• What skills do your employees need?
– Also need to find out if there are enough people in your area who have those
specific skills that you’ll need.
– If your area doesn’t have enough qualified workers, can you train people using on
the job, or pre-employment training?
• How many employees do you need?
– You don’t want too many employees, but you also don’t want too few
– You can start by hiring part time employees, and then moving them to full time
positions once you determine what you’re labor needs are.
