• Performance analysis and Post Silicon validation of Cortex M series
SOC
- Design: Validating the Cortex M series SOC using Embedded C.
- Methodology: Embedded systems.
o ADSP CM40x based on the ARM Cortex M4 processor core with integrated
SRAM memory, flash memory, accelerators, and peripherals. It includes

2. advanced PWM ,Sinc filters ,Harmonic analysis engine, two CAN interfaces,
three UARTS, two SPIs, I2C, two SPORTs, SMC, SWU, eight 32-bit timers,
two-wire interfaces, CAN, USB, Ethernet etc. The performance of the
processor carried out using benchmarking and using FreeRTOS validation
The aim of this project is to validate the different peripherals supported by
processor and to measure performance using benchmarking and FreeRTOS
validation. The validation is done in IAR embedded workbench and coding is
done in embedded C
• VGA Display driver controller
- Design: Implementation of VGA display driver controller using Embedded C
- Methodology: PIC 16F877 processor
o A Video Graphics Array (VGA) driver is a type of software on a Personal Computer
(PC) or cell phone that controls a video device .The project mainly concentrates on
displaying the red, green and blue (RGB) color information in the video signal by
adjusting horizontal sync and vertical sync digital signals, which is used for
synchronization of the video.
• Harmonic Elimination By Shunt Active Filter Using PI Controller
- Design: Implementation of shunt active filter using MATLAB.
- Methodology: Application of power electronics in power systems
o Active filter provide a viable solution to mitigating harmonic issues caused by the
non linear loads.It compensates the reactive and harmonic currents drawn by the non-
linear loads besides power factor correction. Hence the project involves the designing
of shunt active filter using MATLAB.

- Multicarrier Based SPWM Modulation for Diode Clamped Multi level inverter to reduce THD
