Just because something is legal, does not mean it is right for a Christian. Many Christians have accepted Satan's lie that if it is legal, it is right for Christians.
This document discusses the sin of lying from both a biblical and practical perspective. It begins by listing several biblical passages that condemn lying. It then provides numerous examples from the Bible where people lied, such as the devil, Cain, Sarah, Jacob, Joseph's brothers, Saul, Gehazi, and Peter. The document emphasizes that lying is hateful to God, an abomination, hinders prayer, and is characteristic of the wicked, false prophets, false witnesses, and hypocrites. It notes that lying often leads to other sins and will be punished both in this life and the next. In contrast, the document states that saints should hate lying, avoid it, and respect the truth. It concludes by quoting a
The document is a sermon about the kings of Israel from Jeroboam to Omri. It discusses their increasing sinfulness over time and how each king walked in the sins of those before them. It warns that God will judge those who stubbornly follow their own sinful ways rather than walking obediently according to God's law. However, God will also receive anyone who repents of their sins and comes to Him through Jesus. The sermon encourages choosing to walk in obedience to experience God's blessings rather than facing His judgment for one's rebelliousness.
Rahab the harlot lied to protect Israelite spies by telling the King of Jericho's men that the spies had already left the city when they were actually hiding on her roof. Some argue Rahab's lie was justified given the situation, while others say no lie is justified according to scripture. Rahab is praised in the Bible for protecting the spies, and went on to be included in Jesus' lineage, showing how God can forgive and use anyone. The document discusses whether lying is ever justified and what the Bible says about truth and lying.

This document argues that Yahushua is the true name of the Messiah and Jesus is a false name invented later. It claims the western world arrogantly changed names from their original Hebrew forms, including changing Yahushua to Iesus and then to Jesus. It asserts the name Jesus is inextricably linked to the graven image of the Messiah as a white man, which is a violation of scripture. The document urges people to use reason and logic to accept that Yahushua is the true name and Jesus is a false name and idol.

The document summarizes passages from Numbers 22-25 regarding Balak summoning Balaam to curse the Israelites, but God preventing Balaam from doing so and instead blessing them. It then describes the Israelites engaging in sexual immorality with Moabite women and worshipping the Moabite god Baal, angering God. 24,000 Israelites died from a plague before Phinehas stopped it by killing an Israelite man and the Midianite woman he brought home. The objective is for students to understand that while God guides and protects those he calls, sin leads to consequences by straying from building his kingdom.
The document discusses the nature of evil through examples from the biblical book of 2 Kings. It describes how evil can be deceptive and hide beneath disguises. It analyzes stories of Naaman, Israel, and Judah to illustrate how evil manifests in stubbornness, idolatry, and self-centeredness that hides behind religion. The examples show how evil leads to ruin and exile when people reject God's commands.

This document contrasts covetousness and contentment. It defines covetousness as a sinful longing for what others have that is forbidden by the 10th commandment. Covetousness stems from pride and leads to idolatry by making material possessions or status the focus rather than God. Contentment, on the other hand, is finding satisfaction in what God has provided through trusting in His care and provision. The document provides numerous Bible verses condemning covetousness and promoting contentment.
This document discusses the difference between biblical faith and presumption. It argues that much of what is called faith today is actually presumption, which involves believing something without proof or overstepping boundaries. True biblical faith is trusting completely in God and obeying his word, not wishing or demanding one's own way. The document cautions against superficial or self-serving ideas of faith and promotes understanding faith as trusting God's character and promises as revealed in scripture.
This document discusses the depravity and sinful nature of mankind. It provides several biblical passages that demonstrate how humans are morally corrupt and inclined toward evil. The passages show that no one is good or seeks God on their own. However, God showed his love by sending Jesus to die for mankind's sins. The document contrasts goodness toward people and God, and notes that while people can do good for each other, no one can truly obey or do good from a pure heart without God. It poses a question about how non-believers can accept Christ if they cannot do good, and the answer is that God sent Jesus to die for sinners.
The document discusses the concept of sin and its consequences. It defines sin as the transgression of God's law and notes that sin entered the world through Adam, bringing death to all humanity. It explores how sin separates humans from God and corrupts their nature, making them "wretched." However, it also discusses how humanity was originally created upright by God as temples for the Holy Spirit, and how a blending of humanity and divinity in Christ offers the hope of overcoming sin.
1. King Jehoshaphat charges the judges to carry out their duties faithfully before God, not showing favoritism.
2. The judges are instructed to warn those who are sinning, explaining that God's wrath will come upon both the sinner and the judge if they fail to deliver the warning.
