The staff are worried about
integrating technology.
They know that “it” is out there, but
they can‟t see it…
They are not sure where embarking
on a journey into teaching and
learning with digital technology will
take them…
There are so many choices, so much
uncharted territory they and I have
not travelled…

How can a blog begin the process of
increasing our organizational learning?


 The asynchronous format allows staff to “meet”
  and discuss when it is convenient. Staff can return
  to the conversation when they want to explore
  ideas and tools.


 Will provide an easy to use digital format to
  explore the digital world. My hope is that the ease
  of use will give them confidence to try using other
  tools.
How can a blog help increase our
organizational learning? How do the
pieces fit?

 Will provide a non-threatening, casual format for
  us to learn-people can “lurk” until they feel
  comfortable to share
 It is a public, critical community where they can
  impact what we do with emerging technologies for
  learning and how we do it–staff will have a sense
  of ownership

Staff can return to the conversation when they want to explore ideas and tools.  Will provide an easy to use digital format to explore the digital world. My hope is that the ease of use will give them confidence to try using other tools.

How do the pieces fit?  Will provide a non-threatening, casual format for us to learn-people can “lurk” until they feel comfortable to share  It is a public, critical community where they can impact what we do with emerging technologies for learning and how we do it–staff will have a sense of ownership
