Edgewood Wraparound is a team-based program that helps at-risk youth in San Francisco's child welfare, probation, and mental health systems by keeping them with their families or transitioning them from group homes. It follows 10 principles including family voice and choice, collaboration, and being strengths-based. Referrals come from child welfare workers, probation officers, or mental health workers. The program director is Natalia Estassi Papakostas.
