Julie Haase is the Senior Vice President and Chief Financial
Officer for Global Consumer Markets, a $20 billion strategic
business unit within Liberty Mutual Insurance covering
personal lines insurance across the globe. Julie joined the
company in 2002 as a financial analyst and held various
roles of increasing responsibility within the Corporate and
Personal Insurance Finance organizations. In 2011, she
joined Personal Lines Distribution to build out the
organization’s strategy and analytics capabilities. She also
led a portion of the country’s Field sales and service
operations before assuming her current role in 2014. Julie
holds a BS in Management from Providence College and an
MBA from Babson College. She is also a graduate of the
insurance executive development program at the Wharton
School of the University of Pennsylvania.
Mario Izzo: Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer
Mario Rizzo is Executive Vice President and Chief Financial
Officer of The Allstate Corporation and Allstate Insurance
Company, as well as a member of Allstate's Operating
Committee. Prior to becoming CFO in 2018, Rizzo served as
Chief Financial Officer of Allstate Personal Lines (APL),
where he was responsible for its comprehensive financial
planning and analytics. Rizzo previously served for nearly
eight years as Allstate's Treasurer and Assistant Treasurer,
and as Vice President in APL Finance before that. He joined
the company in 1989. Rizzo has a bachelor's degree in
economics from the University of Michigan and an MBA in
finance and accounting from the University of Chicago. He is
also a Certified Public Accountant. Rizzo serves as a member
of the Finance Committee and the Governing Board of UCAN

John Sauerland: Chief Financial Officer
John became Chief Financial Officer in April 2015. John
joined Progressive in 1990 as a summer intern before
starting full time in 1991 as an Assistant Product
Manager in Cleveland, Ohio. Since then, he has served
as Product Manager for, at various times, Iowa, Kansas,
South Dakota and Pennsylvania. He has also served as
General Manager for Mississippi and later as General
Manager for Minnesota and Wisconsin. John was the
Claims General Manager responsible for the delivery of
24/7 Progressive Claims Service for eight Midwestern
states. In 2006, he was named President of
Progressive’s Direct business and, after the
combination of our Agency and Direct businesses, he
served as President of Personal Lines for eight years.
John has a bachelor’s degree in applied mathematics
from UCLA and an MBA from the University of Chicago.
Dan Frey: Executive Vice President, Chief Financial

Dan Frey is Executive Vice President and Chief Financial
Officer of Travelers. He joined Travelers in 2003 and has held a
number of key ﬁnancial management roles across the
company, including Senior Vice President and Chief Financial
Officer for the Personal Insurance segment and Chief Financial
Officer for the Claim and Field Management organizations.
Before joining Travelers, Frey served as Chief Financial Officer
for Spalding Sports Worldwide, where he helped to improve
the company’s overall performance and successfully managed
the simultaneous sale of three product lines to three buyers. He
also held a variety of ﬁnance positions at Duracell
International, Inc. and began his career in public accounting at
Deloitte & Touche, where he earned his CPA. Frey holds a

Philip Bancroft: Executive Vice President, Chief Financial
Officer
Philip Bancroft is Executive Vice President and Chief
Financial Officer of Chubb Limited. He is responsible for all
aspects of Chubb’s financial organization, including
transactional finance and decision-support activities such as
performance management, budgeting, reporting, profit and
cost management, and shareholder value.Prior to ACE’s
acquisition of Chubb in January 2016, Mr. Bancroft was Chief
Financial Officer of ACE Limited, a position he held since
joining the company in 2002. He was appointed Executive
Vice President, ACE Group, in March 2014. Before joining
ACE, Mr. Bancroft served as Partner-in-Charge for

