover hidden and erroneous program behaviors, becomes faster and more effective. A lot depends on the initial seeds, which can significantly dictate the trajectory of a fuzzing campaign, particularly in terms of how long it takes to uncover interesting behaviour in your code. We introduce DIAR, a technique designed to speedup fuzzing campaigns by pinpointing and eliminating those uninteresting bytes in the seeds. Picture this: instead of wasting valuable resources on meaningless mutations in large, bloated seeds, DIAR removes the unnecessary bytes, streamlining the entire process.
In this work, we equipped AFL, a popular fuzzer, with DIAR and examined two critical Linux libraries -- Libxml's xmllint, a tool for parsing xml documents, and Binutil's readelf, an essential debugging and security analysis command-line tool used to display detailed information about ELF (Executable and Linkable Format). Our preliminary results show that AFL+DIAR does not only discover new paths more quickly but also achieves higher coverage overall. This work thus showcases how starting with lean and optimized seeds can lead to faster, more comprehensive fuzzing campaigns -- and DIAR helps you find such seeds.

Building Production Ready Search Pipelines with Spark and MilvusZilliz
Spark is the widely used ETL tool for processing, indexing and ingesting data to serving stack for search. Milvus is the production-ready open-source vector database. In this talk we will show how to use Spark to process unstructured data to extract vector representations, and push the vectors to Milvus vector database for search serving.

OVER 30 YEARS OF SPONSORSHIP
& UNRIVALED PERFORMANCE
We believe state of the art engineering is only useful when it delivers real
benefit. Flashy products or the implementation of expensive materials
or manufacturing have never been our end goal. That’s why “Logic” has
always been the very best word to distinguish Tom’s sophisticated yet
sensible approach to component design.
Ritchey sponsored teams enjoyed another stellar year. In Europe, our
association with Saunier-Duval/Prodir, Gerolsteiner and Lampre yielded
impressive race results, including a whopping 7 stage wins at the
Giro d’Italia, 2 stage wins at the Tour de France, as well as victories
and podiums in the Spring Classics. Legendary MTB racer Thomas
Frischknecht again led his Swisspower team to a strong showing on
the World Cup Mountain Bike circuit this season, and as he continues
to defy the perceived limits of age and time, he is also passing his torch
on to young guns guns Nino Schurter and Florian Vogel — both podium
threats at any World Cup they line up for. Thomas and Tom have been
colleagues and friends for many years, and we still look to Thomas and
his entire team for invaluable product development feedback. In the US,
Healthnet presented by Maxxis continues to post dominant results and
improve its international renown. On the North Shore of Vancouver BC, OVER 30 YEARS OF INTEGRATED SYSTEMS AND BIKE FIT

LOGIC, LOGIC II & CLASSIC
Multiple hand positions are critical to a good road bar. Modifying one position often affects the others, so different models are
necessary to satisfy the individual needs of different riders. The R75 bend of our Classic bars offers a more gradual transition curve
from tops to levers, providing lots of forearm clearance for sprinters and track racers. Classic bars also feature traditional, round
drops. Ritchey’s R-50 Logic bend tightens the angle from tops to levers, creating 30% more space on the tops, and also features a
flat section in the drops for enhanced ergonomics and braking. The R65 bend of our new Logic II series represents a middle ground
between Logic and Classic. Logic II also features specific reach and drop characteristics for each width, providing an ideal shape
for riders of all sizes.
