Solution MALTHUS, THOMAS ROBERT ( b . near Guildford, Surrey, England, 13 February 1766; d . near Bath, England, 23 December 1834, political economy . Malthus is known in the history of science almost exclusively for his influence on Charles Darwin, exerted almost accidentally. His life, work, and friends were mainly centered on social conditions and political economy, and his work on population was part of these. He did have early training in mathematics, however, and based his arguments on the careful analysis of observed data. Robert Malthus (he appears never to have been called Thomas) was the sixth child of seven born to Daniel Malthus and his wife, the former Henrietta Catherine Graham. Daniel Malthus, a scholar and a friend and admirer of Rousseau, provided a stimulating home life and education for the boy, and later sent him to study with Richard Graves at Claverton and at the Dissenting Academy of Warrington under Gilbert Wakefield. In 1784 Malthus went up to Jesus College, Cambridge, where his tutor was William Frend. He read for the mathematical tripos and graduated in 1788, being ninth wrangler; but he also read widely in French and English history and literature and in Newtonian physics. He had already shown his interest in the practical rather than the abstract. He played games and lived a full social life, apparently unaffected by his cleft palate and harelip. The friends he made at Cambridge influenced the rest of his life; the most important was William Otter (1768 .

Most organization have no idea that communication begins from leadership. How the leaders
communicate with the rest of the employees determines the kind of communication that will be
in that organization, (Krzyżanowski, 2018). This means that if the leaders are good in
communication then the employees will be more involved in whatever is happening in the
organization more which will encourage creativity and innovation. This is the case because,
when employees are employed, they continue with the culture that they see from others who
behave according to how leaders show them.
For this reason, leaders are the ones who should take it upon themselves to make
communication a leadership function. Through constant informing them what is happening in the
organization and including them when big decisions are being made the effective communication
will be established, (Canary, & Taylor, 2017). When leaders do not lead in effective
communication the employees are tied to not take part in a lot of things which is why most
organizations fail. Normally, although the leaders are the ones in charge of decision making, the
employees are the ones who do most interactions with clients and other people.
This means that they are normally in a better position to know what would be and would
not be good for the company. However, if their leaders have shown them that it is not in their
position to come up with ideas or if their leaders have not created an effective communication
channel, there is no way the employees can share these ideas with them. This becomes big loss to
the company simply because of communication not being taken as a leadership function.

Hubble : Hubble’s main focus is on visible and ultraviolet light. Its instruments can observe a small portion of the infrared spectrum from 0.8 to 2.5 microns, but not to the extent that James Webb can. Instead it focuses its unique ultraviolet (0.1 to 0.4 micron) capabilities.

employees are the ones who do most interactions with clients and other people.
This means that they are normally in a better position to know what would be and would
not be good for the company. However, if their leaders have shown them that it is not in their
position to come up with ideas or if their leaders have not created an effective communication
channel, there is no way the employees can share these ideas with them. This becomes big loss to
the company simply because of communication not being taken as a leadership function.

1. To understand why red dwarfs have such long lifespans, we’ll need to take a look at main sequence stars first, and see how they’re different. If you could peel back the Sun like a grapefruit, you’d see juicy layers inside.
In the core, immense pressure and temperature from the mass of all that starstuff bears down and fuses atoms of hydrogen into helium, releasing gamma radiation.
Outside the core is the radiative zone, not hot enough for fusion. Instead, photons of energy generated in the core are emitted and absorbed countless times, taking a random journey to the outermost layer of the star.
And outside the radiative zone is the convective zone, where superheated globs of hot plasma float up to the surface, where they release their heat into space.
Then they cool down enough to sink back through the Sun and pick up more heat. Over time, helium builds up in the core. Eventually, this core runs out of hydrogen and it dies. Even though the core is only a fraction of the total mass of hydrogen in the Sun, there’s no mechanism to mix it in.
A red dwarf is fundamentally different than a main sequence star like the Sun. Because it has less mass, it has a core, and a convective zone, but no radiative zone. This makes all the difference.
The convective zone connects directly to the core of the red dwarf, the helium byproduct created by fusion is spread throughout the star. This convection brings fresh hydrogen into the core of the star where it can continue the fusion process.
By perfectly using all its hydrogen, the lowest mass red dwarf could sip away at its hydrogen fuel for 10 trillion years.

Embracing GenAI - A Strategic Imperative
Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies such as Generative AI, Image Generators and Large Language Models have had a dramatic impact on teaching, learning and assessment over the past 18 months. The most immediate threat AI posed was to Academic Integrity with Higher Education Institutes (HEIs) focusing their efforts on combating the use of GenAI in assessment. Guidelines were developed for staff and students, policies put in place too. Innovative educators have forged paths in the use of Generative AI for teaching, learning and assessments leading to pockets of transformation springing up across HEIs, often with little or no top-down guidance, support or direction.
This Gasta posits a strategic approach to integrating AI into HEIs to prepare staff, students and the curriculum for an evolving world and workplace. We will highlight the advantages of working with these technologies beyond the realm of teaching, learning and assessment by considering prompt engineering skills, industry impact, curriculum changes, and the need for staff upskilling. In contrast, not engaging strategically with Generative AI poses risks, including falling behind peers, missed opportunities and failing to ensure our graduates remain employable. The rapid evolution of AI technologies necessitates a proactive and strategic approach if we are to remain relevant.