Laura Bishop: Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer
Ms. Laura Mahan Bishop has been the Chief Financial Officer at United
Services Automobile Association since May 2014 and serves as its
Executive Vice President. Ms. Bishop served as Deputy Chief Financial
Officer at United Services Automobile Association from 2012 to May 2014.
Bishop started in the San Antonio office in 1983, serving retail clients,
which suited her background. Upon becoming a manager, she did a
teaching residency for leadership development — spending three months
on the road teaching audit courses. “You may think it was all about audit
education, but it wasn’t,” she reflects. “It was about public speaking and
getting in front of a crowd. If you’re staring out at blank faces and you’re
thinking, ‘I’m saying all the right things, and they’re just not getting it,’
you have to change what you’re saying. I’ve used that skill set for my
entire career. ”In 1992, Laura left EY to join Luby’s, a cafeteria-style
restaurant chain, as an internal auditor. Even though the thought of going
to the same place every day “scared me to death,” Laura committed to
stay at least six months. In the course of her work, she discovered the
company had overpaid a significant amount in lease-related costs. “I took
it to the CFO, and after I found something else, he started saying, ‘What’s
next?’” Finding more opportunity and variety than she’d expected, she
soon became Luby’s CFO.

Scott Linquist: Chief Financial Officer
Scott Lindquist is Chief Financial Officer of Farmers
Group, Inc. He joined Farmers in 2008 and is
responsible for all financial related matters for Farmers
Group, Inc. Lindquist's responsibilities include
financial accounting and reporting, planning and
performance management, investments, treasury,

president and chief operating officer of Nationwide Financial.

Mark Lyons: Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer
Mark Lyons is Executive Vice President and Chief Financial
Officer of AIG. He is responsible for overseeing AIG’s financial
operations, analysis and forecasting capabilities. Mr. Lyons
returned to AIG in 2018 as Chief Actuary, General Insurance.
From 2012 to 2018, Mr. Lyons was Executive Vice President,
Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of Arch Capital Group,
Ltd. He was previously Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of
Arch Worldwide Insurance Group after serving in various
capacities within Arch Insurance U.S. operations since 2002.
Prior to joining Arch, Mr. Lyons held various positions at
Zurich U.S., Berkshire Hathaway and AIG.
Mr. Lyons holds a B.S. in mathematics from Elizabethtown
College, and completed the Executive Program at the Kellogg
School of Management of Northwestern University. He is a
Member of the American Academy of Actuaries and is an

Dalynn Hoch: Chief Financial Officer
As Chief Financial Officer for Zurich North America, Dalynn Hoch has leadership
responsibility for the Actuarial, Controller's, Corporate Tax, Treasury, Planning
and Expense Management, and Business Analysis and Insights functions. She has
been in her current position with Zurich since October 2012.Before being named
CFO, Hoch was head of Zurich Insurance Group’s Global Finance Transformation
in Zurich, Switzerland, where she brought leadership to the finance vision and
transformation journey, including project assessment, gap analysis, change
management approach, stakeholder engagement, transformation team
development and plan delivery. She joined Zurich in 2009 as head of the Zurich
North America’s Commercial Finance Planning and Performance Management

Performance Management competency. Prior to joining Zurich, Hoch was at
KPMG LLP in Minneapolis, where she was a partner. Her primary
accomplishments there included managing large, multi-location clients; Sarbanes
Oxley 404 due diligence; acquisitions and dispositions; debt offerings and other
SEC filings. She was the Partner-in-Charge of Recruiting and Co-chair of the
KPMG Mentoring Program in Minneapolis.Hoch has a degree in international

Beth Costello: Executive Vice President, Chief Financial
Officer
Beth Costello is executive vice president and chief financial officer
of The Hartford. As the company’s CFO, Costello is responsible for
finance, treasury, capital, accounting and investor relations.
Most recently, Costello served as president of The Hartford’s
former Talcott Resolution business and managed the company’s
reporting segment, which included the former legacy annuity
business.
Costello serves as the executive sponsor for The Hartford’s
Flex-Abilities Network, an employee resource group dedicated to
finding ways to advance the philosophy that every person is
capable of full productivity in work and life. Active in her local
community, she is also on the boards of The Village for Families

James Anderson is Executive Vice President & Chief Financial Officer,
and is responsible for all aspects of CNA’s financial organization,
including asset and capital management, financial planning and
analysis (FP&A), investor relations, treasury services, corporate
accounting, financial reporting, corporate tax, financial regulation,
internal audit and corporate development. Prior to assuming the role of

