This memorandum of understanding outlines an agreement between Super House Ltd and Horizon Global Realty to have Horizon Global Realty serve as the sole negotiating partner for property transactions for Super House Ltd's Allen Cooper and Vegtan brands across India. Horizon Global Realty will perform duties like property fact sheets and offer letters with Super House Ltd's approval. The agreement is valid for 6 months and can be extended if mutually agreed upon, with confidentiality of shared information and transactions of approximately 50-55 units for Allen Cooper and 10-15 units for Vegtan outlined.
1. Memorandum of Understanding
This agreement is made and executed at Delhi on this day between M/s āSuper House
LtdāRepresented by its Authorized Signatory Mr Mukhtarul Amin(hereinafter referred to
as the Company) which expression shall mean and include all legal heirs, successors and
permitted assigns, of the First part.
And
M/s. Horizon Global Realty ,a proprietorship firm , represented by Mr.Yuvraj Sirohi,
under the following terms and conditions:

property transactions for itās brands ,Allen Cooper &
Vegtan, pan India , final decision on the , as agreed,
properties ,rests with M/s. Super House Group Limited
only.
M/s. Horizon Global Realty , hereby absolves M/s.
Superhouse Limited of any monetary charges for the
mandate as extended by the āBrandā , thus would only
2. receive the receivables from the Licensor or the Lesse
of the property finalized & on behalf of the Agreement
sealed & finalized between the parties .
2. Scope of work : ā¢ Make Property fact sheet, Terms sheets,
and Offer letters in consulation with
company and after its formal approval
ā¢ Forward/offer the project details/offers to
its partners , business associates & other
developers & independent property
owners pan India .
ā¢ Negotiate all terms and conditions in an
LOI between company and Lessor
ā¢ Leasing Agent would provide assistance to
the company, when called upon to do so,
in formulating Marketing Plans & their
implementations.

Advertisement : Any advertisement in the magazine would be on
an additional cost..With prior written approval
from company.
4. Transactions : It is hereby understood that the āBrandā & the
āTransaction Agencyā have hereby agreed to a
tentative number of units to be transacted for
brands ā
Allen Cooper ā to be approx. 50-55 nos. of units
Vegtan - to be approx. 10-15 nos. of units
The numbers as discussed & depicted are
tentative & depend on the marketing plans &
strategy of the management & subject to change
on the sole discretion of the management
5. Confidentiality : Leasing Agent agrees to keep all information
which he recieves from the Company confidential
unless the company permits such disclosure in
writing.
3. 6 Validity : That this MOU is valid for a period of 6 months,
from the date subject to extension .Terms and
conditions mutually agreed upon by both the
parties.
(i) This memorandum of understanding is based on the above conditions;
Any deviation from the conditions will cancel the MoU automatically.
