This particular research aimed to investigate the relationship between problem-solving-oriented and cognitive-behavioral techniques for emotion regulation and levels of psychological discomfort (Speyer etal.,2021). Notably, the issue of violence among adolescents is increasingly recognized as a severe problem in terms of public health. However, little research has investigated the importance of techniques to control cognitive emotion in teenagers, despite the increased interest in psychographic risk factors for violent conduct. The primary focus of this study will be to investigate the frequency of violent behaviors shown by adolescents and to determine the nature of the connection that exists between specific coping mechanisms for regulating cognition and emotion and various manifestations of aggressive behavior. Using confidential, self-reporting questionnaires, the research will conduct a cross-sectional survey of 3,315 students in grades 7 to 10 to investigate methods by which young adolescents may manage their cognitive processes, emotions, and actions connected to violence. The participants will be notified about the survey, but their personal information will not be public under any circumstances since this would violate ethical standards. The influence of a father on his children might also vary depending on the gender and age of the kid. For boys, parental psychological distress is related to higher internalizing and externalizing issues throughout early adolescence. This finding lends credence to the notion that this stage of development may be especially significant in father-son exchanges. On the other hand, there is a correlation between maternal and paternal psychological discomfort in early infancy and increased levels of internalizing and externalizing difficulties in females (Speyer et al.,2021). Growing up with a father who struggles with mental illness may make girls more reserved, reducing the possibility that they would acquire issues that are manifested outside their bodies. Children ought to be evaluated when it comes to their entire environment with the inclusion of whatever negative or positive parental influences that could exist, this is according to Group counseling and psychotherapy with children and adolescents. I have learned that one of the most refreshing impacts concerning parents is because mainly we work with their kids who are reaching the adolescent stage in regions of their personal/social, academic success, career development, and realm. Their work comprises of working in intervention and prevention (Denno et al., 2015). Counselors help students like who undergo rough times, for instance, in adolescent and help them in enlightening their skills of resilience to be equipped better in case of hitting tough times in the future.
The adolescent stage is characterized by uneven and dramatic integration of changes that are developmental into the day to day lives of young persons. Simultaneously, teenagers experience growing independence from their families, mood swings, and at times, rapidly increasing sexuality. The tasks of talking to them usually start within the units of the family. Often, as guardians, we tend to view our teens as fragile thus visit our pediatricians or doctors since we see them as people whom to seek advice from regarding both behavioral and physiologic issues (Shechtman, 2017). The ongoing relationship with the pediatrician and the family gives for enough prospects to offer support and guidance that is anticipated as our kids get into and move through the stage of adolescence.
Determinants of Parenting
As we all know, the parent-child relationship has a massive influence on most aspects of the development of a child. When behaviors, parenting skills, and optimal capabilities have a positive effect on the school achievement or self-esteem of a child, there is positive behavior and development on the kids.

But mental health treatment in young adult is extremely important and it can be examined as a very sensitive subject. Despite the difficulty studying this particular population due to the inconsistent definitions of what it means to be homeless and a youth, the current body of research indicates disruptive family relationships, family breakdown, and abuse are all common contributing factors to youth homelessness.
According to EMC Educational Services (2015) stated data analytics lifestyle is the process used for incorporating data. It is also organized process that provides arrangement to the whole process of data analytics, which starts before the actual data is analyzed and connected. The data analytics lifestyle assist individuals to ensure there is an identified reason for collecting data, which data is available, and muse about the model using the data before collecting and analyzing the data. The lifecycle has six phases, and the project work can occur in several phases at once. The six phases are discovery, data preparation, model planning, model building, communicate results, and operationalize. Phase three of the data analytics is model planning, where the team has to determine the methods, techniques, and the workflow that tends to follow the subsequent model building phase (EMC Education Services, 2015). The best model chosen imply the identify problem is the linear regression model.
The linear regression model assumes that there is an immediate relationship between the outcome and input variables. This study is relevant to the course because it relates to social development and how parent involvement parallels with positive/ negative behaviors. This article does not explain step parents and foster dads and how a child’s behavior may still be impacted. I can incorporate this article in my final paper by observing the parent interactions at my agency and seeing how a child behaves if he has his/ her father present.

In this paper, this writer, along with this writer’s project group, has identify a specific issue to focus on for our project and has plan how to use the data to examine it. We choose a problem from the scenario of the Homeless Teen Program run by the Riverbend City Community Action Center (CAC) and imply the identify problem to the linear regression model. We have decided to focus on the question/problem #6: “Is there a relationship between participation in individual mental health treatment and family tension?” (Riverbend City, 2020). It is important to learn more about teen mental health and family tension because mental health is important at every stage of life, from childhood to old age. But mental health treatment in young adult is extremely important and it can be examined as a very sensitive subject. Edidin et. al (2012) stated, youth homelessness is a growing concern in the United States. Despite the difficulty studying this particular population due to the inconsistent definitions of what it means to be homeless and a youth, the current body of research indicates disruptive family relationships, family breakdown, and abuse are all common contributing factors to youth homelessness.
According to EMC Educational Services (2015) stated data analytics lifestyle is the process used for incorporating data. It is also organized process that provides arrangement to the whole process of data analytics, which starts before the actual data is analyzed and connected. The data analytics lifestyle assist individuals to ensure there is an identified reason for collecting data, which data is available, and muse about the model using the data before collecting and analyzing the data. The lifecycle has six phases, and the project work can occur in several phases at once. The six phases are discovery, data preparation, model planning, model building, communicate results, and operationalize. Phase three of the data analytics is model planning, where the team has to determine the methods, techniques, and the workflow that tends to follow the subsequent model building phase (EMC Education Services, 2015). The best model chosen imply the identify problem is the linear regression model.
The linear regression model assumes that there is an immediate relationship between the outcome and input variables. As a group, we imply that an individual’s homelessness is can be expressed by two variables, which are family tension and mental health. Mental health and family tension is the input variables while homelessness is the outcome variable. We are focusing on the possible issue between family tension and mental health treatment, and analyze the data provided from the Homeless Teen Program scenario. This model is appropriate for this specific problem due.

