The believers are (only) those who believe in God and His Messenger, who
do not change their belief into doubt and who strive hard for the cause of
God with their property and life. They are the truthful ones.

10. TRUE BELIEVERS … LESSONS TO LEARN
1. Not only does the Quran provide us the criteria and measuring-stick for human perfection ( ّان
كمَم َاكرّعندللااتقاكم ) in addition, it also shows us who they are and what traits they have. ( ماان
المؤمنونذینال )
2. Belief in the Prophet is a requirement alongside belief in Allah. ( آمنواّباللورسوله )
3. Signs of true faith include conviction and having no doubts. ( ّثملمرتابواَی )

11. TRUE BELIEVERS … LESSONS TO LEARN
4. Faith is an inner trait which is only known through outward actions. ( ماانالمؤمنونذینال...جاهدوا )
5. Faith without struggle is nothing but empty slogans as the human perfection of faith means
that one is ready to give up their wealth and life for the cause. ( جاهدواباموالهموانفسهم... )
6. In the culture of Islam, struggling with one’s wealth and life must be done solely for the sake
of Allah. ( جاهدوا...فىسبیلّللا )
