This document outlines a project funded by the European Union to develop action plans to foster the effective inclusion of persons with disabilities in the labor market in Croatia. The project will establish working groups in 8 counties to develop action plans. The working groups will receive training in September and then meet regularly to draft the action plans with support from project experts. The action plans are intended to strengthen partnerships and create synergies to improve regional economies and social cohesion.

Role for AP for PWD
• improve the regional economy and social cohesion in counties enabling all
sections of society to play a valid role strengthening and development of
partnership among all stakeholders in the regional labor market
• creating synergies among concerned organizations. CES play a central role.
• Securing funding for activities (IPA and ESF)
• objectives can be achieved only partnership of stakeholders in the labor
market is strong. Therefore depend on collaboration and communication
• Partnership will produce additional inputs and experience to prepare and
implement projects that are adapted to the local labor market and impact
positively on the economic and social cohesion
