May 25, 2006, Atlanta, GA: Ace Media, the first ever entertainment social network, will be launching in Atlanta
September 10, 2006. Ace Media is a “new generation”, “new age” media company that provides a digital
entertainment social network that focuses on the lifestyle needs of the multi-cultural urban consumer. ACE
provides national entertainment content (movies, sports, art, etc.) and local entertainment news within the U.S.
and abroad. The content is also distributed via cell phone/PD, billboards, print media, traveling exhibitions and
move theaters.

ACE’s concept is unique. To get all of the latest information for their local scene, all a consumer has to do is type in
the local area code in their web browser (for example, for Atlanta you would type 404entertaiment.com) and in
seconds all of the latest entertainment news for their area will be at their fingertips. ACE aims to “bridge the gap”
between the mainstream and multi-cultural communities. The company is able to penetrate more markets than
any other company ever before by providing their content in five different languages: English, Spanish, Chinese,
Japanese and Korean. Everything is focused by community but, the company has regional and national
penetration.

ACE Media also provides “pin-point marketing” to local businesses in different markets and aides them in achieving
their advertising and marketing needs. ACE helps local companies enhance their advertising by promoting a “Live,
Work and Play” environment for echo advertising and marketing campaign they launch. All of this is done by
providing a nationalized search engine for each consumer and business in each market, a localized search engine
(searching by individual zip code), and watching “nuances” between ethnic communities based on their personal
profiles and bringing together different markets by providing information in five different languages. Each
advertising and marketing effort provides each business with a higher R.O.I., the ability to monitor consumer
behavior patterns and to expand their market share.