The present study explains the psychosocial and behavioral health amongst children whose fathers are incarcerated or fathers who demonstrate antisocial behaviors. This study was also conducted to help promote father involvement. Mothers may try and foster the father figure but a child may stiff be affected emotionally, especially if there are any family members evolved in filling that void for the child. Children like myself, often rebel and have difficulties coping with the absence of their fathers or the often revolving door done by some fathers (incarcerated fathers/ antisocial). I agree with some topics discussed in this article, which said that children often are less open to rebuilding relationships with absent fathers. This study is relevant to the course because it relates to social development and how parent involvement parallels with positive/ negative behaviors. This article does not explain step parents and foster dads and how a child’s behavior may still be impacted. I can incorporate this article in my final paper by observing the parent interactions at my agency and seeing how a child behaves if he has his/ her father present.

The theory of this article is that positive parenting may effect a child’s temperament, while negative parenting may have an effect on children socially, whether parents know it or not. According to these researchers, the act of knowing/ displaying appropriate behaviors socially, can later determine a child’s success and adaptability. ABSTRACT Introduction: Adolescence is the period of rapid changes in physical and mental state. Rapid storm of physiological changes brigs a great deal of stress and adjustment difficulties. It represents one of the critical transitions in the life span with a wide range of adjustment and mental health problems. The present study is aimed to assess the impact of Mentor’s Strategic Communication on adjustment problems among adolescents. Methodology: A quasi experimental non-equivalent control group design was chosen to assess the impact of Mentor’s Strategic Communication by using Self developed Adjustment Inventory among 60 adolescents (30 each experimental and control group) with mild and moderate adjustment problems at selected schools, Kerala. The Samples were selected based on simple random sampling. Appropriate descriptive & inferential statistics was applied to compute the results. Results: Finding reveals that out of 30 students, 70% reported moderate adjustment problems while 30% were in mild adjustment issues in experimental group. There was a significant difference for adjustment problems among experimental and control group after Mentor’s strategic communication (p<0.001). Further, number of siblings (p<0.032) and education status of father (p<0.008) found significant association to adjustment problems among schools going adolescents. Conclusion: The results of the study revealed that majority of adolescents face adjustment problems and Mentor’s strategic communication had significant impact on improvement in adjustment problems. A planned and timely infusion of mentorship strategy may help them to deal with their day to day adjustment problems and help them to focus in studies in a better way. The purpose of this presentation is to discuss how efficient psychological treatments are in correctional facilities and suggesting ways to address any identifiable inadequacies in how offenders are treated in the corrections. I would be addressing very specific target audience which are psychologists, counsellors, correctional personnel and those in charge of formulating policies within these correctional facilities. Counselors and psychologist must be aware of how efficient psychological treatments are for inmates and where the system is lacking in order to fill in that gap. Similarly, those in charge of policy a program formation sho0uld also be cognizant with these practices and knowledge.
The no longer concerns whether psychiatric therapy is beneficial; rather, it is: "what intervention, from whom, and under which conditions is most helpful for this person, with this particular problem? Immediate research is required to solve this issue. This should cover the numerous factors and their interconnections, such as personality types, cause attributions, substance misuse, skill endowments and weaknesses, learning style, reaction style,' mode of operation, environmental influences, and demographic factors.
Comprehensive psychological evaluations, both before and during treatment, are the key to solving this problem. This presentation will shed light on the issues that must be discussed by treatment, as well as the particular offending behaviors that must be handled head-on. It will also reveal what offence-related behaviors, personal attributes, and facets of the inmate's environment should be acknowledged in order to successfully treat the offender. Effective treatment articulates not only the specific offending behavior but also other offender parameters that are related to it. This means that it is not an either/or situation.
Positive response to this issue will lead to extensive changes to the training activities rendering them more comprehensive and in-depth so as to greatly influence the outcomes. The outcomes that are expected is that it may help direct the design and implementation of future psychological training programs and study for inmates, as well as contributing to the creation of best practice recommendations for such programs.
The intended implication from this presentation is to provide the relevant agencies and instituti9on with added knowledge, and recommendation on new practices so as to make the programs offered in corrections more efficient to the point where we would be able to observe positive changes in offender behavior and low rates of recidivism.

Violence Scale, the Psychological empowerment scale, the Rosenberg Self-esteem Inventory, and the Brief
Self-Control Scale. Data analysis employed Pearson's product-moment correlation (r) to test hypotheses 1,
2,3,4,5, and 6. Regression analysis was used for hypothesis 7.The results show a significant relationship
between domestic Violence and Psychological Empowerment, Domestic Violence and Self-esteem,
psychological Empowerment and Self-Regulation, Self Esteem and Psychological empowerment, Self-Esteem

Introduction
How well a person is able to live a full life, build and maintain relationships and pursue their education, profession or other pursuits requires them to maintain their well-being ranging from physical to mental health. When assisting others to achieve good and self-motivated changes, social workers draw on their relationship-based abilities and emphasize personalization and rehabilitation. A key issue is, "What components and obstacles of an assessment are there in order to reach these outcomes?" When it comes to health promotion and public involvement, social workers are well-suited for this role since primary care is all about these things. Social workers who deal with mental health have unique challenges in assessment, which necessitates them learning and using psychiatric principles. Identifying the need for mental health care requires an understanding of assessment principles.
For this research, the focus is on urban youth's increase in mental health cases which is more influenced by lack of access to mental health care as a result of poverty that affects many children and families in the US. Young people are the most impacted by poverty, accounting for 33% of the total number of individuals in poverty. Children who live in "high risk neighborhoods" are more likely to lack access to the mental health supports they need to manage their symptoms. Stabilization, individual treatment, and symptom management are all important aspects of aftercare for children who have been hospitalized for behavioral difficulties by the time they are six years old (Hodgkinson, 2017).

