- Provide Property Condition Assessments in accordance with ASTM E 2018-08
- Review Property Condition Assessments reports for technical accuracy and consistency
- Survey existing conditions; measure, take photos and document site and building information
- Discuss the project program with the owner and design team
- Explore the project concept focusing on functionality, sustainability and efficiency
- Generate a list of the deliverables and quantify their contents with associated man hours
