Rory Phillips has over 20 years of experience as both an architect working for firms in Winnipeg, Victoria and Vancouver, and as a self-employed designer of residential renovations on Vancouver Island. He holds a Masters in Architecture from the University of Manitoba and a Bachelor of Fine Arts from the University of Victoria. His areas of expertise include universal design, building code analysis and project management. In his spare time, he enjoys painting, illustration, sculpture and has operated two art galleries.