Adam Karkowsky: Executive Vice President, Chief

Adam Karkowsky, Executive Vice President, Chief
Financial Officer, joined the Company in March 2011 as
Executive Vice President - Strategic Development and
Mergers & Acquisitions. Mr. Karkowsky also serves as
an officer and director of several of AmTrust
subsidiaries. Previously, Mr. Karkowsky served in
various finance and strategy roles in the private equity
and insurance industries, including as Vice President,
Mergers & Acquisitions Insurance Group, at AIG. Mr.
Karkowsky began his career as a corporate associate at
Katten Muchin Rosenman following his graduation
from Georgetown University Law Center in 1999.
Dan Kelly: Chief Financial Officer
Dan oversees the financial functions at American Family:
Investments, Controller, Enterprise Risk Management,
Internal Audit, and Reinsurance. His team also includes
Business and Workplace Services. Dan serves as Treasurer to
the American Family Board of Directors. Dan began his
career at American Family as a financial analyst in 1987 in
the Controller Division. He was promoted to accounting
manager in 1993 and then was named accounting director in
2000. Dan received his bachelor’s degree in business
administration and MBA from the University of
Wisconsin-Madison. He is a certified public accountant, a
licensed insurance agent in Wisconsin and has earned his
Fellow, Life Management Institute and Associate in
Customer Service designations.

Jeremy Noble: Senior Vice President, Chief Financial
Officer
Mr. Jeremy Andrew Noble, C.P.A. served as Senior Vice
President of Finance at Markel Corporation since
January 2018 until September 5, 2018 and serves as its
Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer since
September 5, 2018. Mr. Noble served as Finance
Director at Markel International from June 2015 to June
2018. Mr. Noble was transferred from Markel
Corporation’s U.S. headquarters. He joined Markel in
2002 and held various roles in the Company’s
Accounting and Finance Department, including
Assistant Controller. He was Managing Director of
Internal Audit at Markel Corporation from 2011 to 2015.
Prior to joining Markel, he worked for KPMG where he
specialised in the insurance industry. He earned a
Bachelor of Science degree in business administration
from the University of Richmond. He is a Certified
Public Accountant.
Gregory Gutting: Executive Vice President, Chief
Financial Officer
Gutting joined ERIE in 1985 as a corporate accountant. He
held a number of positions in the Financial Reporting
Department with increasing levels of responsibility before
being named the manager of the same department in 1998. He
was named assistant vice president in 2001 and joined the
Corporate Financial Planning Department in 2004 as a senior
corporate financial planning analyst II. He was named senior
vice president of the Controller Division in 2009. Gutting
served as interim CFO from October 2015 to August 2016, when
he was appointed to the position.
Gutting earned a bachelor’s degree in accounting from
Indiana University of Pennsylvania. He became a Certified
Public Accountant (CPA) in 2013 and a Chartered Property
Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) in 2015. Gutting serves on the
board of directors at Saint Vincent Hospital, a member of

Mr. Gérald Harlin is a graduate of ESSEC. From 1979 to 1990, Mr.
Gérald Harlin held several positions with the Total Group. He was
Head of Corporate Finance Department for North America, Mining &
Chemical Subsidiaries from 1989 to 1990. Mr. Gérald Harlin started
working for the AXA Group in 1990 as Corporate Treasurer and
became Head of Corporate Finance in 1991. In 1994, he was named
Chief Financial Officer of AXA Asset Management Europe and its
subsidiaries and Chief Executive Officer of AXA Banque. He joined

Joseph E. (Jeff) Consolino became a Director of American Financial Group

Company in November 2016, he served as Chairman of the Board of the
Company’s majority-owned subsidiary, National Interstate Corporation.
In December 2015, Mr. Consolino was appointed to serve as Chairman of
the Board of Neon Capital Limited (formerly Marketform Group, Ltd.), a
subsidiary of the Company which operates a syndicate at Lloyd’s of
London. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Consolino served as President
and Chief Financial Officer of Validus Holdings, Ltd., a Bermuda-based
property and casualty (re)insurance company. Prior to joining Validus in
March 2006, Mr. Consolino served as a managing director in Merrill
Lynch’s investment banking division. While at Merrill Lynch, Mr.
Consolino specialized in insurance company advisory and financing

