3. INTRODUCTION
Industrial automation allows for control of the devices
automatically with sensors and providing an use interface to
control as well.
It is a client server interaction and providing notification to
user without any distance criteria.
4. OBJECTIVE
The concept of IOT to make an efficient industrial automation
system that allows user to efficiently control industrial
machines over the internet,thus automating modern industries.
10. TEMPERATURE SENSOR(LM35)
It measures the amount of heat energy or even coldness that is
generated by object or system.
It allows to sense or detect any physical change to that temperature
producing either an analog or digital output.
12. GAS SENSOR(MQ5)
It is a device which detects the presence or concentration of gases in
the atmosphere.
Based on concentration of gas the sensor produces a potential
difference by changing the resistance of the material inside the sensor.
16. LIQUID CRYSTAL DISPLAY
16x2 LCD screen is an electronic display module.
A 16x2 LCD means it can display 16 characters per line and there are
two such lines
These are super-thin technology display screen.
17. BUZZER
A buzzer or beeper is an audio signalling device.
Use of buzzers include alarm devices, timers.
18. WORKING
In case a fire takes place, the smoke sensor and the temperature sensor would
detect the presence of smoke and temperature changes and send the information to
the Arduino.
The microcontroller is connected to the IOT module, buzzer and LCD Display.
Arduino is programmed to turn ON the buzzer when the temperature sensor
detects temperature greater than a threshold value. This value can be programmed
as needed.
When the threshold value is reached, the buzzer would be turned ON. At the same
time, the LCD would display informative messages. As soon as the buzzer is
turned ON, the data from the microcontroller is sent to the IOT module.
Since the data is available LIVE on a website, immediate action can be taken.
LPG sensor is used for LPG gas leakage detection. In case there is a leakage of
gas, the sensor would detect it and send the signal to the Arduino, which would
turn ON the buzzer and at the same time, send the same information over IOT.
20. ADVANTAGES
There is no need for remote control applications.
The people should take action with in the time.
It is used in houses as LPG leakage detection
The sensor has excellence sensitivity combine with a quick response
of time.
22. CONCLUSION
This IOT based smart industry monitoring system gives real-time
monitoring of weather temperature, humidity, level of chemicals.
It also detects leakage of gas, and detect the smoke when fire
accidents are done.
23. FUTURE SCOPE
The image captured can be sent to the persons for further action.
More number of sensors and actuators can be added for the industry to
make smart.
