We discussed about water heater. Until, My group concluded about the block diagram.
Rough Specification of water heater
- Using power estimate 3.5 kW. (V =220V, f = 50Hz, I = 16 A)
- Safety point estimate 4 points or more than 4 points. (Flow control, ELCB, PCB cover,
Thermostat cut current at 57 degree Celsius)
- Diameter pipe 15 mm.
- Switching power supply Vdc = 5V for controller and etc.
- LEDS (Leaves) show using quality of water.
- Adjust temperature by rotate the button.
And we share the work to each person responsible for each part. I’m obtains about power
circuit for drive heater. I think to separate part of control and power for safety and study about
device which use in power circuit such as heater, ELCB, opto-isolated, and anything which concern
part of it.
