Information letter XX conference Cherkasy

1. Conference site
The conference will take place at Bohdan Khmelnytsky
National University in Cherkasy at 79 Shevchenko blv
(bus stop “Universytet”)

General Event Information
Registration is open from 8.00 a.m.
The opening meeting is scheduled for 9.30 a.m.
The first day will finish around 8.00 p.m. with a buffet
style reception at the university cafeteria.
On the 2nd
day of the conference (May 30) the sessions
will start at 8.30 a.m.
The closing event is scheduled for 11.50 – 12.30 am.
Refreshments/meals
A coffee break, a lunch and a buffet style reception are
planned for the first day of the conference.
A coffee break is planned for the second day of the
conference.
Complimentary breakfast is offered to all guests staying at
hotels Dnipro and Apelsin.
City tour
An 1,5 hour walking tour of Chekasy city centre will be
organized at 13.00 on May 30 after the closing event.
Those willing to participate should pay 30 hrivnas at the
time of registration.
The excursion will start at Bohdan Khmelnytsky square
(Bus stop Druzhba Narodiv Palace of Culture).
