The document is a presentation on the penetration of information technology in schools. It includes sections on the industry and company overview, problem statement, role of IT, literature review, objectives, research methodology, data analysis, findings, suggestions, and conclusion. The research methodology section describes a survey of 50 schools using non-probability sampling to understand how IT has penetrated different areas like administration, education, and communication. The data analysis finds that around 48% of schools use software currently, with room for growth in areas like vehicle tracking systems. In conclusion, IT is becoming more prevalent in schools and can help make processes more efficient if utilized properly.

5. Problem statement
ď‚— Expedite solution is software based company they are making software
for schools .the topic of my project is to know how I.T penetrated in the in
schools. There are department like Administration and Education . In
which how information technology penetrated and in which department
I.T is having scope to develop the technology.
7. Role of I.T in schools
•The Role of Information Technology in Education is
exploring the potential for technology to redefine the
terms of teaching and learning
•. The education sector has no systemic approach to upgrading the skills of its
professionals in both pre-collegiate and higher education.
• Individual teachers, students, and communities are delivering specific advances
at every educational level
•. Using technology effectively in the classroom means transforming the
classroom, teaching, and learning
•Technology allows engagement, review, and especially assessment in
broader, deeper ways.
8. Literature review
Author: Editorial Team
Website: http://edtechreview.in
•Technology, slowly but surely, is
transforming education and making
teaching more than just a one-to-many
session by improving engagement
between the teacher and the students.
Whiteboards have replaced the
conventional blackboards in many
schools today.

9. Objectives
.
• To find out the weather schools are using IT software.
• To find out those aspects/area of schools here IT has its penetration

20. Limitations of study
ď‚— Entry barrier : schools are never allow such persons who not came with a proper
identity but after some identification they are not allow such students like us to enter in
the school for data.
ď‚— Confidential Data: schools decision maker feel that we are not that authorized person
to whom they can give the data so there are so many schools who says no to the data for
research.
ď‚— Time constrain: there is so limited time for collect the information morning 9am
decision makers are come to schools and in some schools they are not meet after the
1pm or 2 pm. So with this limited time we have to manage in schools.
21. FINDINGS
•As per data which I found from research can say that 48% schools are using software
which is good ratio because difference between using of the software and not using of the
software is just 4%.
•There are two part in which software can be used
•1) education
•2) Administration
•Sometimes in schools teachers have to do more work with teaching they are doing
administration work.
•Largely schools using software in education purpose to show presentation and the
chapters by video also for administration they are using like for attendance of teaches,
fees collection, convey the information etc.
•Vehicle tracking system is the area were schools are lacking .
22. Suggestions
•Software makes fewer burdens on the human schools need to use more software and try to
involve it in every activity for less error and more accurate result
•For better management of all kind of activities schools should use technology it help to
improve the time management
•Smart phones are everywhere so the system like Android application for schools is the best
way to be with technology.
•Technology use make schools smarter and help to better flow of information and to make
schools as a good brand image.
•Technology helps to involve more parents’ participation and built a good relation to the
schools.
23. CONCLUSION
•From the research we can say Technology is having good awareness in schools.
Technologies are having big role in market with paperless activities it gives fewer
burdens on humans and for also work efficiently. Software with proper use in school can
give results were supply of technology meets the demand of good future of students.
