utmost responsibility, integrity, loyalty and efficiency.

and responsibility to the public. This is further espoused

Honesty (WATCH) in the workplace, underscoring 2
core values in promoting national renewal, punctuality

one incurs unauthorized absences exceeding the
allowable 2.5 days monthly leave credit at least 3 months
during the year. (section 22(q) Rule XIV, Omnibus Rules
Implementing Book V, Executive Order No.292
(Administrative Code 1987) Meanwhile, an officer or
employee shall be considered habitually tardy if he is late
for work, regardless of the number of minutes, 10 times a
month for at least 2 months in a semester, or at least 2
consecutive months during the year (CSC Circular No. 04,
s. 1991)

Schools are zones of peace. Ensure that schools are
free from all forms of violence as declared by DepED Order
No.44 s. 2005, reiterated on DepEd memorandum 109 s.
2017. As government official or employee, one should be
pacifier, not an insinuator of conflict. Rumormongering should
not exist in the workplace and it is looked upon with disfavor if
not abhor. RA 6713, Code of Conduct and Ethical Standards
for Public official and Employees sets parameter on how one
acts or behaves.