Mr. Richard Mark Baio is Chief Financial Officer, Senior
Vice President and Treasurer of W.R. Berkley
Corporation. Previously Mr. Baio was Vice President

At Assurant, Dziadzio will be responsible for leading and

Mike Campbell has been Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice
President of Government Employees Insurance Company, Inc.
(GEICO) since January 3, 2009. Mr. Campbell served as Vice
President of Corporate Financial Reporting of Government
Employees Insurance Company, Inc. (GEICO) from January 12, 2004
to January 3, 2009. Mr. Campbell assumes corporate financial

Paul Wilson: Chief Information Officer

Mr. Mark Esposito has been the Chief Information Officer of Individual
Life Division of Hartford Financial Services Group Inc., since April 2006.
Mr. Esposito serves as Vice President and Director of Business

20 years with Phoenix Life serving as Vice President of Information

Greg Kalinsky began his new assignment as GEICO’s senior

Previously Kalinsky served as vice president of GEICO’s West
Coast operations at the company’s San Diego regional
office.Kalinsky began his career at GEICO in 1985 as a sorter in

Prior to joining ERIE, Ingram served as senior vice president and chief
information officer at The Hartford, one of the nation’s largest financial
services and insurance companies.
Ingram began his career consulting at Accenture, where he was employed
for 12 years and worked on projects across industries. Ingram later joined
USAA where he was responsible for the technology functions supporting
the Property and Casualty Company, USAA’s largest operating subsidiary,

at USAA he led a five-year, $500 million effort replacing key functions in the
software application portfolio, as well as a three-year transition of a 2,800
employee staff function to a standalone P&L company.

Marc Blottiere: Group Chief Information Officer
Mr. Marc Blottiere serves as Non-Executive Director at Philippine
AXA Life Insurance Corporation since February 2018. Mr. Blottiere is

Brand Management at Procter & Gamble in 1980. He has been in
marketing and general management for nearly 30 years. He served
as an Executive Vice President of Marketing at FreeMonee Inc. He
served as the Chief Marketing Officer at eBay Inc. He served as
Chief Marketing Officer for eBay Motors, eBay Canada, Half.com,
eBay Stores and ProStores from December 2006 to March 2009. Mr.
Linton earned a Master of Business Administration from The Fuqua
School of Business at Duke University in Durham, North Carolina;
and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in Marketing
Research from Bowling Green State University in Bowling Green,
Ohio.
Terrence Williams: Executive Vice President, Chief
Marketing Officer
Terrance Williams, Nationwide’s President, Emerging Business
Group and EVP, Chief Marketing Officer, has enjoyed a distinguished
career with Nationwide. His current responsibilities include helping
prepare the company for the future through leadership of the
Emerging Businesses Group and driving all aspects of Marketing.
Since beginning with the company in 1995, Williams has held a
broad array of positions touching almost every segment of
Nationwide’s broad portfolio of businesses. His early passion for
the industry is reflected in his earning a Bachelor of Science degree
in Insurance at the University of South Carolina, followed by a
Master of Business Administration degree from Walden University.
Always a believer in philanthropic causes, he’s been active in a
variety of local and national organizations, including volunteer board
commitments.