The case study that I have chosen is titled Psychotic Student? found on page 159 of our text by Cipani and Schock (2010), which references a male adolescent who is enrolled in both a residential and day treatment program for emotionally disturbed children. He has been demonstrating a variety of undesired and disturbing behaviors as well as a decrease in his work production through avoidance tendencies which were simply ignored therefore leading to his disengagement in academic tasks. In an attempt to increase this individual’s task completion he was restricted from leaving his seat to engage in free time or preferred activities until a specific amount of his work was completed. This strategy was also carried over into his home environment and eventually began to show a gradual improvement in the amount of non preferred tasks being completed.
Diagnosis and Suggested Intervention
Due to the disruptive and avoidant behaviors being exhibited by this particular adolescent I would diagnosis him with a disruptive behavior disorder, precisely oppositional defiant disorder (ODD) (Burnette, 2013). It could still be difficult to make this definitive diagnosis without further assessing his history with regards to development, familial and environmental background experiences, potential trauma and patterns of behaviors. There could also be the possibility of co-occurring diagnoses such as depression or anxiety for this individual which would need to be assessed through further assessment techniques such as interviews, behavioral observations and self report scales. It is mentioned that the residential and day treatment programs that he is enrolled in are for severely emotionally disturbed children indicative of the fact that he may have experienced some level of trauma in the past contributing to some of the disruptive and noncompliant actions he displays (Burke, Rowe & Boylan, 2014). Individuals with ODD are typically diagnosed prior to the age of 8 and are known to demonstrate a pattern of defiant, disruptive and hostile behavior and can also be associated with antisocial behavior as well as an increase in risk for multiple forms of psychopathology (Burnette, 2013). This particular adolescent has become increasingly incompliant with completing tasks, whereas his behaviors are now effectively aiding in his escape and avoidance of tasks (Cipani & Schock, 2010).
A proposed treatment plan for this individual would consist of cognitive behavioral intervention and behavioral parent training, which can also be implemented by the staff or teachers within his residential and day treatment programs (Matthys, Vanderschuren, Schutter & Lochman, 2014). The combination of these two intervention methods have been found to be successful in the treatment of ODD in younger aged children through adolescence with improvements in attention, social reinforcement, emotional regulation, monitoring and supervision of behavior, social skills and.

The objective of this study plan is to evaluate the viability of our solution in relation to previously conducted test cases for companies operating in industries analogous to those of our own. In this section, we will concentrate on the manner in which these use cases measure the performance characteristics of various technical and behavioral qualities connected with an investment in technology made on behalf of a business. The viewpoints and data sources of stakeholders will be incorporated into our measuring system. This measurement framework will be utilized by us in order to assess and analyze the overall performance of our product. After the solution has been implemented, we will conduct post-implementation evaluations to determine how the solution affected the organization. The management of change will play a significant role in our overall research agenda. The plan will adhere to a certain format in providing the findings of the data analysis.
Measurement framework
In order to present an all-encompassing picture of performance, the measuring framework must to take into account the many stakeholder viewpoints as well as the various data sources. Perspectives from stakeholders may come from a variety of sources, such as the user community, project managers, or senior leadership. Customer feedback, system logs, and performance statistics are three examples of potential data sources (Thabane, 2009).
The purpose of the measurement framework is to supply stakeholders with viewpoints and data sources that may be utilized to evaluate the effectiveness of an investment in technology. The framework consists of four dimensions: behavioral characteristics, organizational aspects, user factors, and technological qualities (McShane, 2018). To evaluate how well the technology investment is working out, there is a separate set of performance indicators linked with each of the dimensions of the evaluation.
Indicators such as system uptime, reaction time, and throughput are examples of technical qualities. Indicators that make up behavioral qualities include things like user happiness, adoption rates, and the costs of training. Indicators like as return on investment (ROI) and total cost of ownership are included in the category of organizational variables (TCO). The metrics that make up user factors include things like user happiness, adoption rates, and training expenses (McShane, 2018).
The measuring framework draws its information from a variety of data sources, including organizational data, user data, performance data, and financial data. The return on investment (ROI) and total cost of ownership (TCO) of the technological investment may both be calculated using financial data (Jalal, 2017). The uptime, reaction time, and throughput of the system may all be evaluated based on the performance statistics. ABSTRACT Introduction: Adolescence is the period of rapid changes in physical and mental state. Rapid storm of physiological changes brigs a great deal of stress and adjustment difficulties. It represents one of the critical transitions in the life span with a wide range of adjustment and mental health problems. The present study is aimed to assess the impact of Mentor’s Strategic Communication on adjustment problems among adolescents. Methodology: A quasi experimental non-equivalent control group design was chosen to assess the impact of Mentor’s Strategic Communication by using Self developed Adjustment Inventory among 60 adolescents (30 each experimental and control group) with mild and moderate adjustment problems at selected schools, Kerala. The Samples were selected based on simple random sampling. Appropriate descriptive & inferential statistics was applied to compute the results. Results: Finding reveals that out of 30 students, 70% reported moderate adjustment problems while 30% were in mild adjustment issues in experimental group. There was a significant difference for adjustment problems among experimental and control group after Mentor’s strategic communication (p<0.001). Further, number of siblings (p<0.032) and education status of father (p<0.008) found significant association to adjustment problems among schools going adolescents. Conclusion: The results of the study revealed that majority of adolescents face adjustment problems and Mentor’s strategic communication had significant impact on improvement in adjustment problems. A planned and timely infusion of mentorship strategy may help them to deal with their day to day adjustment problems and help them to focus in studies in a better way. The purpose of this presentation is to discuss how efficient psychological treatments are in correctional facilities and suggesting ways to address any identifiable inadequacies in how offenders are treated in the corrections. I would be addressing very specific target audience which are psychologists, counsellors, correctional personnel and those in charge of formulating policies within these correctional facilities. Counselors and psychologist must be aware of how efficient psychological treatments are for inmates and where the system is lacking in order to fill in that gap. Similarly, those in charge of policy a program formation sho0uld also be cognizant with these practices and knowledge.
The no longer concerns whether psychiatric therapy is beneficial; rather, it is: "what intervention, from whom, and under which conditions is most helpful for this person, with this particular problem? Immediate research is required to solve this issue. This should cover the numerous factors and their interconnections, such as personality types, cause attributions, substance misuse, skill endowments and weaknesses, learning style, reaction style,' mode of operation, environmental influences, and demographic factors.
Comprehensive psychological evaluations, both before and during treatment, are the key to solving this problem. This presentation will shed light on the issues that must be discussed by treatment, as well as the particular offending behaviors that must be handled head-on. It will also reveal what offence-related behaviors, personal attributes, and facets of the inmate's environment should be acknowledged in order to successfully treat the offender. Effective treatment articulates not only the specific offending behavior but also other offender parameters that are related to it. This means that it is not an either/or situation.
Positive response to this issue will lead to extensive changes to the training activities rendering them more comprehensive and in-depth so as to greatly influence the outcomes. The outcomes that are expected is that it may help direct the design and implementation of future psychological training programs and study for inmates, as well as contributing to the creation of best practice recommendations for such programs.
The intended implication from this presentation is to provide the relevant agencies and instituti9on with added knowledge, and recommendation on new practices so as to make the programs offered in corrections more efficient to the point where we would be able to observe positive changes in offender behavior and low rates of recidivism.

