Involves the transplantation of naturally occurring groups of 1-4
hairs called follicular units.
Follicular units allow surgeons to transplant thousands of grafts in a
single session.
An elliptical strip of skin is removed from the back of the scalp (strip
harvesting)
Once strip is removed, surgical assistants remove individual
follicular units using a stereomicroscope.
The brow line is prepared using a high-gauge needle.
The surgeon transplants the follicular unit with careful attention to
the distribution and orientation.
6. 4. Is it a permanent solution?
Eyebrow hair transplant surgery provides long-term
growth.
To ensure that new grafts stay, you must avoid triggers
that may damage the area or cause the hair to shed
permanently.

Reassessment is done down the line to check if another procedure is
necessary.

while gently applying antibiotic treatment.
Other surgeons allow patients to wash the area on the 3rd post-
operative day.
Patients may apply make-up around the eyes on the next post-
operative day BUT you can only apply cosmetics on the brow once
crusts have fallen off.
