1. NATURA ZIENTZIAK DBH 3
3. Gaia: MATERIA: nola ageri den
1. Materia
· : Substantzia puruak eta nahasteak
Subtantzia puruak: ezin dira prozedura fisikoak erabiliz substantzia
sinpleagotan deskonposatu. Bi mota:
1. Konposatuak: prozesu kimiko baten bidez, substantzia sinpleagotan
deskonposa daitezkeen substantziak puruak
2. Elementuak: edozein prozedura erabilita ere, substantzia sinpleagotan ezin
deskonposa daitezkeen substantzia puruak
Nahasteak: Substantzia puruak nahastean sortzen den materia da.
Motak:
1. Nahaste heterogenoak: osagaiak ikusten dira
2. Nahaste homogenoak (disoluzioak) : osagaiak ezin dira bereizi
2. Nahaste bereziak
· Disoluzioa: nahaste homogeneoa da eta ez du argia sakabanatzen (ura eta gatza)
· Koloidea: nahaste heterogeneoa da argia sakabanatu egiten du (gelatina (tyndall
efektua))
· Emultsioa: koloide berezia da. Emultsionatzaile izeneko substantziak proportzio
txikiagotan dagoen substantziaren partikulak sakabanatuta mantendu (maionesa)
3. Nahasteak banantzea
Nahasteko substantzia puruak, prozedura fisikoen bidez, banandu daitezke.
Prozedura fisikoak
1. Baheketa: tamaina ezberdineko partikulak dituzten nahaste solidoak
banatzeko.
2. Iragazketa: solido disolbaezina eta likidoa banatzeko.
3. Kristalizazioa: likidoetan disolbaturiko solidoak banatzeko.
4. Banaketa magnetikoa: nahasketako osagai bat metal ferromagnetikoa
denean (fe, ni, co) erabiltzen da
5. Dekantazioa: dentsitate ezberdineko likido nahastezin banatu
6. Destilazioa: tenperatura ezberdinetan irakiten duten likido nahaskor edo
likido batean disolbatuta dagoen solido bat banatzeko.
7. Kromatografia: nahaste homogeneoen osagaiak banandu disolbatzaileekiko
duten afinitatearen bidez
4. Disoluzioak:
Nahaste homogeneoak dira.Bi subtantzia puruz edo gehiagoz osaturiko nahaste
homogeneoa. Osagaiak dira:
Disolbatzailea: proportzio handian dagoen osagaia da
Solutua: proportzio txikienean dagoen osagaia.
2. NATURA ZIENTZIAK DBH 3
5. Disolbagarritasuna:
Disolbatzaile jakin batean disolba daitekeen gehieneko solutu kantitatea.
· Zenbat solutu dagoen kontuan hartuz hiru disoluzio mota daude:
1. Disoluzio diluitua: solutu gutxi (disolbatzailea kopururekin konparatuz)
2. Disoluzio kontzentratua: solutu asko
3. Disoluzio asea: ezin onartu solutu gehiago
6. Disoluzioetan: kontzentrazioa nola neurtu
· Kontzentrazioa: zenbat solutu dagoen disoluzio jakin batean.
1. Masa- ehunekoa
% masa = (solutu-masa/ disoluzio- masa) x 100
2. Bolumen- ehunekoa
% bolumena= (solutu-bolumena/ disoluzio- bolumena) x 100
3. Masa-kontzentrazioa
Masa-kontzentrazioa= solutu-masa/disoluzio-bolumena kg/l