Introduction
How well a person is able to live a full life, build and maintain relationships and pursue their education, profession or other pursuits requires them to maintain their well-being ranging from physical to mental health. When assisting others to achieve good and self-motivated changes, social workers draw on their relationship-based abilities and emphasize personalization and rehabilitation. A key issue is, "What components and obstacles of an assessment are there in order to reach these outcomes?" When it comes to health promotion and public involvement, social workers are well-suited for this role since primary care is all about these things. Social workers who deal with mental health have unique challenges in assessment, which necessitates them learning and using psychiatric principles. Identifying the need for mental health care requires an understanding of assessment principles.
For this research, the focus is on urban youth's increase in mental health cases which is more influenced by lack of access to mental health care as a result of poverty that affects many children and families in the US. Young people are the most impacted by poverty, accounting for 33% of the total number of individuals in poverty. Children who live in "high risk neighborhoods" are more likely to lack access to the mental health supports they need to manage their symptoms. Stabilization, individual treatment, and symptom management are all important aspects of aftercare for children who have been hospitalized for behavioral difficulties by the time they are six years old (Hodgkinson, 2017).

The case study that I have chosen is titled Psychotic Student? found on page 159 of our text by Cipani and Schock (2010), which references a male adolescent who is enrolled in both a residential and day treatment program for emotionally disturbed children. He has been demonstrating a variety of undesired and disturbing behaviors as well as a decrease in his work production through avoidance tendencies which were simply ignored therefore leading to his disengagement in academic tasks. In an attempt to increase this individual’s task completion he was restricted from leaving his seat to engage in free time or preferred activities until a specific amount of his work was completed. This strategy was also carried over into his home environment and eventually began to show a gradual improvement in the amount of non preferred tasks being completed.
Diagnosis and Suggested Intervention
Due to the disruptive and avoidant behaviors being exhibited by this particular adolescent I would diagnosis him with a disruptive behavior disorder, precisely oppositional defiant disorder (ODD) (Burnette, 2013). It could still be difficult to make this definitive diagnosis without further assessing his history with regards to development, familial and environmental background experiences, potential trauma and patterns of behaviors. There could also be the possibility of co-occurring diagnoses such as depression or anxiety for this individual which would need to be assessed through further assessment techniques such as interviews, behavioral observations and self report scales. It is mentioned that the residential and day treatment programs that he is enrolled in are for severely emotionally disturbed children indicative of the fact that he may have experienced some level of trauma in the past contributing to some of the disruptive and noncompliant actions he displays (Burke, Rowe & Boylan, 2014). Individuals with ODD are typically diagnosed prior to the age of 8 and are known to demonstrate a pattern of defiant, disruptive and hostile behavior and can also be associated with antisocial behavior as well as an increase in risk for multiple forms of psychopathology (Burnette, 2013). This particular adolescent has become increasingly incompliant with completing tasks, whereas his behaviors are now effectively aiding in his escape and avoidance of tasks (Cipani & Schock, 2010).
A proposed treatment plan for this individual would consist of cognitive behavioral intervention and behavioral parent training, which can also be implemented by the staff or teachers within his residential and day treatment programs (Matthys, Vanderschuren, Schutter & Lochman, 2014). The combination of these two intervention methods have been found to be successful in the treatment of ODD in younger aged children through adolescence with improvements in attention, social reinforcement, emotional regulation, monitoring and supervision of behavior, social skills and.