3. Jehoshaphat ends the commission by exhorting the judges to carry out their duties with courage, assured that God will be with them.
Jonah 1:1-3. Jonah told by God to go preach to Nineveh
Went by boat to Tarshish instead
Storm came up, Jonah thrown overboard
Swallowed by great fish, then spit out on land
Jonah told again to preach to Nineveh
Jonah tells God he didn’t want to preach to Nineveh because he knew God would forgive them if they repented
They repented and God forgave them
Jonah was angry & went outside the city to see what would happen
God caused a gourd to grow up and give him shade
A worm caused the plant to die & Jonah was angry
God asked Jonah if it was right for him to be angry about the plant, Jonah said yes
God said, should I not pity the 120,000 souls in Nineveh
I. OUR LACK OF FAITH IN GOD AND HIS PLAN
II. OUR UNWILLINGNESS TO SHARE GOD'S BLESSINGS
III. OUR UNWILLINGNESS TO ENCOURAGE REPENTANCE OF OTHERS
IV. OUR UNWILLINGNESS TO ACCEPT THE REPENTANCE OF OTHERS
V. OUR OWN COMFORT IS MORE IMPORTANT THAN OUR CONCERN FOR OTHERS
VI. OUR COMPLAINING
1) The document discusses types of prejudice like racial, sexual, religious, and economic prejudice. It uses the example of Jesus talking to a Samaritan woman as an instance of breaking racial prejudice.
2) Prejudice is defined as making judgments without knowledge or facts. It is wrong because it violates commands to love others and treat all people with dignity as beings made in God's image.
3) Ways to overcome prejudice include realizing it is wrong, putting oneself in others' shoes, making an effort to understand those who are different, and changing prejudiced terms one uses. The document encourages examining one's own prejudices and getting right with God.

Genesis 47:13-15 Now there was no bread in all the land; for the famine was very severe, so that the land of Egypt and the land of Canaan languished because of the famine. 14 And Joseph gathered up all the money that was found in the land of Egypt and in the land of Canaan, for the grain which they bought; and Joseph brought the money into Pharaoh's house. 15 So when the money failed in the land of Egypt and in the land of Canaan, all the Egyptians came to Joseph and said, "Give us bread, for why should we die in your presence? For the money has failed." There are a number of reasons that money fails.
I beseech you – beg, urge, encourage, appeal
By the mercies of God – compassion
Present your bodies a living sacrifice – as opposed to a sacrifice of death
Holy, Acceptable to God – pure, without spot or blemish
Your reasonable service – since Christ died for us we should live our lives for him. 2 Corinthians 5:15 and He died for all, that those who live should live no longer for themselves, but for Him who died for them and rose again.
John 3:16 is the most quoted and most remembered scripture from the bible.
Did you know that there are a number of other 3:16 verses that relate to and are very important to our spiritual lives and our living for Jesus?
Tonight we are going to look at some of those 3:16 scriptures.
Philippians 1:9-11 And this I pray, that your love may abound still more and more in knowledge and all discernment, 10 that you may approve the things that are excellent, that you may be sincere and without offense till the day of Christ, 11 being filled with the fruits of righteousness which are by Jesus Christ, to the glory and praise of God.
Fear is common to all. We all fear something. Some fear is God given. Children come into this world with a fear of heights and of loud noises. Some fears are there to protect us from physical harm: snakes, darkness, suffocation, being burned, death, etc. In christians, most fear is a tool of satan
Brotherly love has amazed many people throughout the centuries. Love of the brethren is commanded by God. Brotherly love mus be worked at to achieve. problems in the church are either directly or indirectly connected to lack of love for one another. love is the key to a growing or even a surviving church.
Jesus makes it very clear that we need to forgive others in order to be forgiven ourselves by God. Forgiveness is a key to having successful relationships. we will look at nine roadblocks to forgiveness from the book, "From Anger to Intimacy"
in Galatians chapter 3 Paul contrasts salvation under the Law of Moses with the salvation we have through Jesus. Galatians 3:22-29 is full of truths regarding our true position as sons of our loving Father. We will look at 8 things which our faith in Christ will cause us to become.
We are God's workmanship created in Christ Jesus to do good works. We are blessed for doing God's work. We are to speak and do. Faith without works is dead. Faith is shown by our works.
