19. BENEFITS OF THE INTERNSHIP
--
I gained job experience: I was able to gain valuable work experience through the many
task assigned to me at my internship place which gave me the opportunity to learn
many more things I knew nothing about.
I gained mentorship: working as an intern at A-Tech helped me to get a potential
mentor who always stood by me to make sure everything goes well.
20. PROBLEMS IDENTIFIED AT DURING MY INTERNSHIP
Frequent electricity failure which sometimes disturbs our work and
no generator to backup such a situation.
Lastly, I faced the problem of working space, the workshop was small
and couldn’t contain us and other trainees, we had to seat outside
doing our own work while waiting for the others to get finish.
21. RECOMMENDATION.
Firstly, I recommend that more interns should be sent to A-TECH
Computer center because they offer quality training and trainees
are well equipped regardless of some challenges they may face.
A generator should be bought to backup any electricity failure to
make work fluent.
22. CONCLUSION.
During these two months of my industrial training at A-Tech Computer
center Buea, I got to learn a lot and gained new skills which played a good
role in boosting my carrier and exposing me to the world of work. I felt like
I was already a worker at the enterprise, the many task assigned to me
made me more responsible cause I was able to handle them despite the
challenges that followed.