The objective of this study plan is to evaluate the viability of our solution in relation to previously conducted test cases for companies operating in industries analogous to those of our own. In this section, we will concentrate on the manner in which these use cases measure the performance characteristics of various technical and behavioral qualities connected with an investment in technology made on behalf of a business. This measurement framework will be utilized by us in order to assess and analyze the overall performance of our product. After the solution has been implemented, we will conduct post-implementation evaluations to determine how the solution affected the organization. The management of change will play a significant role in our overall research agenda. The plan will adhere to a certain format in providing the findings of the data analysis.
Measurement framework
In order to present an all-encompassing picture of performance, the measuring framework must to take into account the many stakeholder viewpoints as well as the various data sources. Perspectives from stakeholders may come from a variety of sources, such as the user community, project managers, or senior leadership. Customer feedback, system logs, and performance statistics are three examples of potential data sources (Thabane, 2009).
The purpose of the measurement framework is to supply stakeholders with viewpoints and data sources that may be utilized to evaluate the effectiveness of an investment in technology. The framework consists of four dimensions: behavioral characteristics, organizational aspects, user factors, and technological qualities (McShane, 2018). To evaluate how well the technology investment is working out, there is a separate set of performance indicators linked with each of the dimensions of the evaluation.
Indicators such as system uptime, reaction time, and throughput are examples of technical qualities. Indicators that make up behavioral qualities include things like user happiness, adoption rates, and the costs of training. Indicators like as return on investment (ROI) and total cost of ownership are included in the category of organizational variables (TCO). The metrics that make up user factors include things like user happiness, adoption rates, and training expenses (McShane, 2018).
The measuring framework draws its information from a variety of data sources, including organizational data, user data, performance data, and financial data. The return on investment (ROI) and total cost of ownership (TCO) of the technological investment may both be calculated using financial data (Jalal, 2017). The uptime, reaction time, and throughput of the system may all be evaluated based on the performance statistics. With the restricted economic activity expected because of the COVID-19 outbreak, and the rise in inflation the revenue for the automobile engine and parts manufacturing industry has been adjusted to decline by 10.9% by the end of 2022 (Pantalon, 2022). Based on the current challenges the automotive industry faces, we must diversify our engine manufacturing and its operations to expand our revenue. In this presentation, I will be using qualitative and quantitative data to explain why I think our company should rapidly explore the ever-evolving and growing popularity of the electric car industry and develop electric motors. I will show the qualitative data which will focus on the industry reports of engine manufacturing inside the automotive industry. The quantitative data that I will provide will estimate the projections for future operations and provide fact-checked historical data on the automotive industry. Automotive Manufacturing Industry
After conducting extensive research into the current automotive industry status, where I focused on the performance and expectations for the industry's future, the 2021 measured revenue of the US car and automobile manufacturing was $75 billion. This is compared to previous years, such as 2020 $69 billion, and in 2019 and 2018 $92 billion (MarketLine 2021). Although we saw a rise from 2020 to 2021 in revenue the automobile manufacturing industry revenue will continue to not keep pace with previous years. As the domestic demand for new vehicles trends higher, three automotive hubs are expected to gain greater traction over the next few years. With that said the US automotive industry is heavily established in the Great Lakes region. This region represents just over 36% of the automobile manufacturers in the US. Some of the most successful automobile making are located here which include the Ford Motor Company, General Motors, and Fiat Chrysler. All these manufacturers are in Michigan which makes up 15% of all automobile manufacturing revenue in the US. With that said there are 2 more regions where automobile manufacturers operate that make up 50% of all us manufacturers' locations. The Regions are the West Region, making up 25.4% of the industry locations, and the Southeast Region, making up 24.6% of the industry locations. After conducting research, the consumer's current mindset is shifting towards a “greener” option for the automobile. This option would have a smaller carbon footprint, providing an increase in producing vehicles that are more environmentally friendly. Nurses play a role in managing a patient health, roles such as: Critical thinking skills, in this case the nurse can recognize any shift in patient health status which plays a significant role in decision making and patient centered care. Time management: delegation, prioritization such as knowing what to do first, what is important, and knowing what task is more important for the patient at a particular time. Patient education is also one of the many role’s nurses do to educate patient on what to expect during a procedure, or during recovery, also teachings on complications or adverse effects of a medication. External Environment and Open Systems
There are certain ways in which organizations interact with their external environment (as open systems). These ways rely on the Systems Approach to Management Theory, which perceives an organization as an open system that consists of interdependent and interrelated parts interacting as sub-systems (Jackson, 2017). Generally, organizations rely on the exchange of resources and information with their environments. More so, they cannot hold complete control over their behavior and actions, which are significantly impacted by external forces. For example, an organization may be impacted by various environmental conditions such as government regulations, client demands, and raw material availability. As an open system, an organization can interact with the external environment in the context of inputs, transformations, and outputs. Inputs refer to both human and non-human resources like materials, energy, and information. Transformations refer to the conversion of inputs into outputs. For example, a school can transform a student into an educated individual. Finally, outputs refer to what an organization is giving to the environment.
Internal Environment and Organizational Culture

