1. I was at the camp. One day we went to an old castle. We were bored at first as we were walking
along a dark corridor and the guide was telling us the things we could hear earlier in our history
lessons. But suddenly we saw a very strange-looking person dressed in white. The girls started
screaming. Everybody wanted to run away. The guide told us that it was the ghost of the princess
from that castle. I will never forget it.
2. My father and I love riding a bicycle. Last year my dad decided that I was old and strong enough
to go on a cycling holiday with him. We cycled along the Polish coast, all the way from
Świnoujście to Hel. It was very tiring. My legs hurt a lot, but I think that it was the best holiday of
my life. I was never bored. And you know what?! On our way we had an adventure. We met the
British cycling champion that I adore!
3. My family could not go on holiday last year. I had to stay in my city. I felt depressed at first and I
thought I would be bored to death, but then I had a great idea. I bought a monthly ticket for all
buses and trams in my city and I decided to go to as many different places as possible. During this
time I got to know the city really well. I discovered lots of interesting and beautiful places. It was
amazing.