Jonah is a book about god's desire to save the lost and man's role in that. there are some great lessons taught in the book of Jonah. We will look at questions Jonah was asked in the book and ask those questions of ourselves.
we all need motivation at times. what motivates you? Paul said 5 things to the brethren at Rome to motivate them to continue their service no matter how great the suffering became. the good always outweighs the bad. the Holy Spirit intercedes for us. God's providence works for us. Judgment is on our behalf. the love of God is on our behalf.
Repentance is a change in your allegiance, your expectations, your values, your priorities, your mission and your morals. can you say there has been a change in your life since you met the Lord?
Isaiah 9:6-7 Jesus would be called or known as wonderful. Wonderful in His birth. Wonderful in His miracles. Wonderful in His teachings. Wonderful in His resistance to sin. Wonderful in His accomplishing His work. Wonderful in His fulfilling prophecies. Wonderful in His sacrifice. Wonderful in His resurrection. Wonderful is His Name.
Isaiah 9:6-7 Jesus would be called or known as Mighty God. Prophecies said he would be God. John said He was Creator and God. Jesus claimed to be God. Thomas said He was God. Paul said He was Creator. Paul called Him God. John said Jesus was the True God.
Isaiah 9:6-7 His name will be called or He would be known as counselor. He is a counselor who understands your struggles. He is a counselor who cares for you. He is a counselor who is committed to you.
I John 2:28-3:3 Tests for Christians. Do you abide in Christ? Do you practice righteousness? Who knows you? Are you a child of God? Are you pure, just as He is pure? What is your identity?
I John 4:1-6 tests for christians 3 - the test of false teaching. Bluffing your way. Do you confess the Son? Do you listen to the Son? Do you obey the Son? Do you pass the test?
Ephesians 3:14-21 How big is your God? The ability of my God is boundless. The ability of my God goes beyond my prayers. The ability of my God is beyond my ability to imagine. The ability of my God is manifested in the lives of His people. The ability of my God is seen through His glorious church. The ability of my God is eternal.

It seems that current missionary work requires spending a lot of money, preparing a lot of materials, and traveling to far away places, so that it feels like missionary work. But what was the result they brought back? It's just a lot of photos of activities, fun eating, drinking and some playing games. And then we have to do the same thing next year, never ending. The church once mentioned that a certain missionary would go to the field where she used to work before the end of his life. It seemed that if she had not gone, no one would be willing to go. The reason why these missionary work is so difficult is that no one obeys God’s words, and the Bible is not the main content during missionary work, because in the eyes of those who do not obey God’s words, the Bible is just words and cannot be connected with life, so Reading out God's words is boring because it doesn't have any life experience, so it cannot be connected with human life. I will give a few examples in the hope that this situation can be changed. A375

2. Jeremiah 18:7-12 The instant I speak concerning a
nation and concerning a kingdom, to pluck up, to
pull down, and to destroy it, (8) if that nation against
whom I have spoken turns from its evil, I will relent
of the disaster that I thought to bring upon it. (9) And
the instant I speak concerning a nation and
concerning a kingdom, to build and to plant it, (10) if
it does evil in My sight so that it does not obey My
voice, then I will relent concerning the good with
which I said I would benefit it. (11) "Now therefore,
speak to the men of Judah and to the inhabitants of
Jerusalem, saying, 'Thus says the LORD: "Behold, I
am fashioning a disaster and devising a plan against
you. Return now every one from his evil way, and
make your ways and your doings good." ' " (12) And
they said, "That is hopeless! So we will walk
according to our own plans, and we will every one
obey the dictates of his evil heart."
3. LEGAL BUT WRONG
A.What do these dates have in common? June 26, 2015,
January 22, 1973, January 1, 1970. Legalization of same
sex marriage, Legalization of abortion, No Fault Divorce
B.The legalization of same sex marriage should be a
reminder to us as Christians, that just because something
becomes legal does not make it right.
C.Yet many “Christians” accept sinful activities when they
become legal or acceptable to the majority of society.
1.Matthew 7:13-14 "Enter by the narrow gate; for wide is
the gate and broad is the way that leads to destruction,
and there are many who go in by it. (14) Because
narrow is the gate and difficult is the way which leads
to life, and there are few who find it.
2.Malachi 2:17 You have wearied the LORD with your
words; Yet you say, "In what way have we wearied
Him?" In that you say, "Everyone who does evil Is good
in the sight of the LORD, And He delights in them," Or,
"Where is the God of justice?"
4. I. LEGAL BUT BIBLICALLY WRONG
A. Prohibition ended 1933 - Prov 20:1 Wine is a mocker,
Strong drink is a brawler, And whoever is led astray by
it is not wise.