Abstract
The placenta is an immune-privileged organ that may tolerate antigen exposure without eliciting a strong inflammatory response that could result in an abortion. After that, the pregnancy can progress normally. Th1 answers, characterized by interferon-, are essential for suppressing intracellular infections. Therefore, the maternal immune system finds a catch-22 when intracellular parasites invade the placenta. The pro-inflammatory response required to eradicate the virus carries the danger of causing an abortion. Toxoplasma is a potent parasite that causes lifetime infections and is a leading cause of abortions in people and animals. This paper speculates that the pregnancy outcome may be affected by the Toxoplasma strain and the effectors of the parasite, both of which can modify the signaling pathways of the host cell.
Introduction
Fetuses infected with the protozoan parasite Toxoplasma gondii can develop a disorder known as toxoplasmosis, sometimes called congenital toxoplasmosis. This disease is transmitted from mother to child in the womb. A miscarriage or a stillbirth might happen as a result. A child with this illness may also have significant and progressively deteriorating difficulties in their vision, hearing, motor skills, cognitive ability, and other areas of development. The parasite Toxoplasma gondii is blamed for many pregnancies ending in miscarriage (Arranz-Solís et al., 2021). Most abortions happen in the first trimester of pregnancy or during the early stages of acute sickness. This research aimed to determine if women who had an abortion were more likely to be infected with toxoplasmosis.
To make matters worse, the toxoplasmosis-causing Toxoplasma gondii is an obligate intracellular pathogen that infects nearly every animal species with a thermoregulatory system. Transferring Toxoplasma from one host to another requires the development of tissue cysts that are infectious when ingested. This means the parasite is incentivized to ensure that the host organism lives during the infection. The parasite does this by stimulating an immune response powerful enough to limit parasite reproduction. Toxoplasma, on the other hand, uses a unique set of effectors to evade the immune response and ensure that the parasite population does not decrease to zero.
Results
Type II strains are the most common cause of infection in both animal and human hosts. However, all four clonal lineages of Toxoplasma may be found throughout Europe and North America. It has been established, however, that the bulk of the South American isolates identified is genetically distinct from the strains seen in North America and Europe. Certain sorts of isolates have been labeled as atypical strains. Birth abnormalities apart, type II strains are the most common in Europe and North America, where the great majority of .

When prisoners are released from prison, they often say that they have paid their debt to
society. This is absurd, of course: crime is not a matter of double-entry bookkeeping. You
cannot pay a debt by having caused even greater expense, nor can you pay in advance for
a bank robbery by offering to serve a prison sentence before you commit it. Perhaps, meta-
phorically speaking, the slate is wiped clean once a prisoner is released from prison, but
the debt is not paid off.
It would be just as absurd for me to say, on my imminent retirement after 14 years of
my hospital and prison work, that I have paid my debt to society. I had the choice to do
something more pleasing if I had wished, and I was paid, if not munificently, at least ade-
quately. I chose the disagreeable neighborhood in which I practiced because, medically
speaking, the poor are more interesting, at least to me, than the rich: their pathology is
more florid, their need for attention greater. Their dilemmas, if cruder, seem to me more
compelling, nearer to the fundamentals of human existence. No doubt I also felt my ser-
vices would be more valuable there: in other words, that I had some kind of duty to per-
form. Perhaps for that reason, like the prisoner on his release, I feel I have paid my debt to
society. Certainly, the work has taken a toll on me, and it is time to do something else.
Someone else can do battle with the metastasizing social pathology of Great Britain, while
I lead a life aesthetically more pleasing to me.
My work has caused me to become perhaps unhealthily preoccupied with the problem
of evil. Why do people commit evil? What conditions allow it to flourish? How is it best pre-
vented and, when necessary, suppressed? Each time I listen to a patient recounting the
cruelty to which he or she has been subjected, or has committed (and I have listened to
several such patients every day for 14 years), these questions revolve endlessly in my mind.
No doubt my previous experiences fostered my preoccupation with this problem. My
mother was a refugee from Nazi Germany, and though she spoke very little of her life be-
fore she came to Britain, the mere fact that there was much of which she did not speak
gave evil a ghostly presence in our household.

PROCEDURAL POSTURE: Plaintiff professional football player appealed from judgments of the United States
District Court for the Southern District of California entered in favor of defendant union on plaintiff's claim for breach
of the duty of fair representation and in favor of defendant attorneys on plaintiff's legal malpractice claim.
OVERVIEW: Plaintiff football player filed suit against defendant union for breach of the duty of fair representation,
alleging that defendant attorneys, who were staff counsel for defendant union, erroneously advised him to file the wrong
type of grievance and failed to rectify the error when there was an opportunity to do so. Plaintiff also claimed that
defendant attorneys committed malpractice. The trial court entered judgment for defendants. On appeal, the court
affirmed. The court found that defendant union did not act in an arbitrary, discriminatory, or bad faith manner and held
that mere negligence or an error in judgment was insufficient to impose liability for breach of the duty of fair
representation. The court affirmed the directed verdict in favor of defendant first attorney because a union attorney may
not be held liable in malpractice to an individual union member for acts performed as the union's agent in the collective
bargaining process. The court affirmed the summary judgment entered in favor of defendant second attorney. The trial
court lacked personal jurisdiction over him because his only contact with the forum state were phone calls and letters.
OUTCOME: The court affirmed the judgment in favor of defendant union because it did not breach its duty of fair

1. When drug prices increase at a faster rate than inflation, the groups of people that bear the burden of this increase are taxpayers and Medicare beneficiaries. Taxpayers are paying higher taxes as a result of increased government spending, and Medicare beneficiaries cannot keep up with the price of their prescriptions. When it comes to the factors in making a decision about increasing drug prices, I believe Big Pharma companies should act in a socially responsible manner, meaning they should base their decisions not solely on profit, and not solely on healthcare. There should be a balance, and new policies would be beneficial to help maintain that balance.

