On March 19, 1851 nine orphaned children moved into the first home of what is now known as Edgewood Center for Children and Families, marking the organization's 160th anniversary. Edgewood helps children and families overcome challenges through programs in homes, schools, and communities based on the belief that stable, loving homes create well-adjusted members of society. The letter requests support for the Anniversary Fund to help Edgewood continue its mission for the next 160 years.