B. Marijuana is being legalized in states across the
country beginning with Colorado and Washington in
2012 - Ephesians 5:18 And do not be drunk with wine,
in which is dissipation; but be filled with the Spirit,
C. Alcoholism is a disease 1987 - Galatians 5:19-21 Now
the works of the flesh are evident, which are: adultery,
fornication, uncleanness, lewdness, (20) idolatry,
sorcery, hatred, contentions, jealousies, outbursts of
wrath, selfish ambitions, dissensions, heresies, (21)
envy, murders, drunkenness, revelries, and the like; of
which I tell you beforehand, just as I also told you in
time past, that those who practice such things will not
inherit the kingdom of God.
5. I. LEGAL BUT BIBLICALLY WRONG
D. Homosexuality removed from Diagnostic and Statistical
Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM-1)1973 - 1 Corinthians
6:9 Do you not know that the unrighteous will not inherit
the kingdom of God? Do not be deceived. Neither
fornicators, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor
homosexuals, nor sodomites,
E. Adultery becomes acceptable - 1987 Gary Hart withdraws
from presidential race because of an adulterous
relationship – Bill Clinton committed adultery in 1998 and
left office with the highest end-of-office approval rating of
any U.S. president since World War II. - Adultery has
become acceptable and even expected in our society
today. - Galatians 5:19-21 Now the works of the flesh are
evident, which are: adultery, fornication, uncleanness,
lewdness, (20) idolatry, sorcery, hatred, contentions,
jealousies, outbursts of wrath, selfish ambitions,
dissensions, heresies, (21) envy, murders, drunkenness,
revelries, and the like; of which I tell you beforehand, just
as I also told you in time past, that those who practice
such things will not inherit the kingdom of God.
6. I. LEGAL BUT BIBLICALLY WRONG
F. No Fault Divorce made legal – January 1, 1970 - Matthew
19:8-9 He said to them, "Moses, because of the hardness
of your hearts, permitted you to divorce your wives, but
from the beginning it was not so. (9) And I say to you,
whoever divorces his wife, except for sexual immorality,
and marries another, commits adultery; and whoever
marries her who is divorced commits adultery."
G. Same Sex Marriage made legal – June 26, 2015 - Matthew
19:4-5 And He answered and said to them, "Have you not
read that He who made them at the beginning 'made
them male and female,' (5) and said, 'For this reason a
man shall leave his father and mother and be joined to
his wife, and the two shall become one flesh'?
H. Abortion made legal – January 22, 1973 - Jeremiah 1:4-5
Then the word of the LORD came to me, saying: (5)
"Before I formed you in the womb I knew you; Before you
were born I sanctified you; I ordained you a prophet to the
nations."
7. I. LEGAL BUT BIBLICALLY WRONG
I. Lying is acceptable in political campaign ads. 1933 -
Federal Communications Act - (U.S. Code: Title 47, Sec.
315. – Candidates for public office) (a) … If any licensee
shall permit any person who is a legally qualified
candidate for any public office to use a broadcasting
station, he shall afford equal opportunities to all other
such candidates for that office in the use of such
broadcasting station: Provided, That such licensee shall
have no power of censorship over the material broadcast
under the provisions of this section. (Upheld by courts as
late as 2014) - Revelation 21:8 But the cowardly,
unbelieving, abominable, murderers, sexually immoral,
sorcerers, idolaters, and all liars shall have their part in
the lake which burns with fire and brimstone, which is
the second death.“
J. Sex before marriage has become acceptable and even
expected in our society. Almost all T.V. shows and
movies present it as a normal activity.
8. II. PRINCIPLES TO CONSIDER
A.“YOU CAN’T LEGISLATE MORALITY”
1."It may be true that morality cannot be
legislated, but behavior can be regulated. It
may be true that the law cannot make a man
love me, religion and education will have to do
that. But it can keep him from lynching me and
I think that is very important, also," Martin
Luther King’s 1962 Speech at Dartmouth
2.We legislate moral actions all the time. Murder,
theft, perjury, DUI,
3.Society seems to be adhering to the old saying,
“If you can’t fight them, join them.” If an action
being illegal doesn’t deter it then make it legal.
9. II. PRINCIPLES TO CONSIDER
B.“THE END JUSTIFY THE MEANS” -
Romans 3:5-8 But if our unrighteousness
demonstrates the righteousness of God,
what shall we say? Is God unjust who
inflicts wrath? (I speak as a man.)