The stakeholders most directly impacted are the senior citizens that are dependent on their medication and can’t afford it or any other out of pocket costs because of the already wide gap between their income and expenses. I believe the government itself can be seen as a stakeholder as well because as they continue to increase Medicare funding, their deficit increases, causing them to take action to allocate resources effectively.
4. If the increase in price of existing drugs is preventing those who need those drugs from obtaining them, then to me it is hard to justify the increase based on R&D. There will always be a trade-off between affordable drugs and how quickly we can get new drugs. The government must devise a policy that improves Big Pharma companies’ incentive for affordability
and innovation.

The results help employers know which factors prevent employees from achieving home satisfaction in activities outside of work so that they improve work and life satisfaction for their employees. This also helps employees find a balance so they can do a better job at work and complete satisfying tasks at home.

On February 1, 1901, James Mercer Langston Hughes was born. He was born in
Joplin, Missouri, to James and Caroline Hughes, into a family of enslaved people and
enslavers (Leach, 2004). His father departed from the family, later divorcing their family,
forcing Langston's mother to move to Lawrence, Kansas, with his maternal grandmother. It
was from the latter that Langston learned about African American traditions, installing an
enormous sense of pride into the young man (Hughes et al., 2001). This greatly influenced his
writing, as evidenced by poems such as Mother to Son. He would then go on to join
Columbia University to study engineering, where he would write poetry for the Columbia
Daily Spectator. As a result of racial discrimination, he finally left the school and resided in
Harlem, where he was engulfed by the vibrant feeling of life (Leach, 2004).
Langston began cruising as a crewman aboard the S.S. Malone in 1923, after doing a
few odd jobs. He subsequently took his first white-collar job as Carter G. Woodson's assistant
at the Association for the Study of African American Life and History, a historian. He'd then
leave his work since it didn't enable him to write. He would later work as a busboy. He got
his big writing break when he met Vachel Lindsay, a famous poet of the time, with whom
Langston shared his poetry (Leach, 2004). Lindsay was heavily impressed and helped
Langston reach the big stage. Langston then went on to earn a Bachelor of Arts degree from
Lincoln University.
Langston began his literary career in 1921 by publishing The Crisis in the National
Association for the Advancement of Colored People magazine (Leach, 2004). The poem
Mother to Son was in this book and would go on to get much acclaim. He would go on to
release The Weary Blues along with other novels, short stories, and poems (Hughes et al.,
2001). He participated heavily in the Harlem Renaissance. Langston would pass away on
May 22, 1967, from surgery complications while being treated for prostate cancer.

Executive Summary
The proposed event, titled “Save Our Doughmocracy: A Moophoric Voter Registration
and Ice Cream Social Event” is intended to support the voter registration movement for the 2020
election. Since this event has already happened, the proposal is written theoretically as though
the event date has not yet passed, or in the future tense of what “will” occur. The event will be
hosted by the ice cream brand Ben & Jerry’s on behalf of the Democratic National Committee. It
will serve as an opportunity for attendees to register to vote, connect with Democratic candidates
for the upcoming election, and exclusively sample a new flavor of Ben & Jerry’s ice cream that
is being created specifically for the event. Ben & Jerry’s is an extremely popular brand, loved for
its specialty ice cream and involvement in important social causes. The brand uses its platform to
advocate for numerous movements that its founders and employees support. The goal of this
event is to reestablish election integrity and uphold the values that comprise democracy. Many
people are discriminated against by outdated and unlawful voter registration laws, making it
extremely difficult for certain groups to vote or discouraging them from doing so altogether. The
proposed event aims to aid these groups in their voter registration process in a relaxed, helpful,
and fun way.
Similar events include political candidate rallies, voter registration events, and ice cream
or dessert experiential events. Although these types of events have some overlap with “Save Our
Doughmocracy,” none of them are exactly the same in the way that we combine all of these
events into one, which gives us a competitive advantage. Marketing strategies and promotions
will emphasize this key differentiator to attract people to our event over others. The event’s
strengths include customer loyalty to Ben & Jerry’s, a centralized event location, appeal through
its exclusivity, and a well-established platform for promotion, while weaknesses include
potential controversy due to the Democratic National Committee’s involvement and competing

Summarize the aims, significance and expected outcomes of your proposed research (max. 250 words).
It is to set the mechanism for recalling vehicles with manufacturing defects that affect in
one way or another the safety of vehicles and their users, and this is done by linking a
unified system in which the defective vehicle data is added and called in the system to
the maintenance centers of the concerned vehicle agencies. Workmanship defects are
classified as: (1) Basic defects, which are considered to have a serious and direct impact
on the safety of the vehicle and its users, and the inspection process cannot be passed
until after the defect is fixed. (2) Warning defects, which are considered a defect in the
product, but the effect of the defect does not threaten the safety of the vehicle and its
users pass the examination process and the defect is added as a warning only.
This research proposal aims to find the most effective way to reach every defected
vehicle and the effective way to deal with the vehicle owner to do the necessary changes
especially if it's related to safety in a systematic way. The purpose of the project is to
develop a new business model that was never used everywhere in the world and Saudi
Arabia will take the lead to publish this model to the rest of the world. Ensuring that the
practice will be used is the most effective practise as enabling to force the defected car
owner to have their vehicles fixed and the defected was solved.

Technological Unemployment and to chart its development up to the present day.
Following your review, you are to critically evaluate the impact of Technological
Unemployment on a company of your choice.
You will be expected to illustrate your discussion with examples from the trade press
and other authoritative sources.
The word count limit for this assessment is 1800 words (+/- 10%). In line with normal
practice, tables, figures, references and appendices are excluded from this word count.

