Reports Reports are available for all participants. However, to keep the results confidential, administrator cannot view the individual reports. Three online reports are available below Report Manager tab: Dimension Report I: Dimension Report: Dimension level comparison of self-ratings, the ratings from all other sources, and the ratings that all of your colleagues received. Dimension Report II: Dimension level comparison of ratings broken down by self and different rater types (e.g. Manager, Peer, Direct Report). Item Report: An in depth presentation of your data for each dimension assessed in the 360-degree evaluation. Gap Report: 10 items for which there was the largest gap between your self-ratings and your ratings from other sources.

Instrument This instrument tracks, measures and benchmarks five behavioral dimensions split into sixteen items on a five point scale. This instrument is designed by Dr. Neta Moye form Owen Graduate School of Management at Vanderbilt University after several years of research in the field of Organization Behavior. More than 2000 assessments are already completed by using the Enterprise Team360 from Ascendus.
