qualification for TOD?
• Once it is checked out that the site falls under the
metropolitan's “influence zone” of MRTS station/
strip @ 500m to 800m, depending upon the region’s
policy.
• The plot area criteria has to be satisfied.
• Only then the development of the proposal on the
basis of landuse and it’s DCN is likely to be feasible .