6 Certainly not! For then how will God
judge the world? 7 For if the truth of God
has increased through my lie to His glory,
why am I also still judged as a sinner?
8 And why not say, "Let us do evil that
good may come"?--as we are slanderously
reported and as some affirm that we say.
Their condemnation is just.
10. II. PRINCIPLES TO CONSIDER
C. REVERSAL OF VIRTUES - Isaiah 5:20-25 Woe to those
who call evil good, and good evil; Who put darkness for
light, and light for darkness; Who put bitter for sweet,
and sweet for bitter! 21 Woe to those who are wise in
their own eyes, And prudent in their own sight! 22 Woe to
men mighty at drinking wine, Woe to men valiant for
mixing intoxicating drink, 23 Who justify the wicked for a
bribe, And take away justice from the righteous man!
24 Therefore, as the fire devours the stubble, And the
flame consumes the chaff, So their root will be as
rottenness, And their blossom will ascend like dust;
Because they have rejected the law of the LORD of hosts,
And despised the word of the Holy One of Israel.
25 Therefore the anger of the LORD is aroused against
His people; He has stretched out His hand against them
And stricken them, And the hills trembled. Their
carcasses were as refuse in the midst of the streets. For
all this His anger is not turned away, But His hand is
stretched out still.
11. III. WE MUST OBEY GOD NOT MEN
A. Acts 4:19-20 But Peter and John answered and said to
them, "Whether it is right in the sight of God to listen to
you more than to God, you judge. (20) For we cannot but
speak the things which we have seen and heard."
B. Acts 5:29 But Peter and the other apostles answered
and said: "We ought to obey God rather than men.
1 Samuel 15:24 Then Saul said to Samuel, "I have sinned,
for I have transgressed the commandment of the LORD
and your words, because I feared the people and obeyed
their voice.
C. Mark 7:6-7 He answered and said to them, "Well did
Isaiah prophesy of you hypocrites, as it is written: 'This
people honors Me with their lips, But their heart is far
from Me. (7) And in vain they worship Me, Teaching as
doctrines the commandments of men.'
12. IV. WE MUST DISTINGUISH
BETWEEN GOOD AND EVIL.
A.HATE GOOD AND LOVE EVIL? - Micah 3:1-12 And I said:
"Hear now, O heads of Jacob, And you rulers of the house
of Israel: Is it not for you to know justice? 2 You who hate
good and love evil; Who strip the skin from My people,
And the flesh from their bones; 3 Who also eat the flesh of
My people, Flay their skin from them, Break their bones,
And chop them in pieces Like meat for the pot, Like flesh
in the caldron." 4 Then they will cry to the LORD, But He
will not hear them; He will even hide His face from them at
that time, Because they have been evil in their deeds.
5 Thus says the LORD concerning the prophets Who
make my people stray; Who chant "Peace" While they
chew with their teeth, But who prepare war against him
Who puts nothing into their mouths: 6 "Therefore you
shall have night without vision, And you shall have
darkness without divination; The sun shall go down on
the prophets, And the day shall be dark for them. >>>
13. IV. WE MUST DISTINGUISH
BETWEEN GOOD AND EVIL.
7 So the seers shall be ashamed, And the diviners
abashed; Indeed they shall all cover their lips; For there is
no answer from God." 8 But truly I am full of power by the
Spirit of the LORD, And of justice and might, To declare to
Jacob his transgression And to Israel his sin. 9 Now hear
this, You heads of the house of Jacob And rulers of the
house of Israel, Who abhor justice And pervert all equity,
10 Who build up Zion with bloodshed And Jerusalem with
iniquity: 11 Her heads judge for a bribe, Her priests teach
for pay, And her prophets divine for money. Yet they lean
on the LORD, and say, "Is not the LORD among us? No
harm can come upon us." 12 Therefore because of you
Zion shall be plowed like a field, Jerusalem shall become
heaps of ruins, And the mountain of the temple Like the
bare hills of the forest.
14. IV. WE MUST DISTINGUISH
BETWEEN GOOD AND EVIL.
B. 1 Kings 3:9 Therefore give to Your servant an
understanding heart to judge Your people, that I
may discern between good and evil. For who is
able to judge this great people of Yours?"
C. Hebrews 5:12-14 For though by this time you
ought to be teachers, you need someone to
teach you again the first principles of the oracles
of God; and you have come to need milk and not
solid food. 13 For everyone who partakes only of
milk is unskilled in the word of righteousness,
for he is a babe. 14 But solid food belongs to
those who are of full age, that is, those who by
reason of use have their senses exercised to
discern both good and evil.
