Julie Haase is the Senior Vice President and Chief Financial
Officer for Global Consumer Markets, a $20 billion strategic
business unit within Liberty Mutual Insurance covering
personal lines insurance across the globe. Julie joined the

Mario Izzo: Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer
Mario Rizzo is Executive Vice President and Chief Financial
Officer of The Allstate Corporation and Allstate Insurance
Company, as well as a member of Allstate's Operating
Committee. Prior to becoming CFO in 2018, Rizzo served as
Chief Financial Officer of Allstate Personal Lines (APL),
where he was responsible for its comprehensive financial
planning and analytics. Rizzo previously served for nearly
eight years as Allstate's Treasurer and Assistant Treasurer,
and as Vice President in APL Finance before that. He joined
the company in 1989. Rizzo has a bachelor's degree in
economics from the University of Michigan and an MBA in
finance and accounting from the University of Chicago. He is
also a Certified Public Accountant. Rizzo serves as a member
of the Finance Committee and the Governing Board of UCAN

John became Chief Financial Officer in April 2015. John
joined Progressive in 1990 as a summer intern before
starting full time in 1991 as an Assistant Product
Manager in Cleveland, Ohio. Since then, he has served
as Product Manager for, at various times, Iowa, Kansas,
South Dakota and Pennsylvania. He has also served as
General Manager for Mississippi and later as General
Manager for Minnesota and Wisconsin. John was the
Claims General Manager responsible for the delivery of
24/7 Progressive Claims Service for eight Midwestern
states. In 2006, he was named President of
Progressive’s Direct business and, after the
combination of our Agency and Direct businesses, he
served as President of Personal Lines for eight years.
John has a bachelor’s degree in applied mathematics
from UCLA and an MBA from the University of Chicago.
Dan Frey: Executive Vice President, Chief Financial
Officer
Dan Frey is Executive Vice President and Chief Financial
Officer of Travelers. He joined Travelers in 2003 and has held a
number of key financial management roles across the
company, including Senior Vice President and Chief Financial
Officer for the Personal Insurance segment and Chief Financial
Officer for the Claim and Field Management organizations.
Before joining Travelers, Frey served as Chief Financial Officer
for Spalding Sports Worldwide, where he helped to improve

also held a variety of finance positions at Duracell
International, Inc. and began his career in public accounting at

Philip Bancroft is Executive Vice President and Chief
Financial Officer of Chubb Limited. He is responsible for all
aspects of Chubb’s financial organization, including
transactional finance and decision-support activities such as

acquisition of Chubb in January 2016, Mr. Bancroft was Chief

Laura Bishop: Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer
Ms. Laura Mahan Bishop has been the Chief Financial Officer at United
Services Automobile Association since May 2014 and serves as its
Executive Vice President. Ms. Bishop served as Deputy Chief Financial
Officer at United Services Automobile Association from 2012 to May 2014.
Bishop started in the San Antonio office in 1983, serving retail clients,
which suited her background. Upon becoming a manager, she did a
teaching residency for leadership development — spending three months
on the road teaching audit courses. “You may think it was all about audit
education, but it wasn’t,” she reflects. “It was about public speaking and
getting in front of a crowd. If you’re staring out at blank faces and you’re
thinking, ‘I’m saying all the right things, and they’re just not getting it,’
you have to change what you’re saying. I’ve used that skill set for my
entire career. ”In 1992, Laura left EY to join Luby’s, a cafeteria-style
restaurant chain, as an internal auditor. Even though the thought of going
to the same place every day “scared me to death,” Laura committed to
stay at least six months. In the course of her work, she discovered the
company had overpaid a significant amount in lease-related costs. “I took
it to the CFO, and after I found something else, he started saying, ‘What’s
next?’” Finding more opportunity and variety than she’d expected, she
soon became Luby’s CFO.
39. Scott Linquist: Chief Financial Officer
Scott Lindquist is Chief Financial Officer of Farmers
Group, Inc. He joined Farmers in 2008 and is
responsible for all financial related matters for Farmers
Group, Inc. Lindquist's responsibilities include
financial accounting and reporting, planning and
performance management, investments, treasury,
actuarial, tax, procurement, fleet and finance
operations. In addition, Lindquist has oversight

