WHAT IS PHYSICAL WELLNESS?
An ongoing process
Physical wellness is about the ongoing learning process of improving
your health.
As a human being you cannot be perfect, which means you can
never reach the 100% level of health.
It does not matter where you are at with your health, there will
always be something that you can improve on.
No destination
There is no destination for health.
For example, if you consider yourself to be healthy
today, and then stop acting to improve your health, then
you are not in the state of wellness.
Then your health will start to decrease as the days go
by.
Tools to a healthy body
Keep your body in top condition
Learn and apply healthy food choices daily
Exercise daily
Protect yourself from accidents
Do not misuse your body
Take action to help your body heal from minor and major injuries and sicknesses
as soon as possible
Know when to get professional medical help
For a faster recovery
When your body is healthy, it is at the best capacity to heal and
recovery itself when something negative happens from the outside.
You want to make sure to take care of your injuries and sicknesses as
soon as possible and not let them become bigger problems because
they would become more difficult for your body to recovery.
Your body would work harder to heal you when you are not healthy.
And then, your injuries or sicknesses can get worse.

An ongoing process Physical wellness is about the ongoing learning process of improving your health. As a human being you cannot be perfect, which means you can never reach the 100% level of health. It does not matter where you are at with your health, there will always be something that you can improve on.
  • 3. No destination There is no destination for health. For example, if you consider yourself to be healthy today, and then stop acting to improve your health, then you are not in the state of wellness. Then your health will start to decrease as the days go by.
  • 4. Tools to a healthy body Keep your body in top condition Learn and apply healthy food choices daily Exercise daily Protect yourself from accidents Do not misuse your body Take action to help your body heal from minor and major injuries and sicknesses as soon as possible Know when to get professional medical help
  • 5. For a faster recovery When your body is healthy, it is at the best capacity to heal and recovery itself when something negative happens from the outside. You want to make sure to take care of your injuries and sicknesses as soon as possible and not let them become bigger problems because they would become more difficult for your body to recovery. Your body would work harder to heal you when you are not healthy. And then, your injuries or sicknesses can get worse.