Maine has enacted a program of tuition assistance for parents who live
in school districts that neither operate a secondary school of their own
nor contract with a particular school in another district. Under that
program, parents designate the secondary school they would like their
child to attend, and the school district transmits payments to that
school to help defray the costs of tuition. Participating private schools
must meet certain requirements to be eligible to receive tuition pay-
ments, including either accreditation from the New England Associa-
tion of Schools and Colleges (NEASC) or approval from the Maine De-
partment of Education. But they may otherwise differ from Maine
public schools in various ways. Since 1981, however, Maine has lim-
ited tuition assistance payments to “nonsectarian” schools.
Petitioners sought tuition assistance to send their children to Ban-
gor Christian Schools (BCS) and Temple Academy. Although both
BCS and Temple Academy are accredited by NEASC, the schools do
not qualify as “nonsectarian” and are thus ineligible to receive tuition
payments under Maine’s tuition assistance program. Petitioners sued
the commissioner of the Maine Department of Education, alleging that
the “nonsectarian” requirement violated the Free Exercise Clause and
the Establishment Clause of the First Amendment, as well as the
Equal Protection Clause of the Fourteenth Amendment. The District
Court rejected petitioners’ constitutional claims and granted judgment
to the commissioner. The First Circuit affirmed.
Held: Maine’s “nonsectarian” requirement for otherwise generally avail-
able tuition assistance payments violates the Free Exercise Clause.

Under Augustus, the empire experienced the Pax Romana, a 200-year period of relative peace and stability. The empire's borders expanded, encompassing territories from Britain to Egypt and from Spain to the Euphrates. Roman legions, renowned for their discipline and engineering prowess, secured and maintained these vast territories, building roads, fortifications, and cities that facilitated control and integration.
The Roman Empire’s society was hierarchical, with a rigid class system. At the top were the patricians, wealthy elites who held significant political power. Below them were the plebeians, free citizens with limited political influence, and the vast numbers of slaves who formed the backbone of the economy. The family unit was central, governed by the paterfamilias, the male head who held absolute authority.
Culturally, the Romans were eclectic, absorbing and adapting elements from the civilizations they encountered, particularly the Greeks. Roman art, literature, and philosophy reflected this synthesis, creating a rich cultural tapestry. Latin, the Roman language, became the lingua franca of the Western world, influencing numerous modern languages.
Roman architecture and engineering achievements were monumental. They perfected the arch, vault, and dome, constructing enduring structures like the Colosseum, Pantheon, and aqueducts. These engineering marvels not only showcased Roman ingenuity but also served practical purposes, from public entertainment to water supply.

Published classroom materials form the basis of syllabuses, drive teacher professional development, and have a potentially huge influence on learners, teachers and education systems. All teachers also create their own materials, whether a few sentences on a blackboard, a highly-structured fully-realised online course, or anything in between. Despite this, the knowledge and skills needed to create effective language learning materials are rarely part of teacher training, and are mostly learnt by trial and error.
Knowledge and skills frameworks, generally called competency frameworks, for ELT teachers, trainers and managers have existed for a few years now. However, until I created one for my MA dissertation, there wasn’t one drawing together what we need to know and do to be able to effectively produce language learning materials.
This webinar will introduce you to my framework, highlighting the key competencies I identified from my research. It will also show how anybody involved in language teaching (any language, not just English!), teacher training, managing schools or developing language learning materials can benefit from using the framework.

This particular research aimed to investigate the relationship between problem-
- 2. solving-oriented and cognitive-behavioral techniques for emotion regulation and levels of psychological discomfort (Speyer etal.,2021). Notably, the issue of violence among adolescents is increasingly recognized as a severe problem in terms of public health. However, little research has investigated the importance of techniques to control cognitive emotion in teenagers, despite the increased interest in psychographic risk factors for violent conduct. The primary focus of this study will be to investigate the frequency of violent behaviors shown by adolescents and to determine the nature of the connection that exists between specific coping mechanisms for regulating cognition and emotion and various manifestations of aggressive behavior. Using confidential, self-reporting questionnaires, the research will conduct a cross-sectional survey of 3,315 students in grades 7 to 10 to investigate methods by which young adolescents may manage their cognitive processes, emotions, and actions connected to violence. The participants will be notified about the survey, but their personal information will not be public under any circumstances since this would violate ethical standards. The influence of a father on his children might also vary depending on the gender and age of the kid. For boys, parental psychological distress is related to higher internalizing and externalizing issues throughout early adolescence. This finding lends credence to the notion that this stage of development may be especially significant in father-son exchanges. On the other hand, there is a correlation between maternal and paternal psychological discomfort in early infancy and increased levels of internalizing and externalizing difficulties in females (Speyer et al.,2021). Growing up with a father who struggles with mental illness may make girls more reserved, reducing the possibility that they would acquire issues that are manifested outside their bodies. This is one of the possible explanations.

Part Two The whole of this project shall be guided by the research questions below: (what is the prevalence of adolescent violent behaviors? what is the relationship between specific strategies to regulate cognitive emotion and forms of violent behavior?) To help operationalize the variables, a logistic regression model will be used to determine the nature of the connection between specific violent actions and techniques for controlling cognitive and emotional states. The keywords which shall help in looking for resources shall be adolescent, anti-social behavior, cognitive emotion regulation, psychographic risk factors, and violence. In this research project, dependent and independent variables shall be used. I. Dependent variables shall be; Psychological Distress and problem orientation in adolescents II.