Mark Thresher is executive vice president, chief financial officer of
Nationwide. In addition to finance, Mark leads Nationwide’s
corporate strategy, Nationwide’s investment operations and
Nationwide Realty Investments, and is the chair of the Nationwide
Trust Company, FSB. Previously, for five years, he served as
president and chief operating officer of Nationwide Financial.
Prior to that, Mark was senior vice president and chief financial
officer of Nationwide Financial. He joined Nationwide as vice
president and treasurer in 1996. Prior to joining Nationwide,
Thresher spent 18 years with the accounting firm KPMG, LLP. Mark
earned his bachelor’s degree in accounting from Otterbein
University. Mark is the chair of the Otterbein University board of
trustees. He also serves on the advisory board for ODW Logistics,
Inc and is a member of the Federal Advisory Committee on
Insurance (FACI). Mark was inducted into The Ohio Foundation of
Independent Colleges Hall of Excellence in April of 2017. In
addition, he is past chair of the COSI Columbus board of trustees,
and he was a congressional delegate for the 2006 National Summit
on Retirement Savings held in Washington, D.C. He also serves on
the Federal Reserve Bank Columbus Area Business Advisory

40. Mark Lyons: Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer
Mark Lyons is Executive Vice President and Chief Financial
Officer of AIG. He is responsible for overseeing AIG’s financial
operations, analysis and forecasting capabilities. Mr. Lyons
returned to AIG in 2018 as Chief Actuary, General Insurance.
From 2012 to 2018, Mr. Lyons was Executive Vice President,
Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of Arch Capital Group,
Ltd. He was previously Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of
Arch Worldwide Insurance Group after serving in various
capacities within Arch Insurance U.S. operations since 2002.
Prior to joining Arch, Mr. Lyons held various positions at
Zurich U.S., Berkshire Hathaway and AIG.
Mr. Lyons holds a B.S. in mathematics from Elizabethtown
College, and completed the Executive Program at the Kellogg
School of Management of Northwestern University. He is a
Member of the American Academy of Actuaries and is an
Associate of the Casualty Actuarial Society.
Dalynn Hoch: Chief Financial Officer
As Chief Financial Officer for Zurich North America, Dalynn Hoch has leadership
responsibility for the Actuarial, Controller's, Corporate Tax, Treasury, Planning
and Expense Management, and Business Analysis and Insights functions. She has
been in her current position with Zurich since October 2012.Before being named
CFO, Hoch was head of Zurich Insurance Group’s Global Finance Transformation
in Zurich, Switzerland, where she brought leadership to the finance vision and
transformation journey, including project assessment, gap analysis, change
management approach, stakeholder engagement, transformation team
development and plan delivery. She joined Zurich in 2009 as head of the Zurich
North America’s Commercial Finance Planning and Performance Management
team, where she led the Finance Center of Excellence for the Planning and
Performance Management competency. Prior to joining Zurich, Hoch was at
KPMG LLP in Minneapolis, where she was a partner. Her primary
accomplishments there included managing large, multi-location clients; Sarbanes
Oxley 404 due diligence; acquisitions and dispositions; debt offerings and other
SEC filings. She was the Partner-in-Charge of Recruiting and Co-chair of the
KPMG Mentoring Program in Minneapolis.Hoch has a degree in international
business and accounting from the University of Northwestern - St. Paul, where she
was a founding member of their International Business Program.

Beth Costello is executive vice president and chief financial officer
of The Hartford. As the company’s CFO, Costello is responsible for

James Anderson is Executive Vice President & Chief Financial Officer,
and is responsible for all aspects of CNA’s financial organization,
including asset and capital management, financial planning and
analysis (FP&A), investor relations, treasury services, corporate
accounting, financial reporting, corporate tax, financial regulation,
internal audit and corporate development. Prior to assuming the role of
Chief Financial Officer, James served as Senior Vice President and Head
of Corporate Development and Financial Planning and Analysis,

Acquisitions, and FP&A. Prior to joining CNA in November 2012, James

Adam Karkowsky, Executive Vice President, Chief
Financial Officer, joined the Company in March 2011 as

Dan Kelly: Chief Financial Officer
Dan oversees the financial functions at American Family:
Investments, Controller, Enterprise Risk Management,
Internal Audit, and Reinsurance. His team also includes
Business and Workplace Services. Dan serves as Treasurer to
the American Family Board of Directors. Dan began his
career at American Family as a financial analyst in 1987 in
the Controller Division. He was promoted to accounting
manager in 1993 and then was named accounting director in
2000. Dan received his bachelor’s degree in business
administration and MBA from the University of
Wisconsin-Madison. He is a certified public accountant, a
licensed insurance agent in Wisconsin and has earned his
Fellow, Life Management Institute and Associate in
Customer Service designations.

