How to Use Positive Affirmations
Say the affirmation out loud the first time you read it.
Repeat it 3 times
Repeat the affirmation or series of affirmations at least 3 times during the day.
Say the affirmations with conviction, belief and as if they have already happened.
The more you repeat the affirmation the more powerful it becomes.
Suggestions
• During the video, I will read the
affirmation once and then give you
time to repeat the affirmation after
me.
• We have a link in the show notes
where you can download a copy of
the affirmations.
• You are free to paste each affirmation
onto an index card and carry them
with you.
1. I am allowing myself to feel each
emotion that comes through my life
today. That is such a huge change
for Me. I am struggling less.
2. I am embracing
emotions that make me
uncomfortable. I
understand this is the
area of my biggest
spiritual growth.
3. I am welcoming even the
most difficult emotions, so I
learn from them to live a
more dynamic life.
4. I am accepting and then
surrendering to divine
spirit feelings of guilt,
shame, and lack.
• 5. I am speaking
honestly with myself and
my friends about the
emotions flowing through
me. I know that this is the
way to release myself
from their influence.
6. I am expressing
and accepting my
emotions instead of
repressing and
suppressing them.
7. I am feeling joy,
gratitude, love,
appreciation, and bliss.
Wow, what an
experience. I am
pumped.
8.I love learning about my
emotions, and I am getting
really good at understanding
them in order to raise my
vibration to joy and
thanksgiving.
9. Although I sometimes
feel scary emotions, I
remain calm, breathing
deeply so I can allow them
to be, without grabbing
onto them and holding
them to me.
10. When someone
expresses their emotions
to me, I receive them
graciously before I
respond. I deeply
appreciate the trust they
are showing in me.
11. Emotions are a form of
communication, and I am
using mine to
communicate love and
calmness to others. I am
amazed at my ability to do
this. Yes
12 Every time I fail to
welcome my emotions, I
calmly remind myself that
I’ve got this. I am inspired
to do better next time.
13. Wow, I am vibrating at
the level of awesomeness. I
control my emotions and my
response to them. I am the
boss. I am the creator of my
life. High-five the sky.

transform my mind into a
fortress of positive elevated
emotions. I’ve got this.
15. I am boosting my ability
to understand the emotions
of others to inspire them to
be the best version of
themselves.
16. I ooze confidence. I trust myself
to master my emotions. I am
boosting my ability to understand
the emotions of others and find the
space between emotions where I
decide how to act on them rather
than react to them. I embrace this
gift of insight.
17. I choose to start my day with
thankfulness and joy. I am having a
great day. I release low vibrational
emotions to the universe. I am
happiness.
18. I choose to examine my
emotions, rather than hide from
them. I choose to accept those
emotions rather than push them
deep inside of me. I choose to heal
my emotions rather than let them
fester in the dark.
19. I feel the vibrational level of my
emotions rising as I do the work to
accept and release. Accept and
release. What a rush.
20. I am aware when I am stressed
because of all the work I do each day
to raise my emotional tone. I
embrace my stress, love it, and
release it to the universe. I am
feeling so much lighter now! Hey,

Create Your Own Card Deck

that resonate with you
Then write those out on
index cards
You have ten affirmations to
read through on the same
topic 3 times a day.
When you read through your
affirmations remember to
say them with feeling.
After you read all the
affirmations on your index
cards shuffle the cards before
using them again. This
