2. 1. You get what you give.
Everything that you do, you will get it back in some
shape or form. Rather it be positive or negative. You
can get it back instantly or years later, but it will
always come back around. Our life is like looking in
the mirror, you get back what you give.

3. 2. Negative Results
Don’t let little things that happen in your life give you a
negative attitude. Like the weather for instance, many people let
the cold, icy weather dictate their attitude because it can hinder
the ability for one to drive, you may have to go outside in the
cold and scrape the ice from the car windows, shovel the snow
from the driveway, etc. If you can look at it in a different
perspective then you don’t release negative energy to the
universe.

4. 3. Relationships with people that are tainted
People may get into arguments with other people that
has a developed relationship and can result into that
relationship to become tainted. The devil feeds off of this
because he doesn’t want to see anybody happy. A
negative person may read this and go tell others about it
resulting in more negativity ultimately tainting more
relationships.

5. 4. You’ll get less help
You’ll get less cooperation. If you have ever had a job
with a boss then you know that some of them will run
around acting like little Hitler’s and telling everybody
what to do. By doing this, the boss will lose a form of
communication with these people because people will
always be on the defense when being approached. In
result overtime, cooperation will not be there as well.

6. 5. Bad Reputation
If you always have a negative attitude, then eventually you will get a
bad reputation from others. People will not want to associate with you
because of this. Most people want to be around positive things even if
they don’t realize it because it just naturally puts people in a better
mindset. To change this mindset, start listening to positive audios,
reading books, and network with positive people. Our minds are
programmed by what is happening in our society, which is mainly
negativity. We have to weed this stuff out and focus on the good and
positive mindset.

7. 6. People trust you less
When you walk around always having a nasty attitude and always
focusing on the bad things in life, people will naturally not want to
associate with you and you will become untrustworthy. People don’t
want to trust someone who is always down and out on life blaming
everything on the world. We as people have enough issues in life so
why would anybody that is trying to do better for themselves want to
associate or trust anyone that doesn’t have the same mindset. Happy
people trust happy people.

8. 7. Productivity
Negativity will always have an effect on your day-to-day productivity
because you will hinder yourself from doing what needs to be done.
When something doesn’t go as planned or if you can’t figure something
out then you will naturally give up because of the negative attitude that
has been programmed in your brain will tell you to quit. In order to be
productive, you need to set small daily goals and focus 100% into
hitting that goal. If you do this, you will accomplish anything that you
set out to do. Remember the small things equal the big things.

9. 8. Creates arguments
Negative people love to argue. Abraham Lincoln said
the only one that wins an argument is nobody. Even
if you did win an argument, the relationship that
may have already been established with that
individual has been damaged so did you really win?

10. 9. Creates toxins in your blood
Negativity creates toxins in your blood. Scientific
research has proven this by ejecting a calm person blood
into a mouse and nothing happened, but when the blood
of an anger person was ejected the mouse died instantly.
Makes sense to be positive and don’t let the little things in
life set you back and always keep your cool.

11. 10. Negativity causes accidents
If negative people are arguing while they are driving, this can
lead to a wreck because they may get into an altercation and
swerve off the road or strike another vehicle or pedestrian. If
something happens while cooking, something could get burned
or something could be dropped and break causing more fusion
because of the blame game. See how this works and I’m sure
you can think of more examples like this.

12. 11. Attracts dirty looks from others.
Have you ever overheard someone being negative and thought
to yourself,” I wish they would go on somewhere”. We think like
this because it’s just not comfort to be around. The same effect
happens with someone being positive. People love being around
people that are positive because most of the time that person’s
intentions are good and it motivates others to be the same way.

13. 12. It displays their true colors.
I know a guy that used to sell this product and at the time he was
accepting affiliates to sell his product for a commission. Well one day,
he stopped taking applications to sell this product because it was
outdated, so he felt that it was best to stop promoting it. This one guy
contacted him and said hey I would really like to promote this product
because I think that I would do well with it and my friend said no
because it is outdated and probably wouldn’t be as effective anymore.
The guy didn’t like his response and was outraged calling my friend
inappropriate things, but he showed his true colors.

14. 13. It solves nothing
A person may be winning an argument because you
are right and they are wrong, but it really solved
nothing at the end of the day there was no benefit to
it other than adding negative feedback to both of
their mindsets.

15. 14. You become obsessed with it
All of sudden, you spend your whole day talking about
the wrong of this and that and you become obsessed with
it. Why? What’s the point? If you want to become
obsessed with something, make it positive. Make it about
being obsessed with becoming a better person for your
family. Creating a better life for them. Focus on the
positive and not the negative.

16. 15. Shortens your life
Negativity just shortens people lives. It causes people
to do things out of negative thinking that otherwise
would not be done. Like crimes, lying, etc. You want
to read positive books, listen to positive audios, and
associate with positive people.