15. V. DEPART FROM EVIL AND DO GOOD.
A.1 Peter 3:10-11 For "He who would love
life And see good days, Let him refrain his
tongue from evil, And his lips from
speaking deceit. 11 Let him turn away from
evil and do good; Let him seek peace and
pursue it.
B.IT IS FOOLISH TO DO EVIL. - Jeremiah
4:22 "For My people are foolish, They
have not known Me. They are silly children,
And they have no understanding. They are
wise to do evil, But to do good they have
no knowledge."
16. V. DEPART FROM EVIL AND DO GOOD.
C.They are wise to do evil, But to do good
they have no knowledge."
D.SEEK GOOD NOT EVIL. - Amos 5:14-
15 Seek good and not evil, That you may
live; So the LORD God of hosts will be with
you, As you have spoken. 15 Hate evil, love
good; Establish justice in the gate. It may
be that the LORD God of hosts Will be
gracious to the remnant of Joseph.
E. Psalm 34:14 Depart from evil and do
good; Seek peace and pursue it.
17. V. DEPART FROM EVIL AND DO GOOD.
F. Psalm 52:3 You love evil more than good,
Lying rather than speaking righteousness.
Selah
G.IMITATE GOOD NOT EVIL. - 3 John
1:11 Beloved, do not imitate what is evil,
but what is good. He who does good is of
God, but he who does evil has not seen
God.
18. VI. JUDGED BY DOING GOOD OR EVIL.
A. JUDGED BY WORKS - Ecclesiastes
12:14 For God will bring every work into
judgment, Including every secret thing,
Whether good or evil.
B. LIFE OR CONDEMNATION - John 5:28-29 Do
not marvel at this; for the hour is coming in
which all who are in the graves will hear His
voice (29) and come forth--those who have
done good, to the resurrection of life, and
those who have done evil, to the resurrection
of condemnation.
C. FAVOR OR TROUBLE IN THIS LIFE - Proverbs
11:27 He who earnestly seeks good finds
favor, But trouble will come to him who seeks
evil.
19. IT’S YOUR CHOICE
A.OUR CHOICE BLESSING OR CURSING. - Deuteronomy
30:15-20 "See, I have set before you today life and good,
death and evil, 16 in that I command you today to love the
LORD your God, to walk in His ways, and to keep His
commandments, His statutes, and His judgments, that you
may live and multiply; and the LORD your God will bless
you in the land which you go to possess. 17 But if your
heart turns away so that you do not hear, and are drawn
away, and worship other gods and serve them, 18 I
announce to you today that you shall surely perish; you
shall not prolong your days in the land which you cross
over the Jordan to go in and possess. 19 I call heaven and
earth as witnesses today against you, that I have set before
you life and death, blessing and cursing; therefore choose
life, that both you and your descendants may live; 20 that
you may love the LORD your God, that you may obey His
voice, and that you may cling to Him, for He is your life and
the length of your days; and that you may dwell in the land
which the LORD swore to your fathers, to Abraham, Isaac,
and Jacob, to give them."
20. IT’S YOUR CHOICE
B. NOT REWARDING GOOD BRINGS EVIL. - Proverbs
17:13 Whoever rewards evil for good, Evil will not
depart from his house.
C. A lie doesn’t become truth, wrong doesn’t become
right and evil does not become good, just because
it is deemed legal by our society.
D. WE WILL BE JUDGED BY GOD’S BOOKS NOT U.S.
LAW BOOKS - Revelation 20:12-13 And I saw the
dead, small and great, standing before God, and
books were opened. And another book was
opened, which is the Book of Life. And the dead
were judged according to their works, by the
things which were written in the books. (13) The
sea gave up the dead who were in it, and Death
and Hades delivered up the dead who were in
them. And they were judged, each one according
to his works.
21. IT’S YOUR CHOICE
E. One of Satan’s favorite tools is to convince
us that God will not punish us for our sin. -
Genesis 3:2-5 And the woman said to the
serpent, "We may eat the fruit of the trees of
the garden; (3) but of the fruit of the tree
which is in the midst of the garden, God has
said, 'You shall not eat it, nor shall you touch
it, lest you die.' " (4) Then the serpent said to
the woman, "You will not surely die. (5) For
God knows that in the day you eat of it your
eyes will be opened, and you will be like God,
knowing good and evil.“
F. Don’t let Satan win in your life!
