How to make a website: discover, define, design, develop, deploy. It’s a familiar framework for most of our project processes. Now along comes this content strategy thing. Sure, it sounds like a great idea, but how does it fit in with what we’re already doing? Walk through a a typical website project to find out how content strategy fits (and why it will make you so happy!)
I happen to love podcasts and it seems like the I’m not alone, 20% of Americans are now listening to podcasts at least once a month, that’s a lot of hours directly attached to your target audience’s brain. According to the Washington Post, there were over 1 billion podcast downloads this past year and monthly podcast listeners have reached 75 million per month. Podcasts allow individual and traditional broadcasters alike to reach younger, and more varied audiences. “People under the age of 30 don’t own radios,” noted WNYC’s CEO and president Laura Walker.
What’s great about podcasts is there are no rules, you can target a niche as specific as you like, the listening habits are so varied and what you determine as ROI is all up to you. If done correctly it’s a forum to consistently share your expertise, build your credibility in a very intimate medium. When you have a direct relationship with your listener you can do really interesting things to build your brand. There’s nothing more intimate than being allowed to whisper in someones ear on a regular basis

According to Juliet (Shakespeare, Romeo and Juliet), a name should mean nothing, but for a startup, it’s a completely different story. Choosing a name for your startup can be one of the most important decisions you make in the beginning, and for a good reason: it is the most impactful choices you’ll take. That’s why it is pretty common, that startups before getting product-market fit change their names a couple times. Unfortunately, not every startup gets enough time and they realize too late that they chose a lame name. But what is in a name?

Greetings Consumer Marketers,
In many ways, it’s a good year for B2C content marketers. Adoption rates of content marketing are on the rise and confidence has grown:
90% of B2C marketers are using content marketing, compared with 86% last year.
34% of B2C marketers consider themselves effective at content marketing—up from 32% last year.
B2C marketers have rated many tactics higher in effectiveness this year; in-person events and eNewsletters top the list of effective tactics.
B2C marketers are using all social platforms more often, with LinkedIn use registering the biggest jump (from 51% to 71%).
This confidence in content marketing also shows in terms of investment: 60% of B2C marketers plan to increase the amount they allocate to content marketing. Perhaps surprisingly, the least effective B2C marketers plan to increase their content marketing budgets more than the most effective ones (69% vs. 55%): another indication that marketers believe in the principles of content marketing, even if they have not quite figured out how to best execute.
Read on to discover not only how the B2C content marketing landscape has changed over the last year, but also to learn what the most effective B2C marketers are doing differently than their peers.
On with the content marketing revolution!

B2B Content Marketing 2015 Benchmarks, Budgets & Trends - North America
Hello Content Marketers, Welcome to the fifth annual B2B Content Marketing Benchmarks, Budgets, and Trends—North America report. It’s hard to believe that it’s been five years since we first surveyed marketers on how they use content as part of the marketing mix. Since then, the survey has grown to reach marketers all across the globe. This year, we heard from more than 5,000 marketers—in 25 industries in 109 countries—from for-profit and nonprofit organizations. In this report, you’ll learn how the B2B marketers from North America responded. As you’ll notice, we made some changes to this year’s survey to better reflect how the industry is growing. We added new questions, changed the way we asked some of the prior ones, and even removed a few. We also asked content marketers about the initiatives they’re working on—and the list is long, as you will see… We’re thrilled to be with you on this journey.

And yet: there are bottlenecks and broken tools, slowdowns and workarounds. Despite the big ideas and deliverables, the process of producing and publishing content is still awfully messy.

Here's how to clean up your content strategy in 12 brutal yet sensible steps - inspired by #atomicdesign
Summary? The key to untie the content strategic knot and/or declutter your content strategy is to be found in its most fundamental component: your answers to the top of your (future) customer’s FAQ list.
An ‘atomic’ content strategy will answer FAQ #1 first, proceed to answer one question at a time, tag each answer systematically with their why, who, how, when, whereto and where… and scrum from there...
What is content strategy and what do content strategists do? Isn’t content strategy just copywriting? And why is content strategy so focused on people and systems?
In this presentation, we take a look at content strategy and learn how it can help you build and design better experiences and bring them to market. Content strategy, UX, and product design can work hand in hand to create delight while driving business growth. And when you’re doing it right, it’s hard to tell where content ends and design begins.
By focusing on the entire system and workflow from the beginning, you’ll create better content—which means a better experience for the people using your products or web site.
You’ll learn about:
● What content strategy is (and isn’t!)
● Why “content” means more than just words
● The 8 core components of content strategy
● The 5 key impacts of a strong content strategy

Today, it's quite probable that the two most important words for marketers are "content strategy." Content strategy identifies which content will best achieve your business objectives while fulfilling your customers' needs. Developing a content strategy also helps answer questions that often get left until the eleventh hour: Who is going to create the content, and how? How can you ensure your communications are consistent across all channels? What role will user-generated content play in helping meet your marketing goals?
This presentation discusses:
* the practice of content strategy
* useful, actionable details your organization can take advantage of immediately

Memorandum Of Association Constitution of Company.pptseri bangash
www.seribangash.com
A Memorandum of Association (MOA) is a legal document that outlines the fundamental principles and objectives upon which a company operates. It serves as the company's charter or constitution and defines the scope of its activities. Here's a detailed note on the MOA:
Contents of Memorandum of Association:
Name Clause: This clause states the name of the company, which should end with words like "Limited" or "Ltd." for a public limited company and "Private Limited" or "Pvt. Ltd." for a private limited company.
https://seribangash.com/article-of-association-is-legal-doc-of-company/
Registered Office Clause: It specifies the location where the company's registered office is situated. This office is where all official communications and notices are sent.
Objective Clause: This clause delineates the main objectives for which the company is formed. It's important to define these objectives clearly, as the company cannot undertake activities beyond those mentioned in this clause.
www.seribangash.com
Liability Clause: It outlines the extent of liability of the company's members. In the case of companies limited by shares, the liability of members is limited to the amount unpaid on their shares. For companies limited by guarantee, members' liability is limited to the amount they undertake to contribute if the company is wound up.
https://seribangash.com/promotors-is-person-conceived-formation-company/
Capital Clause: This clause specifies the authorized capital of the company, i.e., the maximum amount of share capital the company is authorized to issue. It also mentions the division of this capital into shares and their respective nominal value.
Association Clause: It simply states that the subscribers wish to form a company and agree to become members of it, in accordance with the terms of the MOA.
Importance of Memorandum of Association:
Legal Requirement: The MOA is a legal requirement for the formation of a company. It must be filed with the Registrar of Companies during the incorporation process.
Constitutional Document: It serves as the company's constitutional document, defining its scope, powers, and limitations.
Protection of Members: It protects the interests of the company's members by clearly defining the objectives and limiting their liability.
External Communication: It provides clarity to external parties, such as investors, creditors, and regulatory authorities, regarding the company's objectives and powers.
https://seribangash.com/difference-public-and-private-company-law/
Binding Authority: The company and its members are bound by the provisions of the MOA. Any action taken beyond its scope may be considered ultra vires (beyond the powers) of the company and therefore void.
Amendment of MOA:
While the MOA lays down the company's fundamental principles, it is not entirely immutable. It can be amended, but only under specific circumstances and in compliance with legal procedures. Amendments typically require shareholder