Mr. Jeremy Andrew Noble, C.P.A. served as Senior Vice
President of Finance at Markel Corporation since
January 2018 until September 5, 2018 and serves as its
Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer since
September 5, 2018. Mr. Noble served as Finance
Director at Markel International from June 2015 to June
2018. Mr. Noble was transferred from Markel

Gregory Gutting: Executive Vice President, Chief
Financial Officer
Gutting joined ERIE in 1985 as a corporate accountant. He
held a number of positions in the Financial Reporting
Department with increasing levels of responsibility before
being named the manager of the same department in 1998. He
was named assistant vice president in 2001 and joined the
Corporate Financial Planning Department in 2004 as a senior
corporate financial planning analyst II. He was named senior
vice president of the Controller Division in 2009. Gutting
served as interim CFO from October 2015 to August 2016, when
he was appointed to the position.
Gutting earned a bachelor’s degree in accounting from
Indiana University of Pennsylvania. He became a Certified
Public Accountant (CPA) in 2013 and a Chartered Property
Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) in 2015. Gutting serves on the
board of directors at Saint Vincent Hospital, a member of
Allegheny Health Network.

Mr. Gérald Harlin is a graduate of ESSEC. From 1979 to 1990, Mr.
Gérald Harlin held several positions with the Total Group. He was
Head of Corporate Finance Department for North America, Mining &
Chemical Subsidiaries from 1989 to 1990. Mr. Gérald Harlin started
working for the AXA Group in 1990 as Corporate Treasurer and
became Head of Corporate Finance in 1991. In 1994, he was named
Chief Financial Officer of AXA Asset Management Europe and its
subsidiaries and Chief Executive Officer of AXA Banque. He joined
AXA France in 1997 as Chief Investment Manager. In 2000 he was
appointed Market Program Manager of AXA France in charge of
CRM and marketing products. He became Chief Financial Officer of
AXA France in 2001 until March 2003. From 2003 to 2009, Mr.
Gérald Harlin was Executive Vice President, Finance & Control of the
AXA Group. Since 2010, Mr. Gérald Harlin is Group Chief Financial
Officer and was a member of the Group’s Executive Committee from
July 2008 to 2016. On July 1st, 2016, Mr. Gérald Harlin joined the
Group’s Management Committee. On December 1, 2017, Mr. Gérald
Harlin is appointed Deputy Chief Executive Officer ("Directeur
Général Adjoint") in addition to his current responsibilities.
Joseph Consolino: Executive Vice President, Chief Financial
Officer
Joseph E. (Jeff) Consolino became a Director of American Financial Group
in December 2012 and Executive Vice President and Chief Financial
Officer in February 2013. From February 2013 until its acquisition by the
Company in November 2016, he served as Chairman of the Board of the
Company’s majority-owned subsidiary, National Interstate Corporation.
In December 2015, Mr. Consolino was appointed to serve as Chairman of
the Board of Neon Capital Limited (formerly Marketform Group, Ltd.), a
subsidiary of the Company which operates a syndicate at Lloyd’s of
London. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Consolino served as President
and Chief Financial Officer of Validus Holdings, Ltd., a Bermuda-based
property and casualty (re)insurance company. Prior to joining Validus in
March 2006, Mr. Consolino served as a managing director in Merrill
Lynch’s investment banking division. While at Merrill Lynch, Mr.
Consolino specialized in insurance company advisory and financing
transactions. Until 2015, Mr. Consolino served on the boards of directors
of Validus and PαCRe Ltd., has been a member of the Board of Overseers
of the School of Risk Management at St John's University and currently
serves as a director of AmWINS Group, Inc., a wholesale insurance broker
based in Charlotte, North Carolina. Joseph received a B.S. from Duke
University and an MBA from Cornell Johnson Graduate School of

Officer
Prior to joining ERIE, Ingram served as senior vice president and chief
information officer at The Hartford, one of the nation’s largest financial
services and insurance companies.
Ingram began his career consulting at Accenture, where he was employed
for 12 years and worked on projects across industries. Ingram later joined
USAA where he was responsible for the technology functions supporting
the Property and Casualty Company, USAA’s largest operating subsidiary,
and the operation of the enterprise document services organization. While
at USAA he led a five-year, $500 million effort replacing key functions in the
software application portfolio, as well as a three-year transition of a 2,800
employee staff function to a standalone P&L company.

Telisa Yancy: Chief Marketing Officer
Telisa Yancy, chief marketing officer for American Family Insurance, has been
promoted to the company’s Senior Leadership Team, reporting directly to
Chairman, Chief Executive Officer and President Jack Salzwedel.In her expanded
role, Yancy will have chief executive accountability for American Family’s
Communications, Customer and Marketing divisions.