Betsy Palmer: Chief Marketing Officer, Life & Retirement
Ms. Betsy Palmer has been Senior Vice President and Chief Marketing
Strategy of Communications and Industry Leadership Officer of AIG Life
and Retirement at American International Group, Inc. since March 25,
2019. Ms. Palmer previously served with TIAA, where she had been
Senior Vice President and Chief Communications Officer since 2010. In
this role she served as the chief spokesperson for TIAA, leading
communications, digital reputation and social media strategy, influencer
relations and thought leadership. Ms. Palmer played a leading role in
TIAA’s 2016 rebranding by developing an integrated public relations,
advertising and social media program. Her previous experience also
includes senior marketing and communications roles with EY,
BearingPoint and AT&T. Early in her career, Ms. Palmer served in several
communications roles at the U.S. Department of Energy and the White
House. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in foreign affairs from the University
of Virginia.
Randall Clouser: Head of Marketing, Distribution &
Regional Management
Randall Clouser is the Head of Marketing, Distribution & Regional
Management for Zurich North America. In this role, he is
responsible for leading all aspects of marketing, including branding,
market research, customer insight, digital marketing and proposition
development. He is also responsible for driving Zurich’s distribution
strategy and business initiatives through its regional field offices in
the United States and Canada. He has been with Zurich since 1996.
Clouser earned his bachelor’s degree from the American University
and his master’s degree from the University of Pennsylvania.

Kathy Bromage: Chief Marketing & Communications Officer
Ms. Kathleen M. Bromage, also known as Kathy, has been the
Chief Marketing & Communications Officer of The Hartford
Financial Services Group, Inc. since June 1, 2015. Ms. Bromage
has oversight for The Hartford Financial Services Group’s
enterprise marketing, branding, digital, media relations and
communication functions and also manages business line
marketing for its P&C Commercial lines of business. She served as
Senior Vice President of strategy & marketing for small
commercial, Senior Vice President of brand marketing since July
2012 until June 2015 and served as Senior Vice President of
e-business since October 2010 until June 2012 at The Hartford
Financial Services Group, Inc. She holds a bachelor of business
administration degree in accounting from the University of
Massachusetts and is a certified public accountant (CPA).
Jennifer Livingstone: Senior Vice President & Chief Marketing Officer
Livingstone joins CNA after 25 years in the insurance industry, in
both underwriting and sales roles. She spent the majority of her
career at AIG in roles of increasing scope and responsibility.
Livingstone spent her last seven years at AIG as Senior Vice
President, Head of Broker Relations and Channel Management. Since
2016, Livingstone has served as Vice President of Global Sales
Development at Cyence, where she was responsible for sales,
marketing, and business development for Cyence's platform which
helps the insurance industry manage cyber risk. Jennifer holds a
Bachelor’s Degree in International Studies from The College of
William & Mary.

Michael Lebor: Chief Marketing Officer, Senior Vice
President of Strategic Innovation
Michael sits as the CMO of AmTrust Financial Services. AmTrust
Financial Services is a Fortune 500 global insurance corporation
offering Commercial Property and Casualty, Warranty, Specialty Risk
and Program Insurance products for small- to medium-size
businesses. He leads his team to maintain and develop company’s
web presence and oversees all online assets, digital commerce, and
traffic generation platforms. His current initiatives include building
consumer-facing platforms that allow policyholders and new
customers to interact with AmTrust in a seamless and efficient
manner. Michael is working to bridge the start-up creativity and
innovation, at the scale and efficiency of an international
corporation. Early in his career, Michael acquired Flower.com and
began creating what was then a revolutionary ecommerce platform.
Michael. Lebor received a bachelor degree in History from Queens
College.
Telisa Yancy: Chief Marketing Officer
Telisa Yancy, chief marketing officer for American Family Insurance, has been
promoted to the company’s Senior Leadership Team, reporting directly to
Chairman, Chief Executive Officer and President Jack Salzwedel.In her expanded
role, Yancy will have chief executive accountability for American Family’s
Communications, Customer and Marketing divisions.
Yancy joined American Family in 2009 after serving in marketing leadership
positions at several companies, including Ford Motor Co. and Burger King. She has
since overseen all branding, marketing and advertising activities for the company,
including launching the award-winning “Dreams” campaign in 2011 and its
numerous extensions. She also introduced the concept of inspirational brand
ambassadors to serve as “dream champions,” and the company now has seven
brand ambassadors, including Kevin Durant, Derek Jeter, J.J. Watt and Steve
Stricker. She is a graduate of the University of Illinois and earned an MBA from
Northwestern University’s Kellogg Graduate School of Business.
